I have been leave bounty social work but i ejoy signature campaign smoothly. I will participate some signature campaign even if a bounty will be success rage then i can get some money. Although you can participate video and article campaign which is larger bounty poolz reward.
if a project will not get successful token sales then there token will worthless. So worthless token can't make money so a successful project will pay comfort money by all hunter.

So it is gambling rather than get paid for work, I usually prefer not to be part of the projects with no success record. Bounty campaigns don't pay much compared to regular BTC paid signature campaigns unless you get lucky and be part of the well established bounty campaign of the project. Never waste your time with useless tokens earned through worthless bounty campaigns, better respect your time, IMHO.

If the bounty project is strong and legit, then it is certain that they pay the bounty hunters the coins of their project in the end; it is not in their interest to refrain from paying because this will lead to the loss of the confidence of their project, which promoted it. Agreed, following a trust manager is a great option but we have to analyze the project from roadmap, real team, whitepapers and more, so it's not hard to review the potential bounties and we can decide for ourselves which bounty has the most potential to get decent pay for a few weeks of campaigning work.

you are right friend, that many new projects that exist are worthless tokens and make many investors afraid.

Yes, remembering those good old years where ICO bounties are really that worth for your time because allocation and they do ending up on having on value or simply listed on CEX which those hard days work do really pays off.Nowadays on having that lots of projects in the market then it would really be that just hard on sniping a single project which does really pay out of lots of shit projects in the market then it is really that hard
to have on getting a worthy one but if you do have the ample time and effort or work you could pour on then bounty hunting wont really be that a bad choice but of course you should know the risks on spending your

1. You do make effort and put up time on a project but didnt get paid or the project become scam
2. You get tokens but ending up on having no value ( so waiting time or holding a bag of shitcoins in this case)

I kept deleting and blocking those people that add me in telegram or other social media that does not ask permission first because for me? this is unethical way and mostly? in scam projects that conduct this attitude.

In my honest answer that bounty is dead already and it's the sad reality that it is not profitable anymore hence the bounty era is end already and only few promising projects out there that can sustain the longevity. Some bounties pay and some are not, it's both 50 50 risk in simple terms. Some devs are greedy that if they succeed on listing and they forgot on paying their marketers as if they were having an amnesia.

In my opinion the bounties that are scams run bounty first, then pre-sell and then close the project with some false excuse.  Those who are bounty hunters are not getting paid for their hard work and there are many investors who are facing loss.  But not all bounty is like that. There are many respected managers who have seen and heard many things before camping management.  But being a well respected manager is of no use because they will give you your bounty token but the company scams with you.  To say that nowadays you need luck to do bounty because most of them are scam.

While you mentioned those good names of Bounty managers , remember that still no complete certainties that participants will receive payments
even manager sometimes being scammed by their own projects of not getting their Managerial fees,
we have seen many of these before and still happening , Managers are not perfect as scammers is much expert than we are , they can fool everyone
but at least those managers are very strict in finding one and yes , they have majority of paying campaigns than those not.
though some aren't come to exchange and yes no value at all till now.

I personally want to say Participating in bounty programs can be a great way to earn rewards as well as contribute to the success of the project. My view is that participating in a bounty program should be seen as an opportunity to be rewarded for contributing to the growth of the project, not as a guaranteed source of income and as you mentioned in the campaign signature and article are the 2 components that I choose to follow.

Of course it pays if you choose the right one, and one more bounty is the same as investing you can lose your money on your investment but it doesn't show up right away.

Oh yeah, pays. Not all, of course. But once a year, one or two companies pay good dividends. The main thing is to have time to pick into such an event, as well as be patient in anticipation of your profit.

Level of scams in bounties has stayed same imho. These days it's just easier to spot the legit from the rest, as there are very professional bounty manager groups that choose quality projects. Then there are desperate bounty managers who take any job without any research because money is good enough.

You can review bounty announcement pretty much same way you dyor the project that you should advertise. Difference being that in bounties you need to review bounty program on top of normal research about the project itself.

Bounty campaigns use to pay a lot when tokens can be easily added on exchanges but since 2020, exchanges are not adding them when they see, the project is just something that has no value.
