Why Sherbet prohibits so many countries? Many other casinos allow users from most of those countries but I'm amazed to see that Sherbet is prohibiting so many countries users from using the services. I agree with the VPN part as using of VPN is unnecessary on a casino site and most of the casinos don't like VPN users because the VPN users are mostly from restricted countries and they won't be able to complete their KYC as well.

Maybe because they don want to have problem regarding on legal matters on said countries that's why they just decide to prohibit the access of people on states countries. And its good that they already said that they are not good to use VPN on their casino since it will be clear to all that they don't allow to use such tool to access their casino so for sure many question has been answer and I guess people should follow that to avoid any more further trouble that might happen to them in future.

There are game providers that restrict a country's access to their services while the casino does not restrict this country from accessing their site.  For example,  a slot provider Pragmatic play is not available in my country although my country is not on the restricted list of casinos but can access them through VPN.  Although some casino has no issue with the use of VPNs as long as the player is not from a restricted area,  though I might be missing some games when I am playing on the Sherbet platform, it is good to know that Sherbet has directly stated that they do not approve the use of VPN on their platform.

I don't think the number of countries in the list is too many, just similar to most of the casinos if you visit the ToS page of casinos you can find a list that looks like this one, and it's due to the restriction of license provider. Usage of VPN is not allowed because people can abuse the promotions with multiple systems so casinos don't allow VPN but some casinos allow VPN usage as long as it's for the user's privacy and if they find suspicious activity then surely the account will be reviewed.

We hope that you implement the USDT deposit in other networks as soon as possible because ERC20  is stealing our fun away due to their expensive gas fee.  I am forced to convert my USDT TRC20 to TRX when I play in the Sherbet Platform and it is inconvenient because I have to do an extra step exchanging it to an exchange and then deposit it on the platform.

The Ethereum ERC20 chain is big but transaction fee on that blockchain is very expensive and we should not waste our money unnecessary and make others richer.

I agree with your proposal to ask Sherbet team considering deployment of USDT on TRC20 chain for Sherbet users. The team already officially answered that they are aware of that and forwarded community request to their developer team. Let's hope they will get internal agreement on it and will start their technical deployment for it soon.

Most of the time, it's about following and obeying the laws and rules in different countries. Each country has its own set of regulations for gambling websites and activities. Most of the time, it's about following and obeying the laws and rules in different countries. Each country has its own set of regulations for gambling websites and activities. As a gambling service provider, they have to comply with these rules. If they can't meet a country's requirements for operating there, they shouldn't allow users from that country to access and use their site. Otherwise, they might face legal consequences. Sherbet is doing great on this, IMO.

Most of the casino share same license which is from Curacao. Typically the license for Curacao has same scope to all the casino that acquires it. So casino is not actually dealing with the country law individually but their license covers it as package.

IIRC license scope varies base on the country which the casino is registered for operation. So even 2 casino have same license while they are operating in different country then there’s a chance for a difference on country scope depending on the law of the country they are operating. Some casino use some workarounds with their license to extend their scope to other restricted countries.

I do encounter what @sam experienced on different casino with same license but they later on allow my country to play which means they do something with their license coverage.
