People are sleeping on City, you may like them or hate them but they were 4 time winners up until last season. Yes they had a bad season last year, I agree, but they are going to do better I believe. Do I have any data to back that up? Of course not, but I am just guessing like everyone else.

Just because Liverpool bought some great players on top of the title win, doesn't make them suddenly better, they may end up having issues, who knows? But most shows them as leading candidate, isn't that a guess? What if Wirtz gets injured? All of these are guess, and I guess City is the best team yet again, as long as Guardiola is there, he will figure out a way to get this team back on its feet with the new players he got and will do a great job.

Surprised to see how people saw City's fourpeat like it was nothing. They forget how Pep is getting serious in rebuilding back his winning team, and deserve a candidate to win PL next season. Yeah they and Liverpool are two teams who will be the title contender.
I've dropped Arsenal from the title race caused by they're not serious team. I think we may see the same winner for the next season or City may also comeback. THere's a reason why Pep sign a lot of players is to win another PL.  

Every coach dream and desire is to win the premier league even though it seems impossible with the kind of player they have. As Guardiola is rebuilding his team to have a better next season so also is other coach rebuilding and building there team and if you ask me how next season will look like I would honestly tell you that Liverpool and Manchester city may not be the winner of premier league next season because towards the ending of last season Liverpool was having difficulty in winning match, they weren't strong as the initial time when klopp was there.

In my opinion, the teams that will fight for the title are:

1 - Liverpool

2 - Chelsea

3 - Arsenal

4 - Manchester City

Chelsea has improved a lot, and they're a team that's improving with each game, so I wouldn't be surprised if they manage to win the league. I'm not a Chelsea fan, but I admit they're a strong contender, better than Arsenal and Manchester City on paper. We'll see on the field, but if I had to choose just two teams with the best chance of winning the Premier League, I'd choose Chelsea and Liverpool. Manchester City hasn't yet managed to regain its strength.

Arsenal has had a good start to the season, but by the middle of the season, their performance begins to decline, and by the end of the season, they haven't been able to win anything. Liverpool has had defensive problems in the last few games of the season; if they can't fix that, they may not be able to achieve good results. while chelsea is simply at its highest level, it has no weak points.

I think all the teams are struggling and in the race to compete with each other with all the strengths.  But the most prominent with all the best improvements is the team chelsea. Chelsea's performance has been increasing with every passing day or the changes they made we can see after every match. The way they are improving and keep forwarding their win in the league will not be too surprising.  This is not to demotivate any other team but the current scenario. Although Manchester United is very active to improve their performance as they are trying to get the best players for their squad. Anything could happen on the last day . There is a possibility that maybe the results will be opposite to the current situation. Because it's all a matter of hard work and struggle.

I'd say;

Arsenal,  Liverpool,  Manchester City and Chelsea for the top four, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur will definitely occupy the fifth and sixth positions. I have made these prediction and rankings because of the recently done transfers. The three clubs to be relegated should be Wolves, Burnley and Brentford. ( These opinions are mine alone ).

Truth be told I don't see Liverpool to be having any issues coming this 2025/2026 English premier League campaign because with what I'm seeing Liverpool is still likely to win the league this coming season with the way they have even strengthen the the team I don't really see them to fail on this coming season because the squad is not lacking any thing and I believe this was the same step that gave Manchester City the league in four consecutive times, talking of Manchester City the will definitely show working but don't really think they can dominate as they use to as every team is really planning big ahead of next season.

Last season we saw Liverpool's strong performance. The team played very well. Despite the unexpected defeat against PSG in the Champions League, Liverpool won the Premier League title by dominating. Despite the good performance, this season Liverpool management has spent more than 200 million to strengthen their squad more. Liverpool management has not spared any expense. Now we are waiting to see Liverpool's capabilities.

Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea have also tried their best to strengthen their squad. And this is why it is expected that the title fight next season will be very intense. All four renowned teams have formed strong squads and will fight to win the title.

If it is your prediction on where they will both finish at the end of the season, the. I think you are selfish to keep Liverpool and Manchester City above Arsenal again this season.

