Quite a standard set of teams for the quarterfinals, isn't it? 
In Arsenal's place there could be Liverpool or Chelsea (which we won't see in the Champions League for a very long time, it seems).
If it were not for a significant change in the strength of the teams (Barcelona and Atlético are far from what they were before), then one would think that we were back 6-8 years ago.

Actually the quarter finals qualified teams are pretty good as all of them are not lesser than being between the fourth to first positions in their respective leagues so it's really a wonderful combination of giants from each divisions.

Saying Arsenal could have been replaced by either Chelsea or Liverpool is a kind of belittling Arsenal because if not that Arsenal have been without major trophies for a long time now, you would agree with me that England's big four teams wouldn't be complete without Arsenal and so far this season, we have seen the performance of Arsenal even at a time when they flopped, they bounced back stronger again and has achieved great results so far, so they deserve some accolades.

Indeed Barcelona and Atletico Madrid seems to have dropped form for quite some seasons now but that not withstanding, they're still doing pretty good as they still maintain within the top four positions in the LA Liga.

Just go back to the time when we saw the confrontation between Ronaldo and Messi and when the attention of the whole world was focused on the Clasico. In those days, Bayern was also strong and very often reached the Champions League final. City, Dortmund and Atlético were also top teams (Atlético had two Champions League finals against Real Madrid). The composition of these quarter-finals reminded me of those times, and if we go back to those times completely, instead of Arsenal we would rather remember Liverpool or Chelsea. The thing that might differentiate between the two in the Champions League is experience, Arsenal is not a team with much experience in the Champions League compared to Bayern Munich.

I basically don't expect Arsenal to qualify for the semi-finals this season by beating Bayern Munich, but this could happen if Arteta can maximize the potential of his team. The match will be very close and definitely worth looking forward to, but I would probably think that both have a 50:50 chance of making the semifinals.

This one too is going to be a great game. Again I believe the physical playing style of Real Madrid and their legacy on champions league would favor them over Manchester City,

I also feels the same, brother. At least, we can see Real Madrid vs Man City in the semi-final. It is too early to see Real Madrid vs Man City in the quarter-final. Man City will be always the favorite team to be in the final because they are the strongest team in the last few seasons. Meanwhile Real Madrid is the team with most title in UCL. Both teams are great, they have their own good history in UCL. If we look at the squad quality and the capability of the coaches, both of them are not so different. Which team who can be more ready to play and can play with best players, they probably will qualify for the semi-final.

I think Real Madrid must win in the Leg 1 if they want to have a good chance to qualify to semi-final. If they are defeated in Leg 1, I doubt Real Madrid will have the chance to eliminate Man City in this round.

No doubt Bellingham will try his best to see Real Madrid make it to the semifinals, but we shouldn’t forget that Haaland and De Bruyne will hold them. Yes, this is the last season with the same format, next season will be different.
All the quarter-final matches this season are very tight where the competing teams really have the experience and desire to advance to the semi-finals. Real Madrid get the same opponents as last season, Barcelona get PSG and it will be two classic games worth looking forward to.

Arsenal tend to find it difficult to hope for a win against Bayern Muchen, but Bayern Munich's performance in the domestic league this season is not so good that it might affect their performance in the Champions League. Barcelona will likely fail and give PSG a chance to reach the semi-finals because of the depth of their squad, but Barcelona have experience even though they rely on many young players.

After that didn't happen last season, really, I really hope there will be a final between Man City and Real Madrid in the Champions League final this season. But, once the draw results come out, ah, it's broken, that won't happen. Well, yeah, that's right, as it previously, too early final. But what can do, that won't change. Whatever it is, one of the two clubs should be there until the final. Maybe it will be more likely to be Man City. Knowing the present performance of Arsenal, we can’t conclude that they are not going to the semi-finals, but seeing the opponents that have more experience than them, the main point here is the performance. We know Bayern Munich won’t give them that chance since they have already given up in the Bundesliga, which they will also like to move down to the semifinals, but Arsenal, on the other hand, has displayed some strong and unimaginable performances lately that will make many believe that surely they can also make it to the semifinals if care is not taken.

