Will be interesting to watch the Chelsea - City game, 5 players can potentially be out of LMS. For that to happen City has to win without conceding, which wouldn't be such a huge surprise.

2 draws and 1 loss, life for me in Div1 is beginning to resemble the last season more than the season before. It's like some kind of penance or something for a past life. Chelsea is once again messing up the start. Sure it was against Manchester City, but I wouldn't be surprised if they once again end up in a negative spiral. Next opponent are the Wolves, but still it is not going to be easy for them. Failing to score a single goal in the first home game of the season is never a good thing unless they would have tied the game and got a point.

City wasn't really playing like a superpower here, but that early Haaland goal put them into the perfect position to play their game. Discussions about Maresca will be quite heated rather sooner than later if he doesn't win the next game.

The most convincing performance was probably delivered by Brighton so far. None of the top teams were far superior.

Anyway, this round was quite the jump for me in the LMS competition as well. Crazy up and down for me from 4 points in the first round to 1 point in the second round to 7 points in this round. Rebuy was worth it then, but going to be more painful if a bad round happens after round 5.

In case that nobody has more than 2 points in the last round, those with the least number of points will be eliminated. If that still does not leave us with a winner, there will not be any eliminations in the last round.
If there is only one player remaining after the buyback deadline at any point before the last round (R15), he will be the winner and the freebets will be shared among those that lost to the winner in the previous round.

Yeah, it's not real home for Dynamo Kyiv, but it's not that case like they would be in neutral location. Saw many their games and they have huge support as there isso many Ukrainians in Poland.
A bit different case is Belarusian and Israel teams who play their home games in Hungary without spectators. Technically it's still home game, but I guess that's big factor affecting their results.

I guess most people are aware that international football is not really going on in Ukraine right now... But thanks for sharing anyway as I think it does make a bit of a difference. I am not sure whether anyone here knows something or has some insights, but does Ukrainian league take place for the most part? I just checked and saw that they are playing in Lviv for example.
With all the shit that is going on there I think it is still quite impressive how they have been doing in the Champions League qualification. Sportsbet puts them pretty much on equal terms with a slight advantage for Salzburg.


I think the LMS competition could become quite interesting after round 5. If someone is still doing ok in terms of points, it is almost a must to still rebuy. If only 5 players or so are left, it is mostly about buying yourself into the next round. Giving up to then see that the others only made it because of a rebuy would mathematically be the wrong choice under circumstances. I guess we could see the final prize increase by quite a bit and as you can see it could hit anyone any round. Like me with my 1 point in one round and 7 points the next.
