I finally calculated the points for the Newcastle promo as well. Sorry for the long wait, I just couldn't force myself to do it on my laptop.
Now I'm set up properly on my desktop PC again so I promise better performances

looking at United game last, they have two matches away in CL this season, and both lose 4:3, quite a feat as well
nevertheless, Copenhagen brought me second point, and can't basically lose this round, but it can go to a draw

Hey there, on average it's 70% football and 30% other sports. Cricket questions appear maybe 2-3 times per season, which is maybe 2-3% of total questions.

No multiple winners, there will be a decider in the last round in case there's a tie.

Weird that so few people heard about it huh

BSFL mainly covers football/soccer because it's the biggest sports for forum fans where most of the betting happens but it's almost every sport you can find on a Sportsbook.

There was a cricket question last round from current World Cup I believe, New Zealand vs South Africa.

I was actually pretty close to that as well but then I had to keep my ego in check even if I support the team, I gotta be rational when picking them to win hence I picked Copenhagen

Man United have successfully cost me in four different fronts, I should be 4 at the very least 3 points difference clear off Buwaytress, but as usual just like drug addicts, Man United can't their nose clean.

Blue side of Manchester is unfortunately very stable club with at least 3 world class players to field on every position. Not even injuries or fatigue can touch them. They are already doing great and we are just coming to the first point in season when their bench starts to make real influence - congested games around holidays.

Spurs could be ripe for picking. Seems to me they are always gonna play that high line but Dyer and whoever plays with him, maybe Hobjerg, will not be able to catch opposing attackers like Romero and Van Der Ven. If you ask me only way for Spurs to win next few games is if they score 3+ goals in each. So both to score for me in every game.

It also depends how the draw ended. I feel a 4-4 is still alright, like I had last round against darxiaomi. But when you score 7 points and you don't get 3 points for that round, it is annoying.

Curious about your answers and whether we have a lot of equal ones. Hopefully lots of differences. That would ensure we'll have to look forward to a lot of sports action this week.

It started quite well for you as Brighton won against Ajax Amsterdam and I was quite sure that Ajax was about to improve not only in the Eredivisie, but also in the Europa League. But I was wrong. I think these "yes or no" selections when it is 1/X vs. 2 (win+draw vs. loss) are very often underestimated when there is an underdog playing against an apparent favorite. That's why I went with a couple of "no" answers. Though I thought that Fenerbahce is also going to be close, but I expected Ludogorets Razgrad to perhaps tie that game. They won it 2-0, which now gives me a 4-1 lead with only one different answer remaining. The question now is whether I will make you take another hit to your goal difference in the LOL question.

Did anyone get all correct predictions for fifth BSFL questions for European League matches?
I expected to see few surprises with Roma and Brighton, but I only had partial success.
Big surprise for me that Liverpool lost from Toulouse, and Fenerbahce so easy from Ludogorets.
LOL will be deciding factor for me in this round.

Yeah i think in the same way as you, but the main problem is when you lose for putting a no and you said to yourself, Fuck! why i dont went with the normal one?

For that i put in this round all in YES, knowing someone is gonna fail but i think with yes is gonna have more % of win, this turned out to no because 3 games went with NO.
