Well, things are going great for me. Parivision made it to the grand final and Eintracht is leading 2-0 against Leipzig. That's two points for me. I like my chances in this important round. Every point matter with teams so close to each other at the top of Division 3.

They really need to, they are probably the only top tier teams around aside from Team Liquid that kept their roster since like more than a year ago. Oh well Parivision made it to the final so now I need Tundra to make it through otherwise I probably would lose my round but I guess you would be happy with it

Then only me and vd309 can get points in LMS and everything will be decided if Gilgeous gets over 30.5 points, i have YES and vd309 have NO.

If he stays under, I have a (small) chance at a draw and our H2H looks winnable again.

Odds on him hitting 30+ are @1.50, but he wasn't that great in the playoffs so far. Let's hope for another mediocre performance.

Im a little step behind in the DOTA question but nothing it canot be changed, i only need team Spirit to be the champion and Parivision to no reach the final.
Team liquid was a flop this time and go out in group stage.

This match is much more critical for me because Darxioami has nearly got a chance to compete in Division 1 next season. The last minute goal Manchester City scored Tuesday night put me in a very difficult situation. However I have a chance to revert the situation for my benefit. A draw would make me happy at this point because of being able to carry my chance to the last week in case of that.

Now you are ahead, NFL draft and Dota questions like i said are killing me easily. Now i need Barcelona to win to tie the match and i need to win one more point in the NBA questions H2H because if not im gonna lose, i can now only hope for a draw in the better case, what a diferent picture from a few days ago when i was 2-0 above.

I'm not quite there though, he finished the first half with 19 points, I hope he gets going early in the second half too, my only advantage right now is because it's still a very close game so he'll still have a lot of minutes when the play resumes. It's a draw currently but if I'm not mistaken, you can mark the last question as a lost one. None of your DOTA teams made it to the grand final, while I have Parivision that secured their spot in the grand finale. But nothing is over because with all three questions remaining we have different answers so anyone of us can win. But I still hope either will be me

I lost the Copa del Rey question, but man it was beautiful even on replay, which I just finished watching.

Penalty at the end, it should have been given if Raphinha didn't fall down so dramatically. That's kinda the only thing I don't like about our front, except Lewandowski. A foul would have been obvious enough, you don't need to roll down and turn around like you got tazered. I love Spanish football but that thing about rolling around 10 times always made me uncomfortable.

As for the winner, you will have to wait for tomorrow. Today is upper and lower bracket final and the grand final is where the winner is selected. Even if Parivision loses today, they can advance to the grand final through the lower bracket final. It's confusing at first (at least it was for me) because it's not like in most "real" sports.

Scoring rules seem so counterintuitive but who knows if we have more esports questions in future rounds I might learn them after all

Yeah, they looked confusing to me too when we started having eSport questions in the BSFL. But with time I got used to the rules. It's not that hard and when you think about it, it gives better teams (from the upper bracket) a chance to win the tournament even if they lose one game.

We finally broke the curse and got a round with 5 or more points, plus a huge round win after getting a tie in the NBA question. At least this win gave us some breathing room because it felt like we were about to head into a relegation battle after falling behind in the last 3-4 rounds.

Actually its pretty similar to the NBA promotion - playoff though. 7th and 8th spot got another chance to play against the winner of 9th or 10th spot if they lose so yeah that basically explain what upper bracket is

Dang I sucks so bad and not only I lost the league round, I basically got myself kicked out from LMS as well though. I guess Im going to stay away from this thread for a while because I dont wanna know how good the others are on LMS lol