Arsenal is the team that should be listed at the top because they have been trying consistently in the last three seasons; they finished second position in three consecutive seasons, and now they have signed some good players and a top reliable striker the team has been lacking for very long term; I do t think they will finish below second position again next season if they don’t win the EPL title which I am sure they will try because they have solid defensive line more than any other team in the Premier League.

So, you took the six teams at the top of Premier League as of the last match in 24/25 and replaced Newcastle with Tottenham. I'm curious why did you make that change? Is it related to the transfers of Morgan Gibbs-White and Marc Guéhi or do you have another reason? Predicting the top six for 25/26 season is the tough call for me right now especially since ongoing transfers could significantly shift the forces alignment in the field. That said, I do believe Liverpool and Chelsea will definitely remain in the top six.

Honestly, I see Arsenal finally breaking the 2nd-place curse this season. The squad looks complete, the depth is there, and the team has matured under Arteta. I’m backing them to go all the way and finish 1st.

City, on the other hand, might take a step back — I actually see them finishing 4th. It’s not that they’ve suddenly become weak, but I think other teams have caught up, and there are signs of fatigue after years of dominance.

As for Crystal Palace and Newcastle — I see them as the dark horses this season. Both clubs have strong potential and, if things click, they could seriously challenge for top spots.

Also, in the Club World Cup, Chelsea did not meet a top team till they met PSG in the final, and yeah, they were very good in the final, but that doesn't mean they are that good.
Also, it was expected of Chelsea to win the Conference League. It would have been very disgraceful if they didn't win it because they have spent way more money than every other team in that competition, and they are the biggest club there. This may not be something Chelsea fans will like to hear, but it's my opinion. Chelsea doesn't look like a team that can win the league.

The CWC shouldn't be used as a benchmark, but with the improvements and results achieved in terms of trophies, including last season's Conference League and CWC trophies, Chelsea certainly has a slightly greater fighting spirit as they look forward to the upcoming season and correct the mistakes of previous seasons, which were devastated by geopolitical issues.

Chelsea achieved several positive results last season, and now they simply need to build on their previous performance.
This will certainly be a bit difficult, especially since several big clubs like Manchester City and Liverpool are also starting to improve. Of course, being in the top four last season after two seasons of complete failure means high expectations are certainly awaited for the upcoming season.

Pep Guardiola is one of the best managers ever, and certainly a top name of who we have right now. So that means, we need to realize, he will figure out a way to win again. Not saying he will, but you can never count him out, that dude finds a way to get the wins he needs, one way or another.

I understand the need to actually look like you are going to win, because most teams look like they are great even before the season starts and City doesn't look like that at the moment, but that doesn't mean we are going to see them fail. Pep is the greatest coach by results, the titles he won proves that, treble with Barcelona, treble with city, he is really a great coach and can do so well, so we can safely assume dude has what it takes to get the win again.

I think we should expect alot from Manchester city next season because pep Guardiola will definitely figure the team’s problem and find a solution for it, even the premier league next season will be a very ridiculous season we will expect to see more than last season from pep Guardiola.

Premier league next season will be very hard to predict as many clubs are commmited to improve their squad to make sure they secure the trophy. They have been a lot of transfers in the premier league this transfer window and we will wait to see the effort the clubs will put next season towards lifting the trophy.

If you look at Liverpool, they played well last season but now they are not playing that well. Manchester City also shows their strength by joining them and they were not so successful last season but now they are playing better. Chelsea is playing very strong at the moment and can become a successful team which can be considered as one of the strong teams this season. I don't have much hope for Tottenham and Aston Villa because of which they are not so successful and Arsenal will move forward with their strength because they played very well last season and against PSG.

bro, this season will starts on 16th august. we still do not  know how the teams will perform. we ca not judge the overall condition of the teams by their performance in the fifa club world cup. because it is very difficult to continue the good performance in a long journey. chelsea played very well against psg as we saw. and that is why we consider chelsea as one of the contenders for the next premier league title. but will chelsea be able to perform well consistently in both champions league and premier league? does the squad have enough experienced players? does chelsea have a suitable replacement if any player gets injured?

