FOR NOW its not a problem for european football, but i repeat FOR NOW, or NOT YET, whatever you prefer, because like you said, today they only own old players that are in his final efforts, or in the last of his carrer, or someone who for X reason dont have a space in the team, so they send him to another team to catch minute or make money.

But with 2 years of this transfers..... i can see a bad situation for european football. Lets see how all this develop.

Well I don't really smell trouble for the European football given that, not all players would be interested in moving over there, we've seen cases where some players rejected juge offers from the SPL in this recent transfer window, and also the European learn far more better and developed than the SPL and alot of players would love to play in major tournaments in Europe than  down grading to the SPL.
 
 However it's nice to see that the Saudi clubs are now able to attract youngsters into their league, according to the news, Everton youngster Demarai Gray is so eager to switch to the Saudi side and has made it clear that he wants to move to AL-Ettifaq and theirs was an ongoing talks between both clubs and it's advancing to the final stage.

 Also everything is done on Gray's side  and both clubs are getting closer to an agreement, he's expected to sign a four year deal with AL-Ettifaq,  and it is said that he's already accepted a move to the club last week.

Im suprised at the extent this Saudi sides go to attract top European club players into their league, £215 is a very huge  and tempting over for a player and liverpool would be having a second thought on cashing out on their star player, but it would be a very tough decision to make, because they really need Mo Salah in their team this season, he's been so important for them this season and I feel this is the wrongest time to make such tempting over, leaving Liverpool without any option for replacement if they finally decide to cash in on Salah because the transfer window is already closed for European club sides.

Players around 30s like Carrasco are very fitted to join Saudi Professional League as they can enjoy their life after retirement or if they are just 30 like Carrasco, they can return to Europe after two or three seasons in Saudi Arabia.

Carrasco did have some excellent moments with Atletico Madrid when that club got some successful seasons in Champions League years ago. After that, he is still a main player in that club but no longer got good seasons again. They were not able to win La Liga and Champions League and likely won't be able to win those titles in next few years. So the Belgium midfielder made an acceptable decision to leave and took advantage of Saudi Professional League growth to collect money.

Al Nassr is a big club that's always represented by eleven players whenever they're on the pitch so there's no way the club will rely on the brilliance of one player to win games. The club signed other European based players in the summer including Sadio Mane and Brozovic to help the Portuguese superstar and the entire team to win games.
That being said, we can't feign ignorance of how influential Ronaldo is and can be whenever he's on the pitch and that's because of the quality of a player he is . I don't think Al-Ahli will need long to recover from their previous defeat and I'm sure they will win again in the match against Al-Taawoun. For a strong team like Al-Ahli who has such a thorough depth of European players, it's impossible for them to lose 2x in a row and I think the previous defeat is a failure they can't stop. If you look at the previous meetings between the two teams, the results were quite dominated by a draw, but I don't see that result happening again later because it's clear that Al-Ahli now has a better squad so that they can get a much better victory.

Impossible is nothing in soccer per se. We have seen that in other leagues and other competitions in general. I agree that it would be unexpected, but unexpected defeats are the most enjoyable at least if you are not a fan of the club that lost the game. 

But your confidence about the upcoming game against Al-Taawou is interesting because they have a streak as well and I don't think that game will be easy at all for Al-Ahli. If there was a game that I think Al-Ahli could lose and make their losing streak 2x, the one against Al-Taawou is such a game.
