There it is. Quite the milestone for myself as I hit 10,000 push-ups. It really shows what you can do over a little bit of time if you stick with something and work at it a little bit each day. I think there’s still a bit of time left before we hit the $100K price milestone, but hopefully Bitcoin’s price reaches $100K before I hit 100K push-ups.

Who have made this observation just like me that the pushups is very interesting in the morning mostly between 6am-8am likewise when push towards evening same time is also best, and is like one have better energy when you have not tasted any except if you support your self with water this are my experience as I continue the push up on daily basis as my bench Mark is 50 this morning I push 30 by evening I will push 20 my belly is going inside gradually as woman as would have tired belt even when I have given birth because of pot belly, thank for push up idea and the introducer to leverage some physical fitness problem many face without know they are The course for not taken good exercises.

Yes your right push up is good when the weather is cool mostly in the morning or evening period but if you stay where air conditioner are too you can still enjoy it. For the aspect of pot belly like our people do call beer stomach push up do wonders in flatting it. Many don't know the value of it till they try it though is very stressful but is only when you start it if your used to it it become an easy thing. Those that push 50,60even100 in one push us regularly practice it's like playing for them their body system has adopted it and if they don't even do it it will be a stress for them even.

Yesterday in my work place every Friday by 5pm we normally do work for life with our OIM (onshore instulaction manager) and will normally gather in the pitch by 4:50pm and any body who didn't come out before that time will be a punishment, although I was inside my Room doing push ups challenge till it reach 5pm and I didn't even know that is time for the work for life exercise it was when I had a nock at my door that I realized my self and came out everybody have already out, and my (OIM) said that for me keeping them wait for so long that I'm going to do 30 push ups as punishment for not coming out quick, and I was very happy in my mind that I'm going to surprise him today by making it 50 push-ups and he said I should start and they were counting it, when they reached 30 I didn't agree to stop it and they kept telling me to stop thinking I can't do it, it was when i got to 50 push-ups that I stopped and my manager was very surprised he couldn't believe that I could do that numbers of push ups, if not for this challenge I wonder how I would have been able to achieve that numbers of push ups. however is very necessary for us to always be active in this challenge because you might find yourself in an awkward situation like mine.

Noice!  That's doing 1 push up a second for 2.777777777... hours.

I was able to do a set of 40, my personal record, yesterday and today.  Yesterday I did 10-40-15-15-15-10.  Today I started with 40 and really wanted to get 100 in 3 sets, but it is not happening...yet.   Smiley  
40-20-20-15-10.  The 40 pushup set took 40 seconds, and I rested for the next 1 min 20 s, before doing the following sets at about 1.5 seconds per pushup.  Good times!

Congratulations on your new milestone! It is good to see high-ranking members like you hitting 10,000 push-ups in 99 days. It is not easy because you will be engaged in so many activities daily, but out of your busy schedule, you still have a chance to be consistent with this push-up challenge. Your guy's consistency in this push-up challenge has made me consistent in this push-up challenge, and I am enjoying the benefits already. I will be adding bicep, tricep, shoulder, tummy, leg, and trap workouts to my push-up challenge. I want to use the opportunity of this push-up challenge to carry out the exercises I mentioned. Let me see what my upper body will look like when bitcoin reaches $100,000. I already have the video that will guide me on how to carry out these exercises without lifting any weight to train them.

It takes about 30 seconds for me to do 20 pushups, and then I would rest for however long till the next minute comes.  If I'm going for more than 30 pushups in a set, they tend to be a little quicker.

Just starting today, I am purposefully focusing on doing 40 pushups per set, and my first couple of sets have resulted in 40 in 56 seconds and 40 in 46 seconds, so yeah  there can be quite a variance, and what seems to happen is that I am trying to do the first 25-30 pushups relatively slow, but when when I start to get to around 30 pushups, I start to feel signs of failure, so I have had to speed up in the end in order to get to 40 pushups, and maybe my recent practice is to do my target amount an then to put one more pushup in there, even if it is extra slow and maybe somewhat sloppy but it is kind of like making sure that I am totally failed, even though the pushups that I counted were mostly in proper form, with maybe some faster ones towards the end and maybe a bit sloppy on the last one or two.