Manchester city and liverpool are probably the ones who will fight for the title next season. chelsea and arsenal are strong teams. there is no way to deny that. but it is difficult for them to do well in the long run

Yes, I also know when this season will start, but depending on the kind of matches that are coming up, they can be given some good and bad shape, which will give an idea of the performance of the teams and your point is true to some extent because the Premier League is a very good and big league, which mostly includes strong and big teams. It is difficult for every team to keep themselves strong for a long time in a single win and they also become weak due to some mistakes. Regarding City ...I'm sure Pep knows what to do and if he still has the necessary players to make City what it was 2-3 years ago then I'm sure he will do it but I have some doubts regarding City performance for this upcoming season and I can't see them winning EPL or UCL .

I will not have high expectations from Manchester City next season. We saw the team's irregular performance last season. However, the team was very lucky that it was able to qualify for the Champions League in the end.

It will be more difficult for Manchester City to dominate the Premier League next season. Liverpool management is trying to build an unstoppable squad. The team is spending a lot of money to buy players for this. If the players can adapt quickly to Arne Slot's match strategy, then Liverpool has the most potential to dominate the Premier League. If I’m personally rooting for a team to win the Premier League it’s going to be Liverpool and Manchester City because this teams have experience on how to win the premier league title, A team that have won the Premier League Tittle 4 in a row isn’t a team to write off in the premier league tittle race, Liverpool on there own have spent a lot of money, and have strengthened their team and that will be a very strong team Liverpool are the Champions and will be very strong to retain their title, The thing with Arsenal they don’t look like a team to win a title even with Signing Victor Gyokeres to me, not disputing that they will not fight for the title, well right now Arsenal don’t have any excuses not to win the tittle, But right now I see Chelsea winning the Premier League title before Arsenal, The problem I have with Arsenal is that they aren’t trophy oriented. It proves the team has the great potential to become champions in 2025/26 season. Anyone looking down on pep guardiolas Manchester city because they were terrible last season doesn't really understands football, because as long as football is concerned, no team managed by pep guardiola that will struggle more than a season and he would not fix their short comings. Just look at this Manchester city side since January transfer window, they are practically back to their very best, and if you look at their performance in the club world cup you will know that they are back to the Manchester city we all know, just that they were just unlucky against Al hilal in their round of 16 contest that got them eliminated, so in essence of what am trying to say is that Manchester city will be up there competing for the league title with other top teams next season.

Onana for sure is gonna comeback to Netherlands as i see, he have to recover his level and maybe end his career in Ajax, goalkeepers remains a lot of time in teams so he can do that.

Inter got Onana for free from Ajax in the past. Now if they would like to sign him back then they will have to pay up for his fee. But his cost wouldn't be too high.

They played with Pasveer as their main GK most of the time last season. He is 41 years old you know. He wasn't bad though but he is really old...

Maybe they might favour Onana's return?

I'm a Manchester united fan but not one of these delusional football fans who used sentiment over everything thing. I don't know what to say to that football fan who doesn't see Arsenal as potential winners of the Premier League Competition at the end of this season. They're the club with the best defence in the Premier League Competition and now, they've added the one of the best goalscoring players in the world to thier squad. Asides that, they've added depth and strength to the squad.

People always forget the main recipe of City to build their winning team is that Pep + Unlimited money. They have splashed hunreds millions for several players, and more to come. A lot of drama Gyökeres transfer from Sporting Lisbon to Arsenal and finally both team reached agreement, welcome to Premier League Gyökeres and must remember not easy for scoring goal by goal every match how did with Sporting Lisbon at Portugal domestic league.
I remember with Nunez become top scorer for Benfica and first season with Liverpool have problem for adapting well, wish Gyökeres can make around 20 to 25 goals for Arsenal at Premier League first season and absolutely nice memorize for Arsenal fans if can winning Premier League tittle.
