I don't know maybe it's because the coach didn't trust him that much but for me Jude Bellingham would have been more effective in the midfield where he has proven himself several times. Another player that was silent was Rodrigo his impact on that match was not felt, maybe the Dortmund players were too good for him to manipulate. I'm sure some people think the same as you and hope that surprises occur like the European league or Conference League but unfortunately Real Madrid didn't let that happen they secured the win with 2 important goals while adding to their trophy collection.
