Last season Roma had an impressive recovery, but in the last few league games they have fallen a lot, the strangest thing is that this season Roma have not made any big signings, which shows that they are not looking to win Serie A as their main objective, from what I could see they have signed the following players: Artem Dovbyk, João Costa, Matías Soulé, Niccolò Pisilli, Enzo Le Fée, Samuel Dahl, Angeliño. But they lost Lukaku who in many situations helped in the goals and they were also very close to losing Dybala.

Paulo Dybala has rejected €75m package as salary spread over three years from Al Qadsiah…

which in my opinion means that this season Roma's attack will be weaker than last season. I don't know what Roma's management plans are, but in my opinion Roma won't win anything relevant this season. Maybe this new coach can't convince the good players to go to Roma and had to settle for the available players.

Roma gave hope after De Rossi joined. I mean there was an improvement in attacking strength of the team. But I can't say the same for their defense. I hope this changes this season. 

I really want him to be successful there. I liked the transfer moves they have made this summer - except Angeliño.    Because he didn't impress me at Galatasaray and he didn't improve that effort in his first year at Roma either. Top 4 is a realistic target for Roma I think. Having Dybala and Dovbyk both in the squad is great. I don't expect them to have big issues in the attacking area. But I hope they concede less goals. 46 goals was just too much.

unfortunately he is the coach like it or not you have to accept this: I understand that you think it is a stupid choice, and I understand very well the logic behind your way of thinking. What you say makes sense but evidently Federico Chiesa doesn't need him in framing players or he doesn't think he can use him in his strategies.

I understand that I am not the coach, but we can say that it is logical to keep young and talented players in the team. Not just for you, but if you give it away to your opponent you are essentially giving the enemy a gift. I think this way and I am free to think this way.

Well said my friend, each of us is free to express our thoughts and opinions, after all we are part of a nation that bases its principles on free thinking. Unfortunately I believe that Thiago Motta is only doing what he is instructed to do by the upper echelons of the club, I doubt that any coach would refuse to have a player like Federico Chiesa, so I think it is a matter between player and club

These are the results of the first four matches of the second day of the championship  of Serie A Parma incredibly beat AC Milan and sends them back to the bottom of the table with 1 point in 2 league games, the Emilians on the other hand are currently at the top of the table on equal terms with Inter Genoa Udinese, also victorious in this round

I don't know many of these players, Dovbyk and Angelino are players I knew and Angelino played some matches for Roma last season. Dovbyk only joined Roma and Serie A this summer so he needs time to adapt to a new league and new club. He is considered as a direct replacement for Lukaku and if he succeeds to adapt to Roma, he will be their striker in next several seasons. It will be a good replacement as he is younger than Lukaku and will have a longer career ahead so possibly has more contributions for Roma.

Dybala is very important for Roma attacking system and if he refuses to move to Saudi Professional League, Roma will get benefit from his brave decision. Their attacking system will continue to have creativeness, key passes, assists and goals from Dybala. If this player moves out, Roma will have big troubles as in recent seasons, we saw how they struggled in attacking when Dybala could not play because of injuries.

Instead they are even going worse day by day.    Barely saving point against Torino first and now this loss against Parma. How long will we see this team crying for help? Inter got their first win. Hakan Çalhanoğlu did his thing again by scoring a penalty. I think he is one of the best penalty takers in all leagues.    He uses a lot of power and has a really high accuracy.

I didn't expect Venezia, who is basically a promoted team, but Venezia seems to have a good effort in the away match against Fiorentina. Because after all,  Fiorentina also had many goal attempts and also had many shots on target, but Venezia managed to hold them back and force Fiorentina to only get one point in the home match. Honestly,I bet on Fiorentina to win because maybe, I also underestimated Venezia but yes, the result was a defeat for me too because I seemed to underestimate the promoted team.

After all, even though in the previous match Venezia lost 3-1 by Lazio, but in reality Venezia managed to score a quick goal in the third minute. Of course,  that was also a surprise and also a trigger for Lazio to turn things around,  and Lazio also managed to beat Venezia. Definitely, not even remotely close to what Milan should be like, they are one of the biggest clubs in the league and yet they are playing like they are not even that good. I feel like there is this confidence issue with the team, like they do not think they are good enough so they do not play good enough, which could be the reason why they are not doing that well. I feel like we are going to end up with something that will not be understandable just yet, but with time I am sure they can get better.

