I did 100 push ups yesterday. Bitcoin price is currently down, still I will not stop, I will continue to push up, I hope soon Bitcoin price will start to rise and cross $100k.

Definitely we are going to see Bitcoin price above $100k soon despite the Dip now but with hope and consistent in this push ups challenge will really helped us to achieved our goal.

I usually have this difficulty sleeping at night, but ever since we started this push ups exercise, it has become my sleep pill, after having my bath and diner am always close to my bed. This push ups challenge has really helped me lot am so glad that I joined, I see it as a fun for the love and commitment we have for Bitcoin while we wait patiently as it going to hit $100k and above.

Dude I don't think push-up can make someone to sleep well, remember this push-up we are doing is a work and work require force and displacement so I wonder how this push-up will be a sleeping pill after using so much energy... The reason why I am saying this is because I always have pains in those part of my body that is been affected by the push-up which makes it difficulty for me to sleep most especially to turn to another position on my bed I don't know if other people have experience this I am saying though you will only experience it, if one do 100 push-up and above perhaps one can stop the pains by taking good food after the exercise and tablets . Note good food is very necessary for this exercise we are doing.

Surely most people already realize that if you are active during the day in various kinds of ways (whether pushups or other wise), that will have good chances of improving your ability to sleep due to your having had exhausted yourself in some kind of way that merits a recovery period, including sleep that helps to recover the body and the brain... and yeah exercise and physical activity are not the ONLY things that affect sleep, since there is diet and sometimes we may well eat or drink in ways that take away from our sleep - yet if we hold everything constant in our routines and we ONLY change one thing such as doing pushups or not doing pushups then we might see how that change in activity affects us... and yeah maybe it makes a difference too if you do three sets of 10 pushups or you do 5 sets of 30 pushups, but it you had not been doing any pushups previously, you may well be able to see various changes in yourself after getting into such routine, especially after getting over the initial soreness that might result from adding such a potentially physically challenging activity to your routine.

There probably is nothing wrong with having some additional pains from doing pushups, yet we surely have to be careful about either over doing it or potentially causing ourselves injuries, so some pain is probably not a bad thing as long as your body is mostly recovering from it, even if maybe you might have some soreness in some areas related to doing the pushups.  I probably have had soreness in my shoulders and neck for the last several months, even though surely I am getting stronger too (at least in terms of pushups and some other kinds of related physical strength matters).   

I would suggest trying to avoid taking pain medications and/or sleeping pills if you are able to avoid such because those are not really good habits to take, especially on a regular basis.

And sotelorene you ONLY have 6 days reporting pushups as compared with Tmoonz having 122 days of reported pushups, so you should realize that with the adding of some kind of an exercise routine, you may well experience more pain and/or transitional pain in the earlier stages of building up your pushups, and surely you are starting out with a pretty high average number of pushups per day (showing 200 per day), and even for me, it took me 43 days to get my pushup numbers per day up to 200 per day and it also took me 115 days to get my pushup average up to 200 pushups per day, so I am not sure if you might be starting out with too many, but if you are pushing yourself in ways that you had not previously pushed yourself then you may well be more likely to experience some transitional pains while your body is getting used to adding pushups into your routine.. and yeah, some young people are able to transition much better than some of the older people (and I consider myself to be amongst the older people so it takes me a bit of time to recover and I have quite a bit of soreness, but so far I have not been taking any pain medications for my soreness... though I have considered changes in foods in my diet or even some potential changes to supplements that I take for joint and/or muscle health - to the extent that any of those kinds of things might make differences in regards to helping recovery time and/or soreness.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I know that you had been wanting to figure out some kinds of reasonable sorting criteria, and I am wonder if you ever had sorted the pushers in the table in accordance with their latest report date, and from my own point of view, there may be some importance in terms of the report dates and in terms of clearly seeing which pushers are regularly reporting their pushup reports and which members might be lagging in those regards.

