It's been a few years since bounty campaigns can't be relied on anymore, many bounty campaign projects have ended up being scams, even if coins are paid, there's no price on the market, and some are even deleted. If you are asked if there are still paid ones, the answer is that there is only depending on whether the project is successful or not.

Therefore, before you join the bounty campaign, it is better if you do a reset first and it is highly recommended that the bounty campaign has an escrow.

When a new project is launched in a bearish market, the chances of getting payment are very low. In a bullish market, that probability increases manifold. But generally, if you participate in any promotional work for new projects, 98% of the work payment will not be paid. Yeah why not, sure they pay you but the question remains whether the project will turn out to be legit one or just another scam story to tell to peeps around us. Many of them are trying hard these days. They will roll out the payments since it is always in their tokens so they dont have to lose anything besides investment that they did to build or program the whole thing. The bounties are worth it only if the project reach the exchangers, and also there is decent market volume to trade with it. Once this sort of buy/sell starts for a token then you can say it was worth it to try out that bounty. However, until then you can be flogging a dead horse! To overcome the scams, better go through the reputed platforms which gives you pre-analysis of the project and bounty. They are third party, risk is still there but you can always minimize it.

most if the time bounty pay but sometimes because if some issue team refuses to pay. for joining bounty one must check either fund is escrowed with Bounty manager or not. if escrowed then look in which token they will pay.  if they pay stable coin then this bounty worth to join,. if pay in token then look for their community and their project.
some bounties have no escrowed but managing by old BM which is still ik but newbie compaign mostly refuses to pay

Not every bounty pays. The ones that do pay are worthless. The time of bounties that actually paid well is over. What we now have is a bounty that was unable to list on a reliable exchange, a weak team, and no investors. The payment of bounty hunters will be delayed if a project have such remarks. Bounties nowadays are far different from the bounties that we had a few years ago. Scammers are now using bounties to scam people where they will add you to their telegram group and will ask you to perform different tasks with the promise of getting paid yet you will still end up being blocked on their dead channel. It's rare to find legit bounties these days so you really have to research so you will not get scammed.

It is normal that you would be blocked because they are just trying to scam people basically, and that means if there is anyone who instils any type of doubt, they would be bad for their business and they just ban people who do that, which is why it is not going to be easy to find a proper really paying bounty since all the bad ones are hiding the fact that they are bad, and hard to learn if they are bad or not.

I know that it is going to take a while before we settle and there are some ways we could find which ones are good and which ones are bad, but that doesn't change the fact that it is not going to be anything good in the end, it will be something bad.

It's my first time hearing that there are bounty campaigns on telegram groups. As far as I know referral campaigns are the one who is actively running on those telegram channels but I don't experience or saw anything other than that. Telegram platform is notoriously used by scammers and frauds in committing their act and people know how scammers utilize that messaging app. Don't waste your time into task that they are requesting. They just want to source someone to get the job done for free. It's hard to assume that those campaign will pay you as they promised. There are bounty campaign here and yeah some of those campaign don't pay their participants, What more on telegram platform where scammers has nothing to lose since accounts there are pretty much disposable.

of the many bounty programs that I have participated in since 2018, only a few did not pay project participants, for the various reasons they said. but there are more bounty projects that pay their participants than those that don't. I think bounties that don't pay their participants are just because they want to take advantage of the many people who work for them, or they are the bounty trying to deceive many people.

   -   If you are referring to the altcoins bounty, it seems that only 1-5% pay there, that depends on the Bounty Manager who handles the campaign. Because if the BM that handles the altcoin bounty campaign is known, the chances are high that the participants will be paid early.

But if those bounty managers are not known in the altcoins bounty, the chances are also quite high that they don't pay, and usually, most of them are just hoping and it takes a few months until they don't make the participants feel like helping the campaign they touched.

Not actually to say that bounties are scams OP but we can't deny also that the majority of them are failures and scams.

Bounties are good in the past years, many people got crazy with this but suddenly it was changed because this has become the den of thieves/scammers and they use this strategy to trick aggressive and greedy investors. Well i already experienced joining different bounty  campaign some projects are paying and some are not, for now i only joined the campaign that manage by a trusted bounty managers to avoid wasting of time, but sometimes good managers manage a campaign that is scam or not paying maybe there are campaigns that is legit and turn into a scam after a couple of year and now i considered bounty as a gambling and it depends on your luck on every projects that you promoted.

