Casualties of the day has to go to Aston Villa! For a team that needed a win at all cost to secure some European football lost it's number 1 being the last man and now they will have to play with a man down..and props to United for a good 1st half that looks like they want to frustrate their visitors.

2nd half should have alot of fouls as they will be desperate attempts for that goal.

Forest game as expected, boring.
Arsenal game looked lively...
Manchester city against Fulham no doubt on that one.

Let's see what comes in the 2nd half.

The battle for Champions League football just keeps getting more intense and fierce until the final day when boots will clash with boots and celebrations will happen at one end and tears at the other end. For today’s game Chelsea need to focus on winning because if they lose then they will have to worry much about Villa and Forest behind them.

• Manchester City are 1-0 ahead.
• Aston Villa are still drawing 0-0 while playing with a red card...
• Everton have just scored and they are beating Newcastle 1-0.

And currently I'm enjoying Chelsea's 1-0 lead vs Forest.    If these games end like this Chelsea are finishing as 4th. Aston Villa follow them to take the last spot for the Champions League. Newcastle are getting closer to say goodbye to the CL.

Aston Villa are playing terrible in fact. I know they are one man down but you know. You need to take more risks in such situation.

There is still a lively battle going on between Manchester United and Aston Villa, but I don't understand what Emiliano Martinez did in this match. His reaction made it seem like he might have wanted to protect his team, that's why he fouled Winther Hojlund. I sincerely believe that his club may face problems due to his actions because others may not be able to protect the team the way he could.

But it is also true that he played consistently for this team before he received his first red card, which many have already said. There are already rumors that the goalkeeper could leave for another club on a free transfer, so if he had shown a calm and composed attitude today against Manchester United and given strong leadership to take the team forward, maybe it would have looked better then.

It's been two years, and finally blues is back to the UCL. It was a tough game against Nottingham Forest. However, very happy how Forest missed all of the chances. They're now qualifying for UCL and potentially not trophyless this season.
I aware about how angry all of forest fans, and even if they get draw with Forest. That won't change the situation if they will play at UCL. Thanks MU and Everton for beating Villa and Newcastle.

In the end, Forest is always doing forest thing. No winning mentality or whatsoever.

Aston Villa couldn't do what they wanted in the last week and finished the league in 6th place. They lost 2-0 to Manchester United and couldn't benefit from the Champions League. Newcastle managed to finish the league in 5th place despite losing to Everton. I think they were one of the luckiest teams in the last week.

Chelsea finished the league in 4th place and managed to go to the Champions League. They managed to beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 away. Nottingham Forest's points losses in the last weeks caused them to finish the league in 7th place.

I can't even imagine if Chelsea and Nottingham gets draw, then Villa take the spot to play in UCL net season. Chelsea has to win the game if they're wanna qualifying for the UCL. They will not able to get a spot in the top competition by UEFA if they draw or lose. I don't wanna see them to give spot to the Forest or Villa. 

Aston Villa has lost the game to Manchester United because they can’t make it anymore, as the game has come to an end, which the game ended in a score of 2-0, which means they have qualified for the Europa League next season.

On the other hand, I will say a big congratulations to Chelsea, as they made it to the Champions League as they won their game against Nottingham Forest today, although many, even me, were expecting the game to end in a draw for them, but it came as a win for Chelsea, and I am happy for them.

The game that surprised me was that of Newcastle when I saw they lost their game against Everton, and if not for the higher goals that they had this season, I don’t think they will be able to make it to the Champions League next season.

Chelsea beat Forest which wasn't a surprising result to me. But the last minutes were really dramatic. Wood wasted a huge opportunity to equalize the score. Forest were still going to need a comeback though for a Champions League spot. 

Emiliano Martinez is leaving, right? This was a really bad farewell... That red card cost his team the Champions League. Because Newcastle lost to Everton home, unbelievable.


Now correct me if I'm wrong. If Chelsea win the Conference League, they will transfer their Europa League ticket to Forest and Forest will leave their Conference League spot to Brighton. Is it true?

Big win for Chelsea, i mean HUGE win for Chelsea, in one of the most difficults pitch in the whole Premier League for this season, and they played really well, poor Nothingham after doing a magnificent season they lose his spot in the final of the season.

Always funny to see even when MU is still at the bottom table of EPL. They still able to chant Villa, which is above them. They chanted Villa for not able to qualify for UCL. They ruin Villa's dream, and yeah amazing performance by them.

With the last match win Manchester United moved one place up on points table and finished 15th this season. But with this loss Aston Villa lost the chance of playing next champions league. It was an important game for Aston Villa and they lost the game by 2-0, it's a bit shocking but it's normal in EPL that underdog teams beating top teams. Nottingham forest also failed to qualify for next champions league after losing to Chelsea 1-0, Nottingham will now go to conference league.

