This was caused by an issue with our hosting provider which has since been fixed. Sherbet is back online and accepting bets.

Managed to play a bit now that the site is back up and i have to say everything feels very nice and fast. The versus game was pretty good and the people in chat are nice aswell The slots got me at the end tho lol

I think this is just a bug because I believe that the behavior of that automated email is that it'll only be triggered if the IP address of the new account matches the IP address of the other accounts. If not, there should be no such notification. So, it is indeed a bug assuming that he or she really did not create another account or use a VPN.

One of my friends experienced such a glitch on a popular casino recently but his own was that he was able to create an account but he was mandated to very the account on opening while I have been playing on the site for a very long time and yet to come across KYC demands, and while he was explaining his problem to me, I quickly realized that is either he used VPN to access the site and the bot trigger up KYC in other to know the identity of the players or he may have registered using an IP that some else is using already, so I asked him if he experiences or used any of the two options to open the account but he said he did not use VPN but he can not ascertain whether someone else within the vicinity is using the same IP with him since he is using public internet connection via wifi in the office.

So then I told the friend that, the possibility is there that one of the members of the staffs gambling on that site and using the office internet., so the only option is for him to verify the account if he is convinced and trusts the casino to hand out his documents to them.

Looked like a great casino with enough games to play. But when I send money for a withdrawal, it's not instant, because withdrawals or first withdrawal only is manual from what I see. I was hoping that part on correctcasinos was not true, but it's true:

However, there is a great thing that they don't allow you to cancel withdrawal.

Correctcasinos are right about withdrawal time in Sherbet. It is more than 12 hours. so painful to see such delays in a crypto casino.

Support was talking all day that I'll get money "shortly". With each hour, I was less sure about it. Not sure that can recommend this casino. Their withdrawal is the 2nd longest I have experienced after Crashino, which also withdraws money in up to 3 days or a week in rare cases.

Now support just ghosting me for asking where are my money. I didn't receive exact information on how long I should wait and how to speed up the process. It makes me think that they are looking for reasons to confiscate money or something like that. Terrible experience.

I confirm that everything went well. I my deposit was credited within just 12hrs of waiting which is commendable since other casino usually take a lot of time to recover it and some is literally doesn’t entertain any type of recovering any deposit mistake.

I manage to complete the x0.5 wagering deposit but failed to claim the 200% deposit bonus since my wager is not counting for the bonus so I decided to skip since the team notify me that the bonus and balance is added manually so there might be a problem.