But yeah punchline is that I am going to try to aim for getting to 40 pushups in 60 seconds or more.. maybe 40 pushups in 80 seconds might be a good goal, and perhaps I might be able to achieve this within a week or two.. Let's see how it goes... if I cannot achieve it in a week or two, that's no problem, I have patience, and surely whatever I am doing must be helping my muscle build and stamina in some kind of a way for me even to be making these kinds of proposed targets for myself.
When I joined this push-up challenge, I used to be slow in doing my push-ups but when I increased my speed a little bit I discovered that when I'm slow in doing my push-ups I do fewer push-ups in a set while I do plenty of push-ups when I speed up my push-up. The good thing about slow push-ups is that you will feel the pain of every single push-up you do in a set. If I speed up my push-up, my body will start to get weak when I push up to 45 push-ups in a set before I will endure the pain of doing the remaining push-ups to get the number I want to do in a set. Today I will set a timer to know how many minutes or seconds I will use to cover 50 push-ups in a set when I am slow and when I speed up my push-ups.

Yep.  I started timing my pushup sets about 46 days ago, so it gives me a bit of a sense for if any particular set is deviating from previous sets (in terms of how long the sets are taking do carry out), and surely there is a bit of a time factor involved with our own reaching failure status, and so far none of my pushup sets have taken longer than a minute, so that is causing me to have that kind of a goal and to look forward to the times in which I am able to drag out my pushup sets for more than a whole minute... so from my own perspective, I have to continue to work towards getting to pushup sets that last a minute or more.. at least in the short term I am considering that to be a meaningful goal for myself.. and see how it goes to consider that kind of a target within the framework.

That is an interesting highlight to consider that we have ended up spending quite a few hours of our lives in certain kinds of activities, now including these pushups that we are doing... .. and even before and after doing a pushup set, there is a certain amount of prep time and a certain amount of cool down time (at least I spend a few seconds to write down the results within my system that I have established for myself)

It is most likely that any time that someone watches another person do pushups, they will most likely be impressed by having good form (such as going all the way up and all the way down), and then also having good quantity, so maybe when this testing time comes for you (if it does - at a party while you are dancing on the table with a lampshade on your head), then do your pushups a bit faster than 1 per second as long as they are fully up and down and to try to do a lot of them, if possible.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

It takes about 30 seconds for me to do 20 pushups, and then I would rest for however long till the next minute comes.  If I'm going for more than 30 pushups in a set, they tend to be a little quicker.

Just starting today, I am purposefully focusing on doing 40 pushups per set, and my first couple of sets have resulted in 40 in 56 seconds and 40 in 46 seconds, so yeah  there can be quite a variance, and what seems to happen is that I am trying to do the first 25-30 pushups relatively slow, but when when I start to get to around 30 pushups, I start to feel signs of failure, so I have had to speed up in the end in order to get to 40 pushups, and maybe my recent practice is to do my target amount an then to put one more pushup in there, even if it is extra slow and maybe somewhat sloppy but it is kind of like making sure that I am totally failed, even though the pushups that I counted were mostly in proper form, with maybe some faster ones towards the end and maybe a bit sloppy on the last one or two.

But yeah punchline is that I am going to try to aim for getting to 40 pushups in 60 seconds or more.. maybe 40 pushups in 80 seconds might be a good goal, and perhaps I might be able to achieve this within a week or two.. Let's see how it goes... if I cannot achieve it in a week or two, that's no problem, I have patience, and surely whatever I am doing must be helping my muscle build and stamina in some kind of a way for me even to be making these kinds of proposed targets for myself.
When I joined this push-up challenge, I used to be slow in doing my push-ups but when I increased my speed a little bit I discovered that when I'm slow in doing my push-ups I do fewer push-ups in a set while I do plenty of push-ups when I speed up my push-up. The good thing about slow push-ups is that you will feel the pain of every single push-up you do in a set. If I speed up my push-up, my body will start to get weak when I push up to 45 push-ups in a set before I will endure the pain of doing the remaining push-ups to get the number I want to do in a set. Today I will set a timer to know how many minutes or seconds I will use to cover 50 push-ups in a set when I am slow and when I speed up my push-ups.

