honestly some ads could be as weird as launching you into their content without even waiting for you to click on them, thry usually comes along while you're opening a website opened together, though I've also seen some YouTube ads that will demand you to skip them after 5 seconds which they would have advertised their content as well using your own data.

I actually do face such a challenge on a few sites I browse, and it becomes so difficult to browse efficiently in  such sites on mobile because the ads pop up and automatically open a site for the advertisement, like it does on my phone. Sometimes, too, if it's an app ads that pops up, it will automatically open the Play Store, totally distrusting what I am browsing. Some ads have a cancellation button after a few seconds when the advertisement completes, but some ads don't show a cancellation button at all, especially if you are operating from a mobile phone. If it's on Windows, the ads can automatically open up a new tab from your browser, and everything will also be visible, but on Android, some ad cancellation buttons are hidden.

Those websites are typically hosted on WordPress and often rely heavily on plugins, which can contribute to their erratic behavior. These plugins often contain JavaScript programs with conditional statements that prompt users to click certain elements, without which the website may not respond as intended. To counter this behavior, ad blockers are highly effective. I personally recommend using the Brave browser, as it is user-friendly and helps minimize unwanted gambling ads. However, you should know that certain websites may detect when your adblocker is active and restrict access to their content, they employ various signals to detect adblocker activity.

I want to believe that most of the google ads we see flying around on the internet are not exactly "pay per click" kind of ad, otherwise, there won't be so many platforms integrating google ads on their platforms, which YouTube just happens to be one of those platforms, from what I know people hardly click on online ads this day, so I think the platform where the ad are hosted still her paid, whether the ads is clicked on not, as long as it was viewed by users.
They are not like advertisements before where they should be visited. Youtube is a big platform now and I do believe there is a contract just like how it is with commercials on our local channels being watched on the television. Now, they pay just to come out once in a while or maybe for every hour of watching, depending on the contract.
Some advertisements on Youtube rely on the watched history but there are those who paid to come out even if not recommended. Take Head and Shoulder shampoo for example, I am not watching anything about shampoos, hair, or any bathing products and yet it will still pop out twice in an hour watching on their websites.
I think the gambling advertisements that we see once in a while are recommended and did not pay too high to pop out like those big shampoo companies.
IMO, the highest payers are those ads that we cannot skip. I have not seen a gambling ad that does that or maybe because I have no watched history about it.

Yeah out of curiosity and they are seeing it from YouTube they might be in the impressions that the site have good capital as they can use the platform to advertise, and from that they will try to visit and use the site for their gambling, something that the site really wanted to gain traffics and possible gamer/gamblers to use their services and a potential regular users.
Curiosity will make them finally visit the site because I have experienced it before so I can say that excessive curiosity can make us fall for it, especially if we are tempted to follow it.

The casino has the capital to advertise on social media and they have already prepared a budget to promote the casino. And even if there is a ban from social media sites or elsewhere, it will not stop the casino from promoting on other sites. Those successful casinos promoting on social media will get good traffic and see an increase in the number of members playing in their casinos. That's what makes casinos increasingly increase their promotions in other forms on more and more sites.

If you dont want ads from Youtube or you are really that got irritated then you would be always have the opt on going for premium but of course it would really be an another expense which not all would really

be that tending to do so but rather they would be dealing up on skipping ads on 10 sec mark or what rather than on paying up on something just like on getting rid of them but well its a personal choice or preference because there are ones who would really be tending on doing so. It would really be just common for these sites or platforms to have ads considering about millions of users on which companies
and services would definitely be targeting out on launching out their products and services on wider audience.

Therefore, if you dont like these things then you could always opt on skipping it out but i do understand the feeling on the time that you have watched something but been bothered by these things. Grin
I don't want to pay for anything from Youtube Grin

We often see 5 or 10 seconds long ads; some can be skipped by pressing the button. And usually, I'll hit the skip button right away if it's an ad that doesn't match what I'm watching.

But if the ad fits what I'm watching or if it catches my eye, I'll watch it all the way through.

However, you should know that certain websites may detect when your adblocker is active and restrict access to their content, they employ various signals to detect adblocker activity.

If i will need to visit a site then I don't need to necessarily have to go through their ads before approaching their website and i will take the effective use of ads blockers for use, i also make use of the brave browser om my device, i like the overal performance of the browser but the only issue with using brave is the hanging of a thing it does, you will just suddenly discover that the app is not working or pausing, i will now have to minimize to destop before navigating back onthe app then it continues, this has been common challenge with the browser because it freezes.