Personally, I have been doing my pushups every day and writing them down in my own log, while at the same time, reporting my pushups in the form of a pushup report every few days and surely every once in a while I let the submission of my report go a wee bit longer, yet we may well get some senses that some members (pushers) might have had stopped doing their pushups on a daily basis (even though daily pushups are not really required, but surely there are likely going to be benefits when members are keeping up with their pushups regularly rather than infrequently, just like accumulating bitcoin has those similar kinds of consistency benefits in the earliest years of BTC accumulation), yet surely in regards to potential pushup drop outs, I stick to my earlier stated position that if members had previously submitted their pushup reports then they should not be removed from the pushup table even if they might not have had continued submitting reports at any recent time and presumptively there may be a decent number of members who had stopped submitting reports, then they may well have had discontinued with their daily (or regular) pushups, too.

It makes sense that way, the table speaking for itself that's the active members that's always reporting appearing on the top of the table while inactive to appear at the bottom.. Honestly innovations has no limit...
May be the sorting happening at selected interval...

With these sorting idea with regards to date of report and any other factors, inconsistent reporters can find their names at the bottom of the table but not removed..

The last three days I've done one set of ten in the morning and two lots of ten late at night. For now, this seems to be a goodly amount for my (lack of) level of fitness.

I feel like I owe myself alot this days because I haven't done any push ups for days now if not weeks, my body has been to retire back to days when I never did any push ups. I feel so bad to the extent I think I owe you guys here an apology for not keeping up with the push ups but anyways I couldn't get of it so I start over with 34 push ups this morning while I get my day ready.

Yeh, I never imagined I'd be doing any pushups but here I am nearly four weeks later and closing in on my first one thousand pushups (in another ten or so days time). Having a friend who is a freelance personal trainer has been a help getting advice and encouragement as well as pointers on doing pushups correctly.

I haven't read every line of this thread, but everyone is full of enthusiasm which is refreshing.

The last three days I've done one set of ten in the morning and two lots of ten late at night. For now, this seems to be a goodly amount for my (lack of) level of fitness.

Even you Timelord2067 is among those doing the Push-Ups, literally remember the night OgNasty  spoke about starting this but never knew you all will take it this far while though I ought to have started my personal work-outs I`m far from it, though I`m much healthy to do it I`m not really consistent with it pretty lazy & busy, I guess I might just join the cheerleading role Cheesy

Yeh, I never imagined I'd be doing any pushups but here I am nearly four weeks later and closing in on my first one thousand pushups (in another ten or so days time). Having a friend who is a freelance personal trainer has been a help getting advice and encouragement as well as pointers on doing pushups correctly.

I haven't read every line of this thread, but everyone is full of enthusiasm which is refreshing.

I agree that the positive attitude and encouragement in this thread has been amazing. It’s like a hidden gem on this forum where people who like to build and support have found themselves a home. Imagine if we celebrated building Bitcoin projects like this… It’s great to see so many people improving their health and wealth here. Let us keep it up.

I don't know if it is necessary or good to take a whole day off (unless maybe you have some scheduling issues and you might not be in good places to do your pushups on some days), and so it may well be better to have some days of lower level pushups rather than completely taking days off, especially if you might be trying to overall improve your pushup's capabilities.

Surely, I have had some lower level days and some complications in my schedule, yet in the past several days, I have gotten back to being able to do more pushups and more sets.. but there had been some times in which the pushups were contributing to too many stresses on me.

Don't get me wrong, the pushups still hurt and frequently, they can be a bit inconvenient to carry out, yet surely if we are regularly doing them, they become easier to do more pushups per set and more sets per day - even for old foggies...

