I saw him lose the 1st set 6-1, thought of using VAR but I still felt I trusted him enough to turn it around.
On clay Paul's chances of winning against Medvedev are higher than on other surfaces though so it didn't prove to be a good call.

After mocking me that much it is really funny that buwaytress forgot about making predictions. After losing on the last two weeks the one-week break was quite good for me. I hope that my team manage to join the championship race again by catching up with their form at the beginning of the season after the break.Lastly it was sad to see that Charaf_chenina who eliminated me in the cup didn't make predictions. I watched second half and Song had a great chance for 1:1 but goalkeeper was better, and soon after City scored a second goal.
I was first thinking of playing 0-2 goals in this match, but 3 goals was my final decision.
Another goal for Haaland, and Man City needs to win next match to win the title in Premier League.

Yesterday's game was a sweet one as we saw Manchester City defeat two teams in one game (Tottenham and Arsenal) and looking at how our answers were spread on the spreadsheet, I think credit should go to cro2 for their great psychology  on these questions because the other weekend Manchester City won for having the most goals then last night they turned into Villians to limit number of goals they get maybe because Spurs played better and both teams had so much pressure on their shoulders. Otherwise great job with the questions cro2 , keep them coming

I know, it took a while to sink in too -- in fact if someone hadn't asked me about it later, I might have only realised it much, much later, maybe even during the Spurs game.

Real life can be a real bitch. I've made it on previous rounds in tougher circumstances though; in this case, it was distraction rather than preoccupation.

Yup, a monster game. I turned it off after Gobert's 2nd block, early in the 3rd quarter.
I think this is his 1st game in the series with over 1,5 blocks, that was the differentiator in which I hoped to get the advantage. I knew I was ruined as soon as the game started, considering he made his 1st block in the first few minutes.

I guess I understand why you had to render an official apology to the Official BSFL committee now, because the committe have literally spent a large amount on the public awareness campaign of the most anticipated fixture of the cup round, and the amount of losses that will be incurred to the refunds of a ticket sales will be unbearable to BSFL FA... I do hope they temper justice with mercy in this case