I'm asking out of curiosity, are you guys experiencing a surge of gambling ads on youtube videos lately? this past week I've experienced an increased encounter of gambling ads on videos I watch on youtube. it's not that it bothers me, I am just surprised because I don't remember getting this many gambling ads on youtube videos in the past, but this past week, I usually get a gambling ad from 2-3 out of 5 videos I watch(it's just an estimation because of how often I get the ads). I don't know if it is because I recently watched several videos of streamers gambling or it's just a coincidence, I've watched streamers gambling videos in the past but I have never gotten this many gambling ads.
YouTube is now very important and popular platform for online gambling ads. Now a days ads view is most mandatory subject for YouTube. And when we see even a local video we have to gambling ads mandatory. Gambling site is now very popular in our country.
Even when we are seeing national and international new on YouTube then also we have to see gambling ads.

For this reson gambling site being popular day by day. YouTubers also creating gambling video and they promoting gambling ads. From gambling video and gambling ads YouTubers earning huge money. So gradually increasing YouTube gambling ads and it will continue increase i think.

Advertisers see an opportunity to promote their casino in that platform since Youtube is not so strict compare to other platform which is limiting the gambling site advertisements. But for sure once many abuse about this and promote gambling unethically Youtube will stop all or put some limits to those gambling sites. But since this is not happening yet maybe we should educate our young kids about what they are seeing online especially on those gambling site matters.

Yeah, being responsible is important especially for the young generations there are many ads and personally we experienced those and if we are sharing our devices with our kids chances that they will see those recommendations/ads with their visits is possible, let them know the bad after effect and make sure not to give them an idea that it can be easy access to them.

Gambling site business is to continuing to grow and with the help of social media platforms they are gaining more traffics and interest.

Yes it's been quite a long time I've been noticing a lot of gambling ads while watching youtube videos. Earlier this kind of gambling advertisement may not have come but unique advertisement came. From this it can be understood that people are now getting a little more attracted to online gambling. Many people may wonder why this kind of advertising and what is the benefit? In fact, the reason for such advertisements is to attract people to online gambling. And YouTuber channel owners are getting huge amount of money for promoting such advertisements. As a result, they are promoting such advertisements in each of their videos. But gambling is banned in the country I live in, so advertisers have to be very careful about it.

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe that websites that are approved by AdSense to place ads get paid a certain amount even if the ads are not clicked but if they are clicked, they get paid extra, or maybe they don't get paid if the ads are not interacted with at all. But about YouTube ads, I believe account holders get paid based on how many hours of ads have been watched so even if the ads are skipped, there are ads that cannot be skipped and you get paid for those if you are a content creator of YouTube.

Though it looks like people don't click ads at all, that's not entirely true. If this was true, this business model would never be this much successful. The thing is, every person who is interested in something will interact with an ad that shows up related to their interest.

Youtube doesn't pay its content creators per ads, if that's the case these influencers will do everything in their power to scrape all the ad on the internet and put it in their video. No, they don't get paid in ads, they get paid in watch time, view count and sub count. Ad-friendly determines if a video could be monetized as in order for your video to get monetized for its view count, and watch time it has to be ad-friendly first. If it's not ad-friendly, it means it couldn't be given ads and thus would not be paid. Plus youtube doesn't necessarily go with clickable ads, although I've seen an annoying and unwelcome uptrend these days in the number of invasive ads on youtube videos. They go for video advertisements, which could be skipped and unskipped.

Gambling and casino are not only advertised on YouTube but when you start watching a video on Facebook you will see gambling and casino ads in between. It's annoying for us but an important promotion mechanism for gambling and casinosites.

At some point they will get more strict with the way they manage those ads as the there is little doubt that gambling is getting more popular and this is not something that everyone is happy about, just recently I think there was some legislation put in place at the UK so gambling companies could not promote soccer teams, so it is reasonable to think that such restrictions soon enough are going to reach other forms of advertising and this could reduce the number of gambling ads we watch on average.

Are you bothered by the gambling advertisement, i advise you to have lots of YouTube accounts so that the videos that are recommended to you are not just gambling sites.  As far as i know, YouTube will give you advertisements based on what you often watch, and when you often watch gambling streamers, YouTube will automatically recommend gambling sites (there's nothing wrong with just skipping the ad) that advertise themselves on Google for most of the videos you watch.

