Whats happening with Betnomi?

Believe it or not, Betnomi wasn't so popular and big casino in the crypto gambling world as the way some forum members think about them. They had created a great impression on the forum by spending some marketing funds. Betnomi wasn't a billion or a hundred million dollar company (gambling site) that it will become a hot topic in the crypto gambling world.

Betnomi spent money for promotion here but we can't really say how much money they had.
One way to see how popular some gambling website is would be to check how many visitors they have in day, month, and year.
There are ways to fake this, so I would always test personally, check social media accounts, activity in forums and their blockchain addresses and transactions.
Maybe we should start new topic only for posting and tracking known crypto addresses for all casinos.

Unfortunately, it's like you said. If the authorities can't get people behind so many crypto exchanges that disappeared with people's money, they will probably never find these casino operators. Even if they do, each victim would have to file a report. If not enough people do it and the sum is small enough, they'll be given a fine and probably a suspended sentence.

You need to owe 10 million dollars in crypto or more for the authorities to get interested in you like they were in Mark Karpeles, SBF, or that Russian who hacked Bitfinex.

No one was paid to defend them... none of us here is a lawyer who is paid for their legal services. It's not clear to me why Roys was mentioned either, I must have missed it, but as far as Yahoo he carried their signature, as I and some others as well, and he organized games that were sponsored by the casino. I was also a participant, and I really didn't have any problems with Betnomi casino regarding deposits/withdrawals and other things. So how can I complain, or anyone else, if we didn't have any issues?

There were some signs, but is there a casino with a perfect reputation without some accusations here and there?

Yes, because the campaign manager is not part of the team of that business, because they are only paid to promote it, but if a case like this happens, of course they will not promote it again if they have been marked as a fraud because of course they also maintain their reputation in this forum even though they have to pay a lot of money. example like 1xbit when they are tagged now on this forum, would the campaign manager on this forum be willing to hold an event to promote a scam casino.

I don't think they will do that, even so this case doesn't seem to get any more attention even though everyone knows that betnomi has left their business and has nothing to do with the campaign manager team who was ever paid, after the work is done there is nothing to do with betnomi.

We never know. But I doubt that Royse and yahoo will accept the offer if ever Betnomi ask them to do such thing. Both of these guys has the reputation that I think is big enough for them to accept an offer by a scam casino. Yahoo is offering a signature campaign managing service, it is a norm now that being hired as a campaign manager doesn't mean that the campaign manager is part of the team. At least they have a little bit of connection but one bad thing that one party makes doesn't mean that the other party is also at fault. These campaign managers also doesn't want the casino they are managing turn into a scam casino.

the fact authorities do not get involved yet does not mean people are supposed to stay still and do nothing. There have been many examples on the internet how communities and groups joined their efforts to pursue other who committed fraud or other crimes. It is about doing some of the search job so legal and formal authorities can get their way easier.

I am not sure how much that casino was worth in total deposits which belong to gamblers, but 10 million is a quite easy figure for a casino which was relatively popular around here (and probably on other communities).

Letting scammers to successfully run away with all the money will only encourage others to do the same.

And, we've tried to facilitate such action. We openly invite any user who's become the victim of betnomi to open their case [with evidence], but none so far would want to do that.

No one knows what Betnomi team is doing in the background as they aren't saying anything publicly. At first they were showing the maintenance message, then it turned into "This Edge Function has crashed". The maintenance message was brought back two weeks ago, but Betnomi.com is showing a new error message since last few days. betnomi representative was active on the forum two days ago. I have also noticed that Betnomi team is still deleting the messages from telegram group which isn't in their favour.

The Betnomi team is just making a scene by showing us fake proofs that their site is having some problems, but in reality they are trying to find a proper way to run with the money of the investors and gamblers. They won't pay anyone and take all the money and run away with that. The sites like Betnomi always do something like that when they accumulate enough funds in their wallets. I'm not sure what is going to take place in future but I'm sure that they won't be back again. Let's see if they come back or their representative comes back on this forum then what kind of excuse he will make to defend that shady casino.

Here's some highlight: They left, not a maintenance.

In my statement i accepted my mistakes by not going down on the pages and mostly the last pages to check the last discussion, but this is taken as correction,  for the aspect of the maintenance, i assumed that if it's a new comment or a new post maybe the went for maintenance not knowing that they have left, i think I even make similar suggestions that some of the platform use to leave not to exit through having issues with their platform and later they will not return again, so my wrongs is that have not read the current discussions to know the down part of the discussion but I'm sorry for that.

Now. I must say I didn't know it was a small casino. I thought tens of millions of dollars were kept on the site. And it would be a world news an exit scam like that. Was I wrong? I don't know, but at this point I'm starting losing my hope.

I agree that this topic should have been locked like... since few pages ago and not trying to beat the dead horse here, also it's not my habit to check someone else's trust list, but... recent case that I read made me curious, and one thing lead to another...

It's been made known that betnomi was online on 6th of September for no apparent reason, but I think I just found out why and that's because betnomi tried to "clean" their trust feedback. At least cosmetically, or whatever you like to call them. Their current feedback as per this post being made is:



and it seems they tried to "remove" the negative score by distrusting all who leave negative feedback on them, thus the negative won't shown on their page from their perspective.

As a campaign manager, not to defend them. And that duty was long finished before the situation happened. Their campaign ended before all of this clusterfuck. In fact, if you read and follow the discussions about betnomi, you'll learn that icopress also suffered a damage from their act and he's been trying his best pursuing betnomi's representative to clear things up, so that can be considered as taking some responsibility.

Well, Ico was paid to promote them, not to defend them, it's a big difference... and through some promotions & bonuses, signature campaigns & sponsored events, we all promoted Betnomi, but all that was a positive experience we had while we participated in all of that attractive stuff on the site. Who could have guessed that they would disappear just like that?

It wasn't up to me or anyone from here that things went the wrong way... some of us lost more or less with this as well. From each of us, you could see many warnings about responsible gambling, and even we get into problems from time to time. Nobody is "bulletproof" here.
