Usually, the casino will not tell you about the KYC or will not demand KYC until and unless you won something and now they want you to do KYC before cashing out the profits. Some may allow you to deposit in casino but won't let you cash out without KYC.

I am not saying that you are transparent or shady, i am only sharing my general experience with the casinos where i usually play or have played in the past.

Definitely, yes! there is KYC, that it is not mandatory does not mean that it does not happen.

I assure you that if any Casino ( with license+ToC) activates the alarms, there is KYC for any derisory amounts (e.g.),  so, It is a matter that the system simply detects "anything", it activates it.

Then, *certain conditions apply* or read the TOC is the correct "talk".
