I'm actually thinking to place a bet on West Ham tomorrow because I have a feeling City will catch a bad football day and the final result won't help them become champions. I also believe it's time for Premier League to have another winner besides City and Liverpool because in this way this league is becoming a bit boring just like Bundesliga ( where Bayern had 10 consecutive titles ) and if that is the case, I prefer to watch other leagues instead of Premier League.

Also , is it true that VAR will be removed next year if teams will vote for it ?

Not yet actually.    They still need to fight for the win on the final game week to not only secure the Conference League chance but also to make an attempt to capture 5th place.

Honestly I think their place in the league table won't change. It looks really difficult for Chelsea to get past Tottenham now. I'm saying it considering that Tottenham wouldn't lose to Sheffield just like that.    But all in all, Chelsea have been really impressive on the last weeks. There is a huge improvement in the results. I think Pochettino should stay and focus on improving the chemistry with the players to fight for bigger goals next season.

Chelsea were previously ranked 10th and with only a few match left of course many of us are pessimistic if Chelsea can compete for a Europa League slot next season, Chelsea are slowly starting to find form and consistency in their current game and even after being crushed by Arsenal in week 32 ,  Chelsea were able to bounce back unbeaten in their last 5 matches, indeed quite surprising with what happened to Chelsea at this time, so I think maybe Pochettino has indeed found Chelsea best game scheme at the moment.

I don't think we are going to see Manchester City getting punished despite having a ton of charges against themselves.    This is one of the things that I don't like in football.

Big and rich teams are always likely to be favoured. For example you know about Everton right? They got a points deduction by federation decision. But Manchester City still doesn't get anything despite being who knows how many times guiltier than Everton. However there is still a chance to qualify for the Europa League. But they have to win the FA Cup trophy for that. Does anyone believe in them to do it against Manchester City? Your words are right and no one will believe that Arsenal will think Manchester City will lost their final game against West Ham and give them the opportunity to lift the trophy this season. Manutd still has a chance to get a ticket for the Conference League if they lose to Mancity in the FA Cup final later.
If Mancity wins the FA Cup, top 5th and 6th in the league will get a ticket to the Europa League, top 7th will get a ticket to the Conference league.

Manutd now in 8th position, same points with Newcastle in 7th because their total goal differences are better than Manutd.
But Im not sure Manutd wants to join the Conference league, I will not surprise if they lose or only draw against Brighton tomorrow.

Football is one game that's very full of surprises and that's why we can never say say never until every contest is finally decided. In the last match day of the 2011/12 season, Manchester United were few seconds away from becoming the English Premier League champions but Manchester City pulled one of the greatest surprises of the English Premier League to claim the title that very season and tomorrow, there's every possiblity that same surprises might pop up again but definitely not in their favour.

The deciding match should be very tough and we don't want it to look easy for Manchester City, although we know that when Pep Guardiola will make this match serious then there is no chance for Arsenal to expect West Ham to put up a fight. Apart from the very high chances of Manchester City and on the other hand Arsenal also have to focus on getting 3 points. Competing at the same time, of course both teams are equally curious to know the score in their respective matches. This is one of the most annoying experience I've had so far in football, how can arsenal posses the opportunity of winning the EPL title 2 consecutive times and then just gave it out due to their careless nature.
