Galatasaray - Sparta Prague, hmm... It is actually a good matchup for us against Sparta Prague.    I was hoping to see one of Sparta Prague - Qarabag - Toulouse trio as our competitor in last 32 and thankfully we got just the kind of a draw I wished for. It was relieving to see stronger teams like Roma were gone at the beginning of the draw already.

We should be able to advance from this round easily honestly. I don't want to disrespect Sparta Prague of course but we are normally a way better team than them.

Maybe Sparta Prague are doing very well in their local league but this is the Europa League. There is a big quality difference between these 2 teams.

Leverkusen's excellent season in UCL. They managed to qualify from group H without losing. 18 points with 19 goals and only conceded 3 goals. Making them have a new history in Europe. I don't see any reason why Bayern will be removed from the list. I think you are judging Bayern with their previous lose against Frankfurt. Bayern is playing with Lazio here and I believe Lazio can never stop them from qualifying through the round of 16.

In fact, although Rennes managed to become the runner up of group F but ya, the teams in that group also not entirely good. After all, Villarreal who managed to become the winner of group f also, the fact is that Villarreal also did not have good results in La Liga so far this season. Feyenoord v Roma is a really good matchup. I expect both matches to be lovely to watch. Roma beat them twice when they played against Feyenoord in the ECL finale and EL quarter finals. But they weren't comfortable ones as Feyenoord resisted well against them. Here in this stage I expect the same determination from Feyenoord. In the end Feyenoord qualified for the ECL finale before. I expect them to be competitive in the EL as well. They couldn't do better in the Champions League because their group was a really tough one. 

When it comes to Roma they must give their best for this matchup to move on. Joining the Champions League this season is really important for Mourinho one way or another.

Milan should easily overthrow Rennes, especially since Milan was the home team in the first leg. even though Rennes was able to finish in 2nd place in Group F, and put up resistance when they hosted Villarreal, it was not a problem for AC Milan to overthrow them. so, on paper, Milan should be able to win both home and away games when fighting against one of the teams from the French League. however, if we refer to the options given by the bookie, Milan is currently far superior.
