He will have the next three years to prove himself, there is nothing special yet but there is always a turning point for every manager, this could be the club where he achieve greatness, Tottenham won't keep him longer if he moves the team backward worse than the former coach. I think Wirtz's not really woth 150 million. 100 million (85 million + 15/16 million add ons) or less was still fine, but 150 is obviously overpaying. Playing in EPL ain't easy as Bundesliga. I've seen enough players who went from good at Bundesliga, then flop at PL.
However, i have no business with their money at all. So let's see how good or bad him in PL.

But all that is changing now, despite the difficulties the club is facing I still believe that Manchester United could improve if the right measures are taken. Manchester United have made the first step by sacking Ten Hag and bringing in Amorim, they just have to be patient and let Amorim get the club right back on track.

I can't imagine how big Wirtz burden when he comes to the PL. I remember that how City bought Marmoush, which was far cheaper than him but with better stats. However, public still rated Marmoush as a flop. I also remember how City bought Grealish for 100m, and still being called a flop even he's winning PL a few times and UCL.

It seems to me Wirtz will receive so many blame on the first day he played for Liverpool. We know how harsh PL competition, and i think he must give more than he did at Leverkusen.

Just compare his stats to the Marmoush in Bundesliga. We know how he's still under Marmoush, but expensive price.

Playing in the Premier League comes with its own unique challenges especially for foreign players. For Wirtz it will be a whole different experience and a tougher challenge at Liverpool I hope he is coming prepared and ready for the physicality and intensity of the EPL because many have come and flopped. Personally I can’t actually deny the fact that the club did pay way too much for the player and the scary thing about this is the fact that most players that have been bought with huge amount of money over the years to the English premier only a few of these deal had actually been a hit. In fact in the top ten I don’t think we can count upto six of them that did live upto expectations, a clear example is the Nunez you just mentioned.

But in terms of overall spending I wouldn’t say Liverpool do not know how to spend, if I look at players they have bought over the years the success they have achieved I think only Manchester City is on par with them for doing excellent business, they usually are smart about their business but their desperation definitely showed in this Florian Wirtz signing. I simply hope the deal turns out well

Currently, Man United seems to be trying to fix and sharpen this. Previously, they had succeeded in bringing in Matheus Cunha from Wolves at a fairly large price. However, it seems that the transfer was still not enough to strengthen their front line, so now Man United is again approaching the Nigerian striker. Victor Osimhen is indeed a young talent who is quite promising to be the spearhead of the Red Devils, but the transfer value for his move and his salary are quite high, I am worried that if Man United forces themselves to recruit Osimehen, this could affect and worsen their financial condition.

Everyone loves to say Osimhen is proven, but proven where? He is bagged goals in Italy and Turkey, sure, but his best season in Turkey was basically a miracle run. Way, way above what he usually finishes. In the Premier League, you do rarelt get that much time and space, and ne defenders will just stand and watch

If we are talking United, Amorim wants a striker who does more than just finish moves. He wants a facilitator, a guy who presses, links up, makes others better. Osimhen is definitely THE guy. Liverpool under Slot? Same story. They just bought Wirtz to run the show. What they need is someone who lifts the whole attack, not just a target for crosses

The salary issue is a big obstacle. You start paying one guy £350k a week, everyone else in the dressing room starts asking questions. Osimhen is a player of quality who can really prove himself in the Premier League. He loves competition and had a great time in Napoli. He played great in the Turkish league last year and was one of the most important goal weapons for Galatasaray in European matches and in Turkey. He was the most important player of Galatasaray who finished the league as champions. Galatasaray is trying to keep him in the team right now but it would be a miracle for him to stay in Turkey. The contract fee he wants is very high and I don't think Galatasaray will be able to meet it. He will also have to pay a transfer fee and I don't think they will give Napoli that money. If he joins Manchester United, he can make a better impression than Liverpool. I think Manchester United could be the ideal team for him.