Yep.  I started timing my pushup sets about 46 days ago, so it gives me a bit of a sense for if any particular set is deviating from previous sets (in terms of how long the sets are taking do carry out), and surely there is a bit of a time factor involved with our own reaching failure status, and so far none of my pushup sets have taken longer than a minute, so that is causing me to have that kind of a goal and to look forward to the times in which I am able to drag out my pushup sets for more than a whole minute... so from my own perspective, I have to continue to work towards getting to pushup sets that last a minute or more.. at least in the short term I am considering that to be a meaningful goal for myself.. and see how it goes to consider that kind of a target within the framework.

Congratulations on your new milestone! It is good to see high-ranking members like you hitting 10,000 push-ups in 99 days. It is not easy because you will be engaged in so many activities daily, but out of your busy schedule, you still have a chance to be consistent with this push-up challenge. Your guy's consistency in this push-up challenge has made me consistent in this push-up challenge, and I am enjoying the benefits already. I will be adding bicep, tricep, shoulder, tummy, leg, and trap workouts to my push-up challenge. I want to use the opportunity of this push-up challenge to carry out the exercises I mentioned. Let me see what my upper body will look like when bitcoin reaches $100,000. I already have the video that will guide me on how to carry out these exercises without lifting any weight to train them.

I feel the same way about consistency.  I would have definitely quit at some point in the first 50 days if it wasn't for this thread.  There are more than a couple times I passed out on the couch with 30 push-ups remaining and woke up in the middle of the night to finish.  I wouldn't have done that without this thread.  So for me, it's amazing that so many people have joined in and taken this thread to a level I didn't imagine when I started it.  You are all a great support system and I can't see how I could let myself fail this challenge with so many fellow supporters.  100 a day until 100K.  No problem.

It's been 3 days I  did my pushups last...
Although, I was a little bit lazy

But at the same time I felt the 90 pushups I did the last time Tongue.
Today,I did just 60 pushups after 3 days rest, I know there's a decrease in magnitude just not taking it too hard on myself

I made a video to see how many minutes it would take me to cover my push-ups in a set. I did 40+ push-ups in my first set in one minute and two seconds, and in my second set, I did 27 in one minute. Maybe it is the angle, but your arms look pretty long.  And yeah those are full pushups which seem to be proper form in terms of straightness of your body, and you may even be pausing a little bit at the top and at the bottom, including that you are getting to something close to a locked arm position at the top, and my own pushups don't quite get to the locked arm position at the top, which seems like it is a bit harder than the version that I am doing, which is slightly less than locked arm position at the top. 

Maybe later I might want to try to do that locked arm position at the top.. yet if I tried to do that now, then I would have to go below 40 pushups per set.... maybe even 20-25 would wear me out in the way that I see that you are doing them... so anyhow for me, I think that I want to stick with my current 40 pushups per set for a while longer (since I ONLY got to this place in the las few days).. maybe I will stick with 40 per set for 2-3 weeks or so longer before I change around what I am currently trying to focus on, which is trying to get my 40 pushups to take me between 60 and 80 seconds to accomplish them.. which I am already having trouble with this.. at least so far ranging between 45 seconds and 57 seconds..and largely I am starting to feel failure around 30, so I have to speed up to get the last 10 in proper form before I totally fail.. that's how it is with this here cat.

I wouldn't have done that without this thread. 

I think that you are correct.  On the margins, maybe we might do pushups and maybe not and maybe we will skip a day, and just yesterday, I had already gotten down to my underwear and I had just jumped in bed and I was getting ready to shut off the light, and I recall that I still had one more set of pushups, so I had to get up and go in the other room (my pushup location), and pump out my last set for the day.. .and there were surely several other times, when doing the pushups were not very convenient or something like I was really feeling like doing... ..so I cannot say if I am going to want to keep doing pushups if this thread stops... not to put too much pressure on DirtyKeyboard and his pretty great system.. which might be a lot more work than he had expected.. so we should be grateful that he agreed to do it.. and it is surely coming together quite well... including more members making fewer mistakes in their reports, too.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Who have made this observation just like me that the pushups is very interesting in the morning mostly between 6am-8am likewise when push towards evening same time is also best, and is like one have better energy when you have not tasted any except if you support your self with water this are my experience as I continue the push up on daily basis as my bench Mark is 50 this morning I push 30 by evening I will push 20 my belly is going inside gradually as woman as would have tired belt even when I have given birth because of pot belly, thank for push up idea and the introducer to leverage some physical fitness problem many face without know they are The course for not taken good exercises.
Push-Ups is part of exercises which literally exercises are at best done by the morning when the body has rested all through the bed times by the night, and then it feels little weak but has gathered whole lot of muscular energies to do muscular activities.