I've been opportuned to watch Arsenal play against Bayern Munich in several occasions and never have I experienced an Arsenal win against the German Bundesliga club and that's why a lot of people including bookmakers are already backing Bayern Munich to easily eliminate Arsenal and progress to the quarter finals of the the UEFA Champions League competition but I don't think it'll be as easy as most of us think of the tie. During the times I watched Arsenal lose to Bayern Munich, Arsenal's form at those moments weren't as impressive as it is at the moment and Bayern Munich's inconsistency weren't as bad as it is now which is why I think Arsenal have a good chance to get a good result that'll see them progress to the next round of the competition at the expense of their opponents Bayern Munich.
Arsenal is currently leading the English Premier League table and are still very much interested in winning the league title this season even when they're in strong battle with Liverpool and Manchester City while Bayern Munich is currently trailing German Bundesliga leader Bayer Leverkusen by 10 points difference. So that goes a long way to tell that Arsenal have simply been the better team this season and might just pull a surprise and eliminate Bayern Munich

The match real madrid vs manchester is certainly worthy of being a final rather than a quarterfinal and many people have been also showing the same opinion like us since they are feeling very disappointed with the draw that makes real madrid face city earlier. It's also surprising me that the city has Real Madrid as an opponent again and these clubs were also very often in facing each other in UCL. Manchester City faced Real Madrid on consecutive times. I'm disappointed with the draw but it'salready happened.
Manchester City is a strong club, and I don't think it matters alot where City will play against Real Madrid soon. The most important thing I know is that Manchester City is slightly ahead of its competitors because the club is still performing perfectly.

City will have Haaland and De Bruyne back soon. People will be surely watching this match and that's it.

Real Madrid must be careful because the goal machine haaland can also score as many goals as possible. Real Madrid has Bellingham, while City has Haaland, these guys were the best players in their clubs.

Between Real Madrid and Manchester City, Real Madrid are having a better season than Manchester City to me. Real Madrid should be the team to be afraid of. This will be a familiar opponent for Bayern Munich to face Arsenal, because the two have met 12 times in the group phase and round of 16.

However, I think there are some favorite teams to got to the final round because we see their performance looks more consistent than other teams. Man City, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid are 3 teams to be in the final based on the prediction of many people. But if we look at the result of the matches in the current round, only Bayern Munich and Man City deserve to be the favorite teams. The quarter final qualified are strong teams and had impressive performance since group phase until 16 of round, left few hours later before quarter final match drawing and expected which the super big match are there any Spanish team will face each other on this round regarding they have three teams qualified to quarter final.
Indeed Manchester City had impressive performance since group phase until 16 round I don't sure they are favorite team, I want to see Manchester City have to face Bayern Munich or PSG on quarter final.
Regarding with quarter final teams left seems Dortmund is the only one weakness teams and most expected by all team face in quarter final, most lucky if quarter final drawing face with Dortmund than facing other difficult teams such as Madrid, Barcelona or Manchester City.

Among this team listed here, I think the most likely winners of this year uefa champions league is between Manchester city, Real madrid and Bayern Munich, because even if they are not doing that well, you can't take your eyes off them because Bayern Munich is a force in European football, underrate them at your own cost.

And as for the likes of arsenal, psg and  atletico madrid, I know that on their day, they are actually good, but I don't think they have all it takes to go all the way and take this title away from the likes of Manchester city, real madrid and Bayern Munich, I just feels like they are not good enough for such a task now, but they are going to play an important role on who is going to win it this year.

Those are clubs with biggest potentials to win the competition but it doesn't mean they will win it. I remind you that how intermilan which was placing at the runner up last season should be bottled the match against atletico madrid. It was enough to proving that if atletico madrid is better than intermilan in term of mentality.
Never saw atletico madrid played like that, they were using everything to gamble till last minutes and it's really paid it off for all of players who were not losing their focus till penalty.


Talking about the strongest nominations to win UCL and that's indeed those clubs are still holding the biggest chance to win the competition but im feeling doubtful to the bayern munich. It's caused by this club was performing so poorly. That being said that if i would rather than pick other candidate to win UCL this season like PSG.
