I am not happy with Arsenal even on the day of their victory. We applaud them for their success against Liverpool today, but if their defense had somehow failed, we would have blamed them for playing too defensively. They did the same thing in the Champions League final, they started playing defensively after taking a 1-goal lead. They did not become European champions because of just one mistake.

I mean, Arteta should aim for at least two goals. It is very difficult and risky to survive 70-80 minutes of a match with a 1-goal lead. So he should try to defend the match after taking a 2-goal lead.

Because of my busy schedules of the day I couldn't watch the match to the end but I told people that Arsenal would win Liverpool and really they did. If K. Havertz didn't scored the goal which was assisted by D. Rice in the 16 minutes time, Arsenal would have never been scored a goal. Because after the goal Liverpool wake and gave Arsenal tough time to score again. If Arteta will not do well, it will be hard for Arsenal to win the trophy this time. But I wish them all the good luck again in this season.

Although I was expecting a win from arsenal I was actually thinking it's going to be a draw game but Arsenal has already won 0-1 which is very important for them to still keep in touch for the title race. Arsenal has went top of league with a three points gap ahead of manchester city, manchester city losing to Brighton was a hope of relief to the gunners i believe that was why there were determine to win Liverpool at Anfield, I also believe this will be great step for Arsenal to win the title again.

They actually put a lot of pressure on Arsenal and I never expected them not to score because there was a  lot attempts from them and arsenal is one club you think you can win easily but sometimes the easy it looks the difficult it becomes to win them but on a normal day with the way Arsenal fans are speaking high of there club they should be able to win Liverpool  but very disappointing that even with does opportunity Liverpool could not win.
 
No matter what we are going to say I don't think it will solve anything now because the game is over and arsenal have won already and even with all the chances they still could not win and this shows that Liverpool have nothing to offer this season and another thing is that at least they tried they just need to be more creative.

This strategy of Arteta and Arsenal is not a new one, they have been using it for so many seasons. They will just score one and lock up, and when you examine their performance, you will not be convinced that they are in a top form. Clubs will keep underrating and keep getting punished for it.

If Arsenal won Liverpool by 4 goals, the next team to play them would have been very fearful and plan well. But since it's just a goal, they will have a mediocre performance and ends up getting whipped .

Arsenal may likely win the EPL again this season considering that Manchester city is facing some legal crisis and more. Arsenal is also a good contender of the champions League.

Arsenal used this pattern last season in the EPL and UCL. Winning 1:0 multiple times to win the Premier League at the end of the season.

One Liverpool fan beside me at the viewing center stood up and left when he saw Hincapie coming in for Havetz without taking Riccardo Calafiori out of the equation. He knew it was the total lock down Arsenal wanted to do.

Am a fan of Arsenal and I agree with you on this with full confidence, and if I should be honest based on the current rating Arsenal have given us enough reasons to believe this season, just that i wouldn’t say the title is already decided before even at die minute they can still fall our hands that dont be something hard for them to do. And am also a fan of Manchester City and I can testify that this team you can never write off, because they have better experience and are good in fighting for titles until the very end, so currently I can’t predict who goes home with the throphy between this 2 but I know I believe in both of them.

Come on, whatever happened in the UCL final was meant to happen. That was literally the best way to play against a very stubborn PSG side. The only problem was that Arsenal's attack wasn't too effective, and that was what the Club was looking to correct this season but failed due to how expensive attacking players have been lately. Take a good look at teams that felt they could go all out against PSG... They were humiliated. If you're not happy with the 1-0 win, then I wonder what Liverpool fans would say about their attack failing to secure a shot on target.

Arsenal finally managed to secure a win at Anfield . It's quite a proud achievement, given that the last time they managed to do so was in the 2012/2013 season. To be honest , I didn’t expect Liverpool to lose at home because they didn’t actually play that badly, but unfortunately, even though they had more total shots than Arsenal, but somehow Liverpool couldn’t manage a single shot on target. I thought the match would end in a draw, but right up until the final whistle , Liverpool still couldn’t find the net.