Well i already experienced joining different bounty  campaign some projects are paying and some are not, for now i only joined the campaign that manage by a trusted bounty managers to avoid wasting of time, but sometimes good managers manage a campaign that is scam or not paying maybe there are campaigns that is legit and turn into a scam after a couple of year and now i considered bounty as a gambling and it depends on your luck on every projects that you promoted.

Maybe that's one good sign, the project should be managed by a well known and trusted bounty manager. But if I'm not mistaken, there are projects as well who turn to be scam even if it being run by a reputable member of the community. And when they accused, they can't answer because they themselves fall victim to the project. But the bad part is that they got negative tag. Anyhow, that how's the bounty project ever since, majority are not paying or if they are going to pay, it will took a long time and even chances the payment scheme and lower it.

I've checked bounty forum section and what I see. It is either millions of nameless tokens, which equals zero value to me, as such projects never get listed. Or 3-5k bucks budget for hundreds of hunters, which is also close to nothing.

There are two things about this that I would like to point out. First of all, there is always a chance that you could have participated in the good ones and there could be plenty of bad ones out there, just because you didn't join the bad ones doesn't mean that they do not exist.

Secondly, there is paying and there is paying. What I mean by this is that, you could work for a month to get a bounty payment, and they can pay you with tokens, but one of them paid you tokens that worth 100 dollars and the other could pay you tokens worth 30 cents. If you are not getting proper payment, dollar worth being worth to your time, then you are not really paid, you were given free money that didn't cost anything to them.

In most cases, they don't, they'll just give you a bunch of shit coins stuck in your wallet, like forever.

But most trusted manager that's handling bounty camps do give a legit pay, it's either you have to accept the payment before or after the campaign is done. It does work in the past though, but I don't know now since those previous manager isn't handling altcoins nowadays. You just have to risk and do your own research if you want to try it though but make sure that the manager handling is a reputable one in this forum.

That is true, there are a lot of legit managers who will ask for the money beforehand, and that means if they take like 4 weeks of pay, then they will be capable of simply just working towards making sure that they could end up with 1 month of work for sure, without any doubt, because it's already paid, or at least in escrow.

On the other hand, if we are talking about a situation where it's just tokens that these projects created? That will always be not liked so much and that will be an issue, because you could work hard for them and end up with absolutely nothing, that is a very important deal and you should avoid those type of bounties if you can.

If you compare it with now, bounty campaigns other than signatures will certainly have a small allocation, because the allocation for social media and other bounty campaigns is not too large and market conditions also do not allow it.

If you fast forward to 2016-2017 you will find many bounty campaigns that provide bigger rewards, you will never even get from the current bounties.
I once got rewarded from an article campaign with a total reward of about $ 3k because the project was successful and was listed in the top market. there were many other similar projects with quite good progress at that time. But for now, it won't provide proper compensation, it even tends to be worthless and we're still waiting for the continuation of project development whether it's listing to the market or not.

No, especially on telegram. All these bounty campaigns are either a scam or an attempt to increase the audience and attract some liquidity to a dead or new unknown project. Do not waste your time on it, much less your money. Any bounty campaign in which you are invited to participate is a potential scam or phishing attack, this has long been practiced in Discord. If someone invites you to participate in any raffle, then expect a catch, you will certainly try to cheat.

In recent times, it is quite a high risk to participate in bounties because most bounties do not pay participants unless the bounty is escrow, and even when the bounty is escrow, the value of the coin/token they pay in some cases are quite very poor, in some cases it may take years to list the token (if it will be listed at all). At the end of the day, you have lost your time and resources which you could have channeled elsewhere for your benefit. Only very few bounties run by reputable bounty managers pay promptly and some times with coins like Bitcoin, USDT as the case may be. Ensure you carry out detailed research before participating in bounties or else you loose your time and resources.

95% of them doesn't pay and owners just want free advertising to their project then leave if they failed or even succeed since they can't afford to list their tokens to be listed on expensive exchange. Also 5% chance that they paid but don't expect to get good pay cuts because mostly if they got listed on shit exchanges the value shrunk down because many of its early investors or words the devs are dumping it to secure their profits.

I don't know how much the percentage is (maybe 95% or more), but I agree that most of them didn't pay because of varied reasons.
Not only because of they fail, in most cases the projects are indicated as scams. Scammers just use the bounty program to attract many investors, then they just leave after they get enough money from investors. Well, there is a small chance to find good projects, many just waste our time because of shit values of the tokens or even no value at all.
