Top three candidates and favorites to win the Champions League has got to be Manchester City defending the Champions League Competition, Real Madrid who have won fourteen times and lastly Bayern Munich who are also hot favorites having a coach who has experience winning the Champions League Competition before with Chelsea.

Paris Saint Germans wouldn't want to lose the big man Kylian Mbappe too early even if he'll leave at the end of the season, they'll want to try again this season but I doubt he'll be sold out.

I certainly agree with you about the favorites to win the UEFA Champions League this season. Real Madrid are looking too good at the moment with Bellingham killing it for them in every match they play. They dominated their league and they were the group topper.

I'm very happy to see De Bruyne and Haaland play again for Manchester City. The anticipation is immense, like waiting for your favorite TV show to return! Their comeback changes everything, and I don't just say that because I like them. The way these guys work together on the field is almost magical, and it's a joy to watch them play. I'm undecided about Guardiola's strategy. Part of me wants him to release them immediately, let the magic unfold. But then my sensible side understands. Saving them for Champions League matches is like playing chess while everyone else plays checkers. If Guardiola thinks it's best to leave them on the bench for now, who am I to argue? Guardiola was able to adjust their game plan after De Bruyne went injured for long and was also using some alternatives players to play in the first team in order to have different strategies to play with when any of the team players is out injured. I can't imagine what would happen in case of seeing Real Madrid's signing a deal with Mbappe. However even if this happens he wouldn't join the team right away of course. Those are the strongest teams with the strongest squad. We have seen that how real madrid was always dominating the champion league while other clubs seem very hard in winning UCL trophy. We clearly talk it based on the ranking power of clubs in UCL.

But you said it yourself, you are talking about injuries and they can make a huge difference and nobody knows when Vinicius Junior will come back and whether he will stay healthy and can play the knock out stages in the Champions League. The same is the case for Manchester City who are still waiting for De Bruyine to come back and for Haaland to fully recover from his injury. All these are the little details that can be decisive in these huge matches should Real Madrid and Manchester City play against each other, which would already be possible in the quarterfinals as there will be no more easy opponents in that round.

If we look at their current stats, surely Real Madrid and Bayern Munich will have the biggest chance to achieve the final round. In as much as I would want to agree with your choice of favourites to win the UEFA champions league this season, I think it's also worthy to note that the three teams in the competition has their own flaws and which is very likely to play a big role against any of the three teams. Manchester City have not been as effective as they were last season which has made many to think that they'll not be much a threat like they were last season but let's not forget that they're managed by a Pep Guardiola that's capable of turning things around in his own time.

Isn't De Bruyne warming up on their last match? According to some reports I've read, only three key players are injured for now: Haaland, Stones, and Doku. Some reports stated that Haaland and Doku can return as early as mid-January, while Stones has a more serious injury. If that is true, buying new players is probably not the best choice. If De Bruyne and Haaland are able to continue their excellent performances like last season, then Manchester City will surely win the Champions League title this season as well. Also Bayern Munich team is very strong this season. The Munich management have built their squad this season with the aim of winning the Champions League title and the squad is very strong.
