The mindset of a person will indeed be different, the rich and the poor certainly have a different mindset too. Those who work hard to build their business from scratch will certainly not be interested enough in gambling because they realize that it will only be a waste of their money if it is not done with full control. You are all right with your points,but I think that not all wealthy people will see the money that they spend on gambling as anything,because the rich already have what brings them daily income or weekly income and even though they gamble all what they have for that week,there is still hope that more money is coming because they have made their money to work for them. How can observation and decision-making power have any influence on your gambling when the outcome is solely based on your luck? If you are talking about sports betting, then maybe your observations, knowledge, and experience play some role in making you win some bets, but even in sports betting, you might lose a lot of bets if you are unlucky, when you choose a favorite team and think they will surely win, they will come out as losers because you were not destined to win that bet.