Evenings too are regarded after the body may have been stressed by the days and feels weak over the daily activities but would require some body rest before engaging on the sport or any exercise activities such as the push up.

Note it that the normal daily activities are being stresses to the body system already and does not feel good to indulge on any exercising activities at the same moment else the energy conservation would not be enough to sustain you in the activity for a longer time and it would not be so interesting as could be by the mornings or lately by the evenings/nights.

And the ideal of breaking it down can help me achieve it, maybe I will be hitting 33 in the morning, 33 in the afternoon and 34 in the evening so I'm good to go.

But OgNasty, how will you know if one is completely doing the challenge here? I'm starting from tomorrow but how do you know I'm keeping up with your challenge.
In addition I would want to know if it is late to bump Into this fun challenge because I really find it interesting and encouraging to reset my bitcoin investment goal to keep holding til I catches that $100K as I was think of selling it any moment.
It would really serve lot of benefits including building the passion for fitness exercises like this or Push-ups.

I don't care if people keep up with the challenge or not.  I only care about letting them know it's going on so that they too can become stronger individuals.  If you want to fake that you are participating, I'm fine with that.  You are only depriving yourself and with faking it maybe you'll inspire someone else in the process, so I still see it as a positive.

Yeah you might actually don't care if anyone is faking or not because there is no reward for who takes best position so whoever that cheats is only fooling itself and not anyone because following the tips and rules of the challenge is to a personal benefit and not anyone else and your inability to stay sincere and dedicated to the challenge is still at your court not anyone else.
Always at your best to decide what you want and what you do not want.

But @OgNasty, it would be more of fun rolling if we can take video coverages on the PUSHING-UP processes and probably convert the video to video files using the conversation software to behold in the spreadsheet for the public to see too.

It might be an extravagant process but believe it that it would be a game of fun with great memories due to to the activities visual displays.

Obviously, the aim and objective of this thread has not been achieved which is seeing Bitcoin hitting 100k hence, the pushups challenge is open to any one that is willing to participate in it, yeah the challenge is meant to be a fun play to keep us fit and to show how much of our commitment and love we have for Bitcoin while watching Bitcoin hitting 100k. It is never late to join the pushups challenge and am saying that you are welcome to the pushups challenge. there are no special rules , only do as much as your body can carry in different sets and sessions with a minimum of 10 pushups a day to have an entery report in to the table with the format,
100k,username,totaldaysofpushups,totalnumbersofpushups,datesyy-mm-dd. Talking about selling your Bitcoin investment any time soon, I hope you have had up to a reasonable size of Bitcoin and have also held for long which are two major factors that puts you in having a substantial return which is better than chasing a few dollar profits, it is ok to sell part of investment at some point in our journey if necessary, but yeah any one can do whatever they like but the truth must be told that Bitcoin is not a tradable coin, but a coin that brings out it's best potentials when view on a long term perspective.

Waking up this morning, I was so cold that standing up from my bed didn't happen so quick..
The next thing was a flash in my mind of BTC pushing up 100k, keeping fit as BTC gains more ultra  ground!!
Can you do this this morning? I ask myself, try out and the next few minutes I did it in 45,34,36.

The beauty of today is the vitality I got after my push up with regards to how I rose very dull this morning....

Days like that is going to happen, let it linger but always have the will to do what you can when those moments happen to you, it's probably much healthier for you too to be lazy sometimes in your workout because your body is on a recovery and your body would probably thank you if you were to just take it easy from time to time. You don't want to get injured doing any of this don't you? If your answer is yes then it's best that you let that lazy feeling there, don't force yourself or you'll end up hating this habit sooner than you'd imagine.