Three very valuable points for Arsenal, especially as Man City had previously suffered a surprise defeat to Brighton , so, with this victory, Arsenal can take top spot in the table (3 points ahead of Man City).

I understand the part where clubs strive to preserve a history or a prevailing narration for a time but, to think that Arsenal, the very best the EPL has to offer and the defending champions would go to Anfield and loss, that was a high stake probability. Of course the result as we have it now isn’t what you had hoped as Liverpool lost to Arsenal by a goal to nothing. Arsenal is not doing badly this season, and have started the English premiership season in full force, presently, Arsenal is at the top of the premier League at this moment followed by Manchester City, and there is every confidence that they can carry English premiership league two consecutive times. For many seasons, arsenal was without any trophy, and it seems they want to dominate the English premiership now they are back in full force. As for the UEFA champions League, they are also showing showing the sign of readiness to win the champions League. In there last champions League match, they drew with Bayern muchen in their own home, and they are poised to win their next match with SK Slavia Praha.

Is winning Liverpool the reason why you have concluded that Arsenal are winning the Premier League again this season? The season has just started, and Manchester City losing two matches in a row does not mean that they are no longer strong. Just know that the two teams they played against are strong as well.Even Brighton have beaten Arsenal, and Aston Villa can beat Arsenal too. They have been doing so season after season. Arsenal only managed to beat them at the Emirates, while Aston Villa also beat Arsenal in their home game. So, even Arsenal have not escaped losing matches.

We should not make final conclusions now that Arsenal are the team that will win the Premier League when the season has not even reached halfway. What I know is that the league title race is between Arsenal and Manchester City. Despite Arsenal leading the table by three points, I still believe that both teams have the same chances of winning the Premier League this season.

I realize that Manchester United was playing away from home in this match and playing away is always difficult but one of their players also received a red card in the 63rd minute. This was a major blow to United’s chances of securing a draw; while scoring two goals is never easy, it certainly wasn’t impossible, given that there were still 30 minutes left to play. However, facing an opponent with 11 men while down to just 10 players made the task extremely difficult.

To reiterate, the biggest mistake made by the Manchester United manager was his stubborn refusal to sign quality forwards. I have no idea what he was thinking, believing that the attack from last season would be sufficient or that things would work out with the return of Rashford ( who, frankly, no longer seems capable of playing at a professional level ). I simply don’t understand his reasoning. Now, he is living through a nightmare.

Liverpool were very disappointing especially in the final third, their attack is not clicking so far despite spending huge amounts of cash to reinforce their attacking positions. A front three of Isak, Barcola and Florian Wirtz happens to be one of the most expensive attack in Europe but still they couldn’t get a goal at Anfield against Arsenal. Liverpool clearly need’s Ekitike back as soon as possible because the intensity of the premier league is too much for Barcola and Wirtz. Congratulations to Arsenal I think they did a good job by defeating their 1 goal early lead despite Liverpool trying to break through their defense and equalize.

Well, it's okay to feel, of course, it's football and people can predict. But maybe its too early to do that. Yea, Arsenal won Liverpool at there great Anfield stadium today, and we must admiuits very difficult to do that. But we know how it is, sometimes, it's just luck.

We saw Arsenal conceding heavy 3 goals against Brighton some weeks past before international break. That same tw also defeated city this weekend. So football is always twisting. Today you win, tomorrow you may lose and lose again just like it happened to city. But we have a very long way to go. I won't be predicting the winners of the EPL now. Nope.

Fair enough, I asked fans if they ever wondered why Arteta spends so much money on defenders. This pattern is Arsenal’s strategy, and that’s fine, every other club has different playing strategy but, playing all defensive doesn’t mean Arteta doesn’t value the beauty of football. Am not even surprised by the arsenal win against Liverpool even if I expected a draw since arsenal was away but then the interesting one for me is man city losing to Brighton, because was totally unexpected i didn't think that man city would lose  at most i taught of it ending in a draw but to my greatest surprise it turned out to be a draw game the end of the day.