But these things can't be taken into consideration, firstly because YouTube doesn't have a way to put things in so that one can become Premium and the truth is that I'm not interested, I don't know about the others, so advertising or adsense is very annoying, although to be honest it wouldn't bother me to see casino propaganda and even more so if these casinos are on bitcointalk, because it is something that would fill me with pride if I saw stake.com, because it is the casino I work for and every day in that Casino things get better, it is also one of the ones with the most reputation, like sportsbet, bitcaisno, duelbits, rollbit, roobet, among all these that are the best.

I mean google probably sells information about your history to most of the websites and then your gonna get gambling website ads, I didn't try it yet since I don't really gamble a lot, but if the algorithm finds you interested in gambling website it might be the one that you're going to get on your youtube ads right? But your kind of right since I don't really experience it or probably I'm just not interested in gambling anymore. As far as I know, gambling has a huge restriction on Youtube so probably they have ways that bypass the algorithm.

But most of the gambling websites paid to get advertise on a lot of social media and websites, even on streamers they paid influencers to get advertising on their video, gambling website is huge in my country since facebook influencers here are huge and get paid to advertise even phishing website and not get involved on cases, so this wasn't really surprising to see this kind of gambling ads online anymore.

Perhaps, the advertisers used different keywords to bypass an algorithm that blocked the ad from showing. So advertisers can see their ads appear on many users and of course, there will be people who click on the ads and want to try gambling.

And Youtube is not just a place to advertise because they can try it on Facebook and other social media. So they have a market depending on how they want to advertise the casino.

Google doesn't need to sell any data to any website, it is the biggest ads network itself and every single website uses the ads from it. Advertisers all over the internet go to Google to promote their brands and products and Google uses targeted campaigns to run those ads, so it uses your history or search terms like keywords that you used for searches across all it's websites to show you ads related to those keywords.

If you search "gambling games" on Google or YouTube or across any platform operated by Google, you will likely start seeing ads related to gambling or gambling games after that because gambling platforms are running targeted campaigns with Google Ads targeting people like you who are looking for gambling games or platforms.

It is because of this that I consider the use of a VPN important, just because people were interested in a topic before that does not mean they are always going to be interested on it, one common complain among those which developed an addiction is that as they are trying to recover from those issues they are served ads related to their addiction in all kind of social media platforms, so basically they are tempted all the time to go back to their old habits, however if those people had used a VPN to hide that information from companies like Goggle then their internet experience will not be hindered to such an extent.

currently youtube channels have played a large and important role in promoting casinos, recently I have heard about a controversy about a casino that is happening in brazil, from what I could see is that the casino paid millions to many channel owners from youtube that has thousands of followers to promote the casino, it turns out that those owners of the youtube channels that were paid by the casino told their followers that the followers will earn extra income with the casino, that word: "extra income" implies that people will be able to have money coming from the casino if they put money in the casino, even without playing, this is the perception that all people had

so people put money in that casino hoping to get extra income, they played and lost, but even so they were waiting to receive the extra income, but as they didn't receive it they contacted the casino support that after they lost money in the casino they were clarified that they won't having money coming from the casino because they lost while playing, these people started posting videos crying and complaining and this caused a backlash and other youtube channels are investigating and criticizing the casinos, I fear that in the future this will force youtube to take tough measures about gambling, by that I mean that you have to be very careful with your words when advertising something related to gambling

Gambling and casino are not only advertised on YouTube but when you start watching a video on Facebook you will see gambling and casino ads in between. It's annoying for us but an important promotion mechanism for gambling and casinosites.
Indeed, it is not only in ads but most of the time this so called influencers insert some clips of some gambling sites in their vlog showing that they are winning, sometimes they also give small amount of money and people will use that as initial deposit but the most common problem is they cannot withdraw the money they have earned. Gambling are now being advertise everywhere even those not regulated ones.

I really think that at some point on the future regulations regarding gambling ads are going to be passed which will most likely forbid them from the TV or even websites like Youtube, personally I have nothing against gambling and it is an activity that I enjoy, however at some point too many people will lose money because of it and they will not be able to accept the consequences of their mistakes, and then they will do what they always do, which is to cry to the politicians in turn and demand a law to be passed so this does not happen to them again.