Last time I saw this is current Chelsea team, they got good players but nobody in the team believed they were good, they got more and more players to change the look, and yet there is still no trust in the team, Milan should try to avoid that.

It's a shame, it's really difficult to think that such a team could achieve such a disappointing result. I don't know what Fonseca is thinking, but Ibrahimovic has already made it clear to the team that they have to change pace otherwise the season will start very badly. I honestly think that Milan have a very strong team like Inter.

Fonsesca was a downgraded version of Pioli. His past experience didn't give me confidence in him as a new coach. But, it surprised me that our owner picked him over better, available coaches in the market. And i was so baffled when i heard him become our new coach. Hard to pur respect on the decision to sign a coach with no experience to run the big club.
And here's the result. We played better in the pre-season. Our expectations were high. But, reality slapped us when AC Milan got only 1 point from two matches in Serie a. Fonseca is such a disgrace; however, he was not the only one who deserved to be blamed.

I was also being so negative about the attitude of our players. They can't trust the coach, and miscommunication happened between them. I'm very disappointed. We went from medium to hard difficulty with the problem in our internal.

Otherwise... I'm afraid he is going to be out of squad for a complete year. This would feel awful for him I guess. It is a big loss in a career truthfully. Not the end of the world yeah but he will need to work hard to maintain his form.

Lukaku has taken his place in the team after the transfer. Conte has been targeting to bring him and it has finally happened. We will see how much impact he will make. He likes to play in the Serie A.

It's a shame, it's really difficult to think that such a team could achieve such a disappointing result. At the beginning of the season with 3 matches that have been done for Serie-A, it does show how AC Milan played quite badly, first they got draw and for the second defeat from Parma and for the third week this AC Milan got another draw.
Fonseca who is the new coach for AC Milan by replacing Stefano Pioli really did not work according to expectations for the start of the Serie-A competition, he looked so sure to bring AC Milan to the peak of success and show an increase in the quality of performance in his first season coaching, but what we see is series of bad results.
Looking at the squad that AC Milan has, they should be able to be one of the competitors in the title fight and win the Scudetto, but we don't see the great strength that can be shown from the start.
Maybe we should see how Fonseca leads AC Milan in completing this one season, if there is no good development then it is clear that Fonseca should not be worthy of replacing Stefano Pioli.

Como project is something I did not expected to grow this much, but they are really trying and still failing. They still have zero points, which is understandable for normally any other team that went from Serie B to here, but that doesn't mean that it's true for COMO as well, considering they are spending a lot and getting players that are known a bit, I think it would be good to remember that we are not going to get the same thing here, it should be a little bit different situation, we are not looking at the same thing.

This is why I believe that we can't really make many big changes, it is going to be something quite ordinary. I believe that we can't really consider this to be all that much of a big deal, and I believe that Como needs to end up winning some games and staying in the league after spending this much money, they can't just hope to spend this much and go back down.

That's the point. The problem was Fonseca, but you could not only blame him for the bad start in our season. Our team is also full of disappointment.

And yeah, if we don't sack Fonsesca and replace him with a decent coach, we may as well have our banter era returned again. He was not solving our problems, but he adds more.

But i think it doesn't matter who the manager is; our defense can't be helped. We have no good midfielder who can hold mid to cover the fullbacks when our opponent was pushing us. This leaves a loophole between our mid and defender. 

Also, the highline defense makes us looked even more terrible.

The new system that is being tried is something that may take a while, maybe fans should wait a few more weeks before they make a judgement? I mean it is not an easy thing to manage a team, it's even harder to go into a new team, a big one at that, and try to put your system in and try to do well. This should be something that will take a while and we may not see results that easily neither, we may need to focus on trying to just give him some more time.

This is why I think it's clear that he may have some issues at times. But eventually it will show itself how much he is good or bad really, if he keeps being bad then they will fire him anyway, if he becomes good then he will keep his job, that is why waiting is the important part.

Milan are doing very badly, only 2 points as you will surely have noticed from the rankings I posted. Then problems with the two guys who are breaking up the very, very tense locker room. It would take an Ibrahimovic to give the two assholes a couple of slaps and get everyone back in line.
This year I see it worse than last year with Pioli.
