Ancelotti is 64 years old and Guardiola is now 53 years old. On the other hand, De Rossi is only 40 years old. Experience does not really matter, what matters is your tactics on the night, we have seen many inexperienced coaches go in to win trophies in their debut seasons, coaches like Pep Guardiola, Zizo, and even Xabi Alonso didn't really have the required experience before they were given their first senior jobs as a coach but were all successful and went on to win trophies in their debut seasons at their respective clubs, though experience play a little role but not certainly,