Congratulations to Chelsea on their qualification for the Champions League after three season. Nottingham Forest Forest fought hard to get a draw which wouldn't have still not been enough for them to make it to the Europa League. The host might not have gotten the ticket to play in Europe next season but I can attest that they had a successful season. Some sport analyst predicted that they might go on relegation. But they performed beyond my expectations..Forest fans will not disappointed because their team didn't perform poorly.

Well, Congratulations to them qualifiers. I'm impressed with the blues, they fought for the Champions league slot, they've earned it, they've  worked for it. Yes I dislike that club but, I have always said from the beginning that this will not be the first time or last an Italian manager will perform well with the club. I'm also bringing this out, Crystal Palace have also fought hard. They have an experienced manager who has previously won with Frankfurt, I'm certain he'll accelerate them forward.

Every week in the English Premier League, Man United always gives quite disappointing results for its fans. However, it seems that this does not apply to their last match at Old Traford and the English Premier League this season. They managed to win over Aston Villa with a final score of 2-0. In that match, Aston Villa was unlucky enough because they got a red card at the end of the first half which made them lose this match.

Aston Villa was unlucky, this season they have quite good achievements in the Champions League by successfully reaching the quarter-finals, but it is very unfortunate that for the next season they will only appear in the UEL.

Meanwhile, regarding the match between Nottingham Forest VS Chelsea, it ended with a victory for Chelsea not for Nottingham Forest.

And continuing to other matches, it is quite surprising because the team that managed to win the UEL this season, in their last match in the English Premier League they had to lose badly to Brighton with a final score of 4-1. and with this defeat Tottenham Hospurs were only able to finish in 17th position, they finished close to the teams that were relegated this season, and this is quite embarrassing but they have a ticket to the Champions League next season.

Manchester United disappointed me
Since after Manchester United lost the Europa cup final against Tottenham, I was so sad. But I thought Manchester United would has lost to Aston villa today and Nottingham Forest manages to win against Chelsea. I didn't want Chelsea to go to the champions league. But among all odds they made it.

All Manchester United fans which I know supported Aston villa today, they wanted their team to lose so that if Nottingham forest could get a win today, Chelsea won’t be qualifying for the champions league, but things go well for them, Manchester United performed well when their fans want them to perform poorly, they don’t just want Chelsea to qualify for the champions league, and as we can se, Newcastle, Aston villa and Nottingham forest couldn’t win today. If Aston villa had won Manchester United in today’s match, then Chelsea will have still qualified because they were able to get a win against Nottingham forest.

Chelsea fans were hoping Chelsea will end the season in 5th position, but things went well for them today, and they ended the season in 4th position. At some point I gave up on Chelsea to qualify for the champions league this season because their performance dropped drastically, but at least they struggled to qualify for the champions league next season.

Too bad for Nottm Forest. Today's loss to Chelsea means they won't even get to play in the Europa League, not to mention the Champions League. They had a great season, but couldn't keep the consistency up until the very end and, as a result, they ended up 7th.

Man City didn't disappoint, they controlled the game and earned a 2-0 win against Fulham, and therefore defended their 3rd place, which is definitely a success considering all the turbulence they faced at the beginning of the season.

Newcastle unexpectedly lost to Everton, but with no real consequences. They finished 5th and will play in the Champions League, as Aston Villa also lost their game to Man United.

As Tottenham has won the Europa League and as the Premier League was awarded an additional spot, we will see 6 Premier League clubs in the Champions League next season and I think there's a decent chance one of them could win it.

I was expecting them to conceive at some point, maybe score a second goal but conceive in between as it’s customary with the team. Good for them though, they got that UCL promotion and bad for Nottingham Forest that couldn’t even make it to conference league.

If you're Man United fans, it is normal that you are so sad. Even we aren't Man United fans, we are disappointed because we guessed Man United to win the Europa League trophy. In the reality, they have too bad accuracy in shooting when they were playing at the final. And their defense were too fragile, they were conceded a goal because of 1 shots on target only made by Tottenham. 

I can understand that you bet that Man United would also get a lose against Aston Villa, but they could win the match.  Well, if there was no red card got by Emiliano Martinez, I don't think Man United will win the match. Luckily there was the red card at the end of the first half of the match, so Man United could score 2 goals in the second half. Man United was only lucky, mate.

By the way, Chelsea could play with a more effective way. Even if Nottm Forest dominated more the match, but Chelsea could win the match with a single goal. It was surely a crucial goal, it makes them to be in UCL zone at the end of the season. I think Chelsea deserves it.

TBH, I can't believe Newcastle was defeated by Everton. They were playing at home, they dominated the match. But they couldn't score a single goal. I think they a bit underestimate Everton. Luckily, they still could finish in the UCL zone.

Chelsea's quite inconsistent at the middle of season, but glad they sort it out at the late season. I watched their previous games, and found that how they are finding solid pair in their defense. It's really help them much to play defensively. This reminds me when they have very strong defense, then won everything with it.

After everything that made them gone from 2th to the 6th, and tie for 4th is not that bad as long as they qualify for UCL. I can't wait to see them to play in CL again, and they have to replace all of deadweight with the new talents.
