It is a good result for Al-Nassr I think. I thought that Al Ittihad wouldn't lose a game anytime soon, but see there it is. That was faster than expected, but it makes the league a bit more exciting although it is still somehow exhausting to watch those games unless you are a true fan of the Saudi Professional League or maybe Ronaldo specifically and watch every game of him. In terms of the quality of the gameplay I won't complain, but it shows that there is a lot the SPL would have to do to close that gap in gameplay quality compared to Europe.

He was "arguably" good for United for a whole season, and then just one season later he was let go, so it is understandable that he would still be good enough for this league, which is ranked very low.

By playing more agressively, Al Hilal could score 3 goals in second half, it makes them to lead with 4 goals. The match ends with the win of Al Hilal, the result is Al Ittihad 3-4 Al Hilal. Mitrovic is shining today, he scored 3 goals. He showed to people that he has great skills and played effectively as a machine goal of Al Hilal. Soon after the joining of Ronaldo big players started to be part of different teams. This had made the league much more popular, however the standard and the European Leagues were something different from what we see with the Saudi Arabia Pro League. Here money is big and for the same we were able to see good players. Over time improvement will happen, as suggested it isn't good to be part of Saudi Arabia Pro League when young players have got opportunity for the European Leagues.

UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin dismisses threats from Saudi Professional League. What he said is true, Saudi Professional League won't go far by using money like this. They must focus on building up their stadiums, youth academies to grow up local young players who will be future of the league and their national team.

Buying many star players from Europe especially old players, will waste lot of money resource for youth academies and they must think differently. With young players, they can contribute for the league like 10 years or more but with those old players from Europe, they can only use those old players from 2 to 4 seasons. It won't help to increase quality of local players as well as the league quality in long term.

Toni kroos was a hypocrite person. This guy blaming those european players were moving to the saudi clubs due to the money. It might be worth reminding him that he rejected a contract extension from Bayern in 2014 if it was due to monetary concerns.

Al Hilal and Al Ittihad's match was very entertaining. they have players with good playing quality. Both teams deserve to be at the top of the current standings. and both were also the most productive teams at the start of the season. both teams played carefree, they used excellent attacking strategies. no one is just focused on surviving and securing victory.
Al Nassr is several points behind, and that must be an encouragement for Al Nassr to catch up with the points difference from the leaders if they want to get the SPL trophy. Al Nassr will face Al Hazm, this should be quite easy for Ronaldo and Mane to score lots of goals.
