I think the yesterday game didn't surprise me because after the performance of Bayern Munich against Arsenal in England in the first leg of the quarter finals, I believed that Bayern Munich is not a team to be underrated in the championship league match again even though they are not ib their best form. And in the game against Real Madrid yesterday Bayern Munich had a superb performance especially in the first 20 minutes of the game just that they were unable to get a goal which if they did then it would have been difficult for Real Madrid to have taken over the game after that minutes and getting the first goal of Real Madrid by V. Junior wouldn't have been that easy.

Now for the game involving AS Roma and Bayer Leverkusen, Roma winning the first leg of the game at home won't be the surprise here because right now AS Roma are in their best form as clearly seen in their previous matches both in the league and the Europa competition but yet again the Xabi Alonso team Bayer Leverkusen may be defeated at away but winning them to qualify will be difficult unless Roma is able to score up to 4 goals at home without them replying any if not we may live to witness another fantastic coming back of 4:4 then Leverkusen winning in extra time to qualify to the finals cause the team has got the good energy, good performance and plyers that are never saying never till the end of the game and the Leverkusen team is ready to equalize at any given time and end up winning the game. This is the conclusion of it all, I doubt if Bayern Leverkusen will even lose a game this season so I think they may get a draw at away then secure the Europa finals spot when the host Roma in Germany.

If either of them wins, it'll be a walkover game for their final opponent because either Roma or Leverkusen would be a better side to them considering experiences gained and domestic league performances this season. Atalanta or Marseille aren't tough teams and if I'm to predict the qualified team to be, I'd go for Atalanta based on they are a little above the average performance of their normal performance. The semi finals won't be an easy battle as anything really can happen on the field of play.

 The first leg of this phase will be played tomorrow and I won't be surprised that both teams would hold down themselves to a draw. Even if Leverkusen has an all time higher possibility of winning the game, it's really not a sure odd entirely being that Roma would fight anyhow they can to stay in the competition too. Honestly I'm not expecting Roma to lose tomorrow. Most people would favour Leverkusen but I still think Roma won't lose home in the 1st leg. De Rossi's arrival has started to change things for Roma. If they could achieve a win with just a goal difference, they would definitely take it and play the typical Italian style in the second leg. Hopefully they don't score early as it's no fun to watch these games when Italian teams are parking the bus.

Parking the bus is a must for italian club. How good or bad the gameplay from the team doesn't even matter. The history is always writting the winner from the league. Leverkusen is now at a stage where they are more focused than ever on not being beaten.
