Some transfer news from Chelsea, who returned victorious from the USA with the FIFA Club World Cup (the first one in the new format).
Apparently, they've listed 9 players as available for sale, with a total value of around £135m.
These are:
Armando Broja
Ben Chilwell
Carney Chukwuemeka
Axel Disasi
Joao Felix
Djordje Petrovic
Raheem Sterling

Renato Veiga

No real surprises here, as none of them are key players.
I wonder if they will use the money they earned from winning the FCWC into some high-profile transfer(s). They estimates say they are coming back from the USA £85 million richer.

Chelsea auctioned off their players after several seasons they always brought in players with prices and amounts that were not really controlled by them, but this is still a very good thing in my opinion considering that in the current conditions of course they have to do this especially since some of the players actually seem too forced to stay so in the end they try to put these players on the sale list it looks quite reasonable.

In addition to performance, in the end Maresca has several plans and it is likely that some of these players are not included in their future plans especially by looking at the current core line-up they are quite solid especially for their 2 wing sectors that are able to contribute when building up attacks from the back line.
In addition, they also still need fresh funds so in this condition it is a wise choice if they try to auction off their players who are not too used and not included in Enzo Maresca's future plans.

There will be a lot of challenges next season for Arsenal because the new signings Arsenal will have many attackers, Arsenal will have 3 strikers, Jesus, Kai Havertz and Gyokeres and those players are all good players but with I think one of them will leave after next season and it will be Gabriel Jesus because he has not been good enough to help the team since they signed him, injury has made Arsenal lost their confidence in Jesus.

I’m expecting the Premier League to be a tough one in the next coming season, as so many teams are well prepared by signing good players, especially Arsenal. With the way they are serious about signing players, it proves that next season will be a great one for them. Because with those players, Arsenal is supposed to have a high chance in the Premier League next season. Seriously, Arsenal really misses Jesus; he is one of the best confidence players for Arsenal.

But as it stands now, Arsenal are only waiting for the season to arrive now that they are well prepared. I am confident that they will not repeat the same things that have been happening for them in several seasons after putting in a lot of effort, and at the end of the season they will end up with nothing; surely next season will be very different because there will be a lot of changes from them.

Actually the Premier League is more valuable than both but it just sounds interesting you know. Liverpool had a superb performance during most of the season but ended up losing their chances in all other tournaments...

From my observation the teams decide what title race is more important and then go for it, seeing Chelsea had no chance winning the premier league title it’s better they go for something else and luckily they won two different title. Not all team get to the exact point after indicating their focus so Chelsea did a good job, both titles can’t be compared but watching the big teams they faced before winning the title tells Chelsea is ready for a change. I hope to see something different this season, I’m tired of watching same team get the trophy consistently maybe not Chelsea but, other teams probably in this way the competition will be tough.

I don't want to downgrade Chelsea but it is too early to conclude that the Chelsea we knew before is back to its former self. We can only say that when the new season begins to see what they have for us.

Of course, the Premier League will be very tough next season because each team is active signing players to improve their performances. Even Sunderland, which was promoted to the league last season, has signed about three players, so they should not be relegated at the end of next season. I can't tell whether Arsenal misses Gabriel Jesus because, even when he's fit to play, they don't win trophies, and the last time he won one was with Manchester City.

However, Arsenal is a team that usually disappoints their fans at the end of every season, so don't be too impressed with the players they're gathering to believe they will perform better the next season. He had a great season at Brentford. 20 goals and 8 assists in the PL.    Truthfully Manchester United really needs productive players like him. Last season went terrible for them in terms of scoring enough.

Winning against smaller teams in the Club World Cup tournament has helped keep the English representatives' attitude positive as a result they were not under any nervous pressure in the first match they faced against their big team. Chelsea were never really expected to win the trophy in this tournament but they still played In a fluent manner against the first big team they faced. It is true that Chelsea Football Club has removed all doubts and they have qualified for the trophy, still it can be said that the English club completely silenced Paris Saint-Germain in the final match of this tournament, even they were more energized in this match.

How could Manchester United be negotiating for Mbeumo for over 50 days now and the deal is not completed yet and they are talking about Jackson. What is wrong with Manchester United and who told them that it's only English teams that will produce a good striker for them. Manchester United scout should look beyond England and buy a young and hungry striker.

If Chelsea had had difficulty fixtures all along, they wouldn't have made it to the finals. There's no how they would have done it. Playing finals is quite different and finals have its own spirit and motivation. Anyways, they are now world champions

I think Liverpool is doing a really good move now. Isak or Ekitike, both are really talented strikers. Ekitike contributes with many assists also. 

But honestly I'd like to see Isak more. He has already been playing in this league and proven his quality. I don't know if Ekitike will be able to adapt quickly.

This new belief in Chelsea isn’t only you but most people even the fans of other clubs, and truthfully looking at the current Chelsea squad and the rest of the premier league clubs Chelsea definitely has the potential to go for it. If we look at last season even with a poorer squad Chelsea actually were chasing for the league title and only fell off along the way. I could remember them coming back from a 2-0 down against Tottenham and they were just 2 points behind Liverpool then but they fell off when Cole Palmer went on goal drought this was because he was there only reliable goal scorer then and none of his teammates stepped up then.

But looking at this current Chelsea squad you could see a more complete squad than last season, the defense looks more solid not with James back in it and the introduction of Tosin who to me has been excellent in that position plus the impressive performance of Cucurrella. The midfield is also very good with Caicedo now easily one of the best defensive midfielders in the league right now. There combination with Enzo and Palmer is superb.

Then the arrival of Joao Pedro is simply looking to be a moral booster for Chelsea attack as they lack an out to out striker like him before and also Pedro Neto simply settling in well at the club

I don't know. It sounds interesting to call Crystal Palace as the king of England.    The FA Cup is like the second most prestigious tournament after the Premier League in England.


Mbeumo is a good target for the Red Devils. They should go after him. However his cost is really huge though.    But they need to take these risks. The squad needs to be revolutionized.

I hope Amorim does a good work with it. But his job won't be easy there at all considering how hard it has been to carry this team to top. Alex Ferguson was like the last name with whom they had a great time period.

I do think Mbeumo worth that much. £70m is worthy price for him.

- He got speed, and good physicality
- 4th place of EPL top scorer last season
- PL proven

Those reasons above are even enough in explaining why Mbeumo really worth with his price. I'd rather waste £70m on him rather than £72m for a flop striker like Hojlund.

Chelsea was not just lucky they deserved what they achieved since they started very well from the day 1 of the club world cup competition, getting to the finals they proved himself and right and proved everyone who never believed that they could lift the trophy wrong. Enzo Maresca has proven himself in the competition and for next season every team needs to be ready because the league is going to be more competitive.
