Well I have a different experience. My first withdrawal with this site was instant and didn't require KYC. Also, it was a 50$ withdrawal.

I had a similar experience, my LTC withdraw was fast, the only thing that happened is that they required a code sent to my email, but I wasn't receiving it, so i needed to enable 2FA to be able to withdraw.

Round 1 prize has not been distributed yet and Round 2 is about to end. Please settle the Round 1 prize so that we can participate in Round 2. I don't understand why the distribution of prizes is consistently delayed; it always takes a week to settle. Sorry for being in a hurry. I don't have any problems with your casino. I think the approach of launching these new rounds should change going forward, a new round should only open after previous rounds have been settled to avoid any confusion and also preserve their reputation of which they have done a good job to build their name around the forum...

I guess they will distribute all the prizes (round 1-3) at the same time next Sunday/Monday since the 3rd round will end in 2 days.

That would be better, sending the prize before the new round start will also make the winners keep the prize first in order to participate in the next round.
However I'm still wondering why it takes this long just for such small amount while sherbet offers on-site promotions with much bigger prize but they release the prizes faster.

Well how does it feel to actually click the cash out button manually? normally on crash competition like this, there are autobets which really helps us to cash out at specific crash point but on SpaceXY its totally different. Not to mention that its pretty hard to actually hit the exact multiplier that we want to because its quite laggy, not sure if this only on my end but yeah its laggy compared to other crash game

I regret it a bit. 

But a win is still a win, so I'm thankful I hit that multiplier although not really my target. I don't know, I maybe panic a bit because I was thinking that it could crash anytime soon. Should have waited a big and be more patient. After that, I tried again, but unfortunately I didn't see that high multiplier again and I lose all my balance.

The prizes are distributed with a one month delay so anticipate that the distribution for this contest will also be delayed by one month. As a round 1 winner for crash contest I can confirm that the prizes have not been distributed up until now.

This is my first time to join the competition, I placed 4th receiving a tiny $10 and, it will be delayed?  

If my reward will be delayed a bit, I think I am still in a better situation than you since your reward was still from round one. I guess we just have to wait since ^{Royse777 had mentioned between Sunday to Monday}, so let's get back on Tuesday if the reward is not yet distributed.

I hope they'll not run a new competition yet until all prize money are distributed.

Don't worry about that we already have words regarding on the payment so lets assume that it will happen soon. For sure do a lot of efforts to make this happen so the only thing we need to do know is to wait for the update since that is the only thing we can do for now.

Frankly, I made a complaint about this long delay when they had a survey some time ago as I put it on the question "what you do not like in sherbet".
Of course I do not know if they read it or not but seems that it gives no effect as there is no follow up action from them.
I tried to contact live support several times today but the answers are all from bot, I'm not sure when is the working hours for the real human support.
Maybe because it is still Sunday in some countries so there is no real human support due to holiday.
Since Roysee informed that the distribution will come within Sunday-Monday, there are still at least 24 hours to wait or 48 hours max.

It would be unfair to base the contest payments on signature campaign payments especially that they receive their coins via their personal wallets whilst anybody winning from a contest receives their reward through the platform...but from how things have unfolded seems like we might be receiving coins via our BTC addys

Earlier today I sent them an email asking about the prize distribution, but I'm surprised to read the reply below:



It seems that the not all supports on the site know that their casino is promoted in this forum, as he said that they do not deal with this forum.
Maybe there is miscommunication between the on site admin/support with the one who is responsible for their promotion in bitcointalk.
I asked the support to give me an update once they get in touch with the host, hopefully there will be a good news soon.

I just noticed this thread, some people are complaining about their payments being delayed, I know there are many event contests held by Sherbet, but I don't think that they often delay distribution or are not serious in campaigning their site on this forum, I'm sure they know the consequences If they don't pay, of course their reputation could be damaged just because of a small problem like this. I saw that OP was last active on January 7 and several of his posts announced the winners of weekly challenges.

Several other winners have not yet been seen, some of them have complained and have not received payment. BTW, have you checked that there are no errors in typing your username on your Sherbet account so that the distribution may not reach your account, sometimes there are also typos in typing your casino account username so that Prize distribution went wrong in the end, but that's not to defend the casino as I'm also not an active gambler on this site, I hope you get your prize payout and be sure to check back
