I don't confuse Kroos' decision to retire with the chance of who will win in the final.
Many people predict that Real Madrid will win and win the 15th UEFA Champions League trophy in history. But I have a different feeling about the results of this season's Champions League final where Real Madrid has a chance of failing to win the title against Dortmund.

Real Madrid's game was good. Likewise with Dortmund's game. But a surprise will happen this season. When it comes to Kroos' farewell to Real Madrid, I would rather point to a good farewell for Reus.

Dortmund don't have a squad with many star players like Real Madrid but they have quality, discipline and ambition that combine together to make their strength as a united team. This helps them to beat many stronger, more valuable squad and go to the final match.

Vinicius and Rodrygo have very good speed but I believe Dortmund already had experience in their semi final matches with PSG. PSG have Mbappe and Dembele who are speedy players too but we can see Dortmund prepared their tactics and players to reduce danger from these attacking players very well. After I saw the outcome of the Europa League finals yesterday, I have decided not to underestimate any club that is playing the finals because if they are not strong, they will no be in the finals. I still believe that Real Madrid will win Dortmund because they have good players and strikers that are hungry for goals, which they will like to put down their names on the score sheet of the champions league finals.

Dortmund on the other hand needs to play with confidence and have a game strategy to work with in order for them to resist defeat from Real Madrid. I believe the match will be filled with thrills, I will placemy bet on Real Madrid.

I've always emphasizes that the Dortmund side are too dangerous to be seen as underdogs, just like the game of Atalanta Vs Bayern Leverkusen, we already thought that Leverkusen will trash Atalanta, not until the surprising thing happened. Yes, Madrid would be foolish to underestimate Dortmund. Look at Atalanta and Leverkusen - that should wake up any final favorite. I think Madrid will be on edge now. Rodrygo will definitely finish brilliantly, Bellingham is good enough to counter attack, Dortmund will definitely try to stop this player, then Modric, Kroos, Valverde, Brahim Díaz, Joselu will stop them. Real Madrid have some defenders who can be dangerous at times and they leave their defense to score goals, meaning it is very difficult to plan against this Real Madrid. This season has been one very great one for Dortmund as they have been able to fight through to all matches to have a place in the final. This season I think their performance to an extent have been real better than the past performances as they happen to exit earlier in other past editions. Yes you can as well blame their bad performances on them always selling their key players for financial gains which is very understandable.

 This season has been pretty different as they have shown resilience and be able to dish out results even when the odds are against them and I think them having a place in the finals is a very big one for them. ⁠the match against Real Madrid won’t be an easy one and of course the odds are against them again owing to the huge experience of this Real Madrid side and also their former player, Jude Bellingham.

 I’m trying to imagine the chances of Dortmund in the finals against Real Madrid side because Real have the experience and quality to win. ⁠In as much as Real will definitely be winning this, I don’t think Dortmund team this season will be forgotten especially because of their great resilience. I will love to see them play great in the finals but that could real be impossible.

From what I saw happened between Atalanta Vs Leverkusen in the EUROPA league final, I may have to clear my doubt and hoping that Dortmund still have a chance against Madrid. Finals like this is meant to be tough, so Madrid may find it very difficult to secure the win but even they still remain the favourites with the best possibility of winning.

Yes, Madrid would be foolish to underestimate Dortmund. Look at Atalanta and Leverkusen - that should wake up any final favorite. I think Madrid will be on edge now. They know Dortmund cant be underestimated with the Champions League trophy at stake. Dortmund is no pushover even if they play well. Borussia Dortmund will play the UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid and judging by the history of both clubs in the competition as well as the records of their respective players, there's no doubt to the fact that Borussia Dortmund are the underdogs. Whenever a strong and competitive game like this is played, there's always the underdog and that's definitely the German Bundesliga club. But I understand what the point you're tryna make and I also buy to that idea of not underrating the strength and capability of the Borussia Dortmund team.
Considering how impressive the Borussia Dortmund team have been in the UEFA Champions League since the start of the season, I've always said in this thread that it'll be very unwise for Real Madrid manager or players to underrate them. The UEFA Champions League final is unarguably the biggest club football game and I don't think Carlo Ancelotti in all his experience in football will want to underestimate the ability of a club that made it to the final. Many people predict that Real Madrid will win and win the 15th UEFA Champions League trophy in history. But I have a different feeling about the results of this season's Champions League final where Real Madrid has a chance of failing to win the title against Dortmund.

I'm not a fan of any team but still, because I only see and consider the actual reality. So of course, I admit that Real Madrid still has a good chance of winning the Champions League trophy this season. I don't care about players who will retire like Kroos, and also about players who will leave at the end of this season like Reus. Because after  all, winning trophies is not just about players leaving and retiring because ofcourse, team performance will still be the main factor for the team getting good or bad results. Therefore,  because basically Real Madrid clearly has better quality, so of course Real Madrid will still have a very good chance of winning in the final match of the Champions League this season.

The strategy and the composition of players will be the determinant of who will play better and who will have control over the game. I agree with this one, but there is no guarantee that the team that controls the game can win the match. Leverkusen is superior to Atalanta, the team coached by Xabi Alonso has a very complete composition of players. The strategy he used was also able to make Leverkusen play better than Atalanta, but the use of opportunities was decisive in winning the match, Atalanta was able to take advantage of the opportunities well with three goals that managed to score against Leverkusen.
