On papers all looking easy for the Manchester City, but real time action is going to happen on 14th February at Parken Stadium last time we have encounter between these two sides which ended without having any goal and frustrated Manchester City have to share points with Copenhagen now what happen in this knock out round is surely looking good but still anything can happen because all teams are doing their best for staying into competition and Copenhagen is also trying to keep things at the top after having surprising promotion from group stage.

Copenhagen had a fantastic group stage, to make it out of a group that nobody actually gave them a chance is a wonderful feat, i'm pretty sure once the group stage draw was made, 10 out of 10 people thought that Copenhagen would finish fourth, but they proved everyone wrong and did the unexpected.

Having said that, i'm afraid that their CL journey would come to an end in the RO16, i cannot see any chance of City being eliminated by Copenhagen, make no mistake that it is going to be a tough game, but the team that would come out on top would be the treble winners.

Maybe I was one of the people who thought Copenhagen would finish in 4th place, I don't mean to favor Manchester United but because Galatassaray was also more deserving of qualifying. But unfortunately it didn't go perfectly and Copenhagen proved that they deserved to progress, even to the deciding match.

We definitely know the answer in the round of 16 because the opponent is the defending champion and also a team that has always been a candidate to win the Champions League in recent years so Copenhagen's chances are very slim. this season's UCL, I just really hope that in the final round we will see a match between the strong team Real Madrid and Man City, whoever the winner is, but seeing both teams able to enter the final round is a satisfaction for the supporters to be able to see the hard work of the team who are trying their best to reached the highest round in this competition and even though I really like these two teams, I still hope that Real Madrid will win the title in this UCL and really hope to get the treble winner title.

at the moment it looks like Man City and Real Madrid won't be able to reach the final round too easily because currently there are 2 teams that will also be strong challengers such as Inter and Bayern Munich which currently look very strong but for me Inter is not that strong but Munich looks like it very convincing to prevent Madrid and Man City from winning the title in the UCL.

Copenhagen will not survived first 10 minutes with Manchester City without conceding a goal. Copenhagen can be in good shape but they don't near a slight opportunity to draw Manchester City. There are some UCL fixtures that don't need any contemplating measures because we're confident on the winning team, we know how important the UEFA Champions League title is for Manchester City and they won't allow a random mediocre team to stand in their way. Every club have what is important to them abs Manchester City are held to winning the UCL title again for the second time in a row, it can be possible because they're trying with enough evidence to backup their performance.

Copenhagen pulled out a great performance in Group A of the UEFA Champions League to reach the last 16 when people were expecting Manchester United to qualify with Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League group stage. Even though the match between Copenhagen and Manchester City is not played, we all know that Manchester City is through to the quarter-final.

I also think Copenhagen did a really great work despite being the least favoured team in Group A. They played really fearlessly against all of their stronger opponents on paper. I say on paper because for example Manchester United showed a really poor performance and to be honest that performance deserved the last position. Copenhagen and Galatasaray were much more of a fighter compared to Manchester United.

Anyway when we come back to the main topic Copenhagen's job is going to be very difficult in this phase of the Champions League. Because they are about to face the biggest title favourite which is Manchester City.    This is most probably the end of the road for Copenhagen as a result.

Manchester City are clear favorites for the match against Copenhagen in the last 16 of the Champions League. I think everyone would admit that considering the depth of the squad as well as the experience of both teams. Pep Guardiola knows that his team are favorites against Copenhagen, but there is no reason to underestimate Copenhagen after they really made Manchester United suffer in the group stage.

You are right, Copenhagen will only have a journey in the Champions League until the round of 16, that is the big possibility. But who knows, any team still has their own chance of qualifying from one phase to the next, including Copenhagen. I back Manchester City to get to the final, but never underestimate Copenhagen who are trying to do something great.
