Most of the time we have nothing good from the group stage performance in Europa League because in knockout matches any team can give shocking result, and we have good history of eliminated top teams in history with currently bookies are offering Liverpool, Leverkusen and AC Milan as strongest teams but still we can have any other contender with surprise win.

The three teams you mentioned do seem quite likely to be the strongest in the European League this season because we can map most of their strengths through the results of the matches they have each achieved in their own league. However, I am also curious to see who will be superior because as has been seen in the Europa League this season, Liverpool and Leverkusen have also become equally strong here and AC Milan can also enliven their competition this season.

Even few teams are surely tough to beat with their quality and performance but mostly of the time teams lets them down due to their wrong reading and poor strategy against other league teams most chances as we will enter into last eight then we can give better prediction about who is having strong case for the win and who is going to be sidelined in quick way.

It's quite difficult to predict now because I'm also waiting for the Knockout round matches and seeing who will qualify for the next round in the Europa League. Because when three strong teams from different leagues can compete with each other fiercely here, of course it will be quite amazing to watch even though this is a European League competition.

I think Leverkusen will be able to be at their best as long as the players are healthy. Yes I agree with what you said. Xabi Alonso can simply be defined as class especially from what he’s achieved as a player and what he’s currently doing as a coach. You can see class in it; the way he motivates and spur this Leverkusen side to gun for success is one sweet thing. Now this Leverkusen side who failed to win a trophy last season are already gunning for 3 trophies this season and it could be achieved especially if the squad still remains in fine form.

But one big difference that immediately comes to my mind could be the experience that both teams had in recent years in European cups. Liverpool is way ahead in that regard. I would love to see both teams play against each other and play their best game. Then I am sure those games will be entertaining as hell.
