Well it could be, because they are self aware that their finances are bad so they probably have absolutely no intention of touching gambling, that makes a little sense. You have to understand something, there are some gamblers that do betting all through their life and not because they enjoy doing it but there is not alternative, no alternative in the sense that there is no job for them, they only result to only available means to earn which is gambling.