Personally, I do believe that some of us might lose our priorities from time to time, and surely even young people sometimes will take the status of their muscularity for granted  - yet some of us relatively older foggies likely might be forced into circumstances in which we have to figure out something in order to just maintain what we got. and maybe even if we are exercising daily (whether pushups or other kinds of exercises), it still might be difficult to maintain muscle status or even other things like flexibility and/or endurance, and surely it might even get worse, if I were not to do anything.. and so I know how tempting it can be to not do anything and how much it hurts just to build up what kinds of endurance that we can build up by perhaps starting out with smaller amounts of something like pushups and going through a lot of pain to potentially get to higher levels of something like pushups.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Yes, I totally agreed with you @JayJuanGee because Is not really good for one to just take the whole day off why you are not doing anything because just like me I can't stay a day without doing my push ups challenge Alex I'm not feeling too well, however just as you have said unless maybe I have some scheduling issues if not I can not stay a day without push ups exercise.

On days when I'm feeling muscle soreness, I try and do all of my push-ups first thing in the morning to give my body 24+ hours of not having to do push-ups.  However, after a while it isn't really a big deal to do some push-ups.  20 push-ups feels like nothing to me now.  300 in a day was pushing it a little bit, as was doing 65 at once for me, but I'm sure those numbers will continue to rise as well.  You should be aware of your limits though.  Pushing too hard could mean setbacks, so if people are struggling I would tell them (not that I know what I'm talking about) to do smaller sets.  2 sets of 50 might seem impossible to some, but 20 sets of 5 should be easily accomplished by anyone without age or physical constraints.

I just noticed that on June 22nd you started to report the number of pushups that had been reported for the day in the title of your post of the tables.... so yeah, we can see quite a bit of variance in the daily reported amounts.

I may as well throw my pushup report into this post.. even though I am not sure whether i am going to do anymore pushups today.. Probably I have done enough pushups for today.. but there are also a few more hours in the day, as far as I am concerned and my local time in regards to how I report my date .... which date has already finished in accordance with UTC time, but not for this here cat.

10 sets of 10, every minute on the minute.  I've been starting the last set with diamond pushups.  I've been able to do 2 each day, while remaining confident I could still do the last 8.

Diamond pushups are tough.

I know that you had been wanting to figure out some kinds of reasonable sorting criteria, and I am wonder if you ever had sorted the pushers in the table in accordance with their latest report date, and from my own point of view, there may be some importance in terms of the report dates and in terms of clearly seeing which pushers are regularly reporting their pushup reports and which members might be lagging in those regards.

Personally, I have been doing my pushups every day and writing them down in my own log, while at the same time, reporting my pushups in the form of a pushup report every few days and surely every once in a while I let the submission of my report go a wee bit longer, yet we may well get some senses that some members (pushers) might have had stopped doing their pushups on a daily basis (even though daily pushups are not really required, but surely there are likely going to be benefits when members are keeping up with their pushups regularly rather than infrequently, just like accumulating bitcoin has those similar kinds of consistency benefits in the earliest years of BTC accumulation), yet surely in regards to potential pushup drop outs, I stick to my earlier stated position that if members had previously submitted their pushup reports then they should not be removed from the pushup table even if they might not have had continued submitting reports at any recent time and presumptively there may be a decent number of members who had stopped submitting reports, then they may well have had discontinued with their daily (or regular) pushups, too. 
Oh yeah.  Smiley I forgot about that.  Let's see if we can do some different sorts on different days.

Exercise is one thing we shouldn't stop doing, even if we can't be consistent in doing it but once a while we should involve in it.
I have been consistent with my push-up exercise in the past 10 days now and it has really helped me, some of the days at night after much push-up I realized I do have some good sleep and relax of mind and also with the brain refresh.
One of the way to leave a healthy life is doing exercise.

The last three days I've done one set of ten in the morning and two lots of ten late at night. For now, this seems to be a goodly amount for my (lack of) level of fitness.

Even you Timelord2067 is among those doing the Push-Ups, literally remember the night OgNasty  spoke about starting this but never knew you all will take it this far while though I ought to have started my personal work-outs I`m far from it, though I`m much healthy to do it I`m not really consistent with it pretty lazy & busy, I guess I might just join the cheerleading role Cheesy

Yeh, I never imagined I'd be doing any pushups but here I am nearly four weeks later and closing in on my first one thousand pushups (in another ten or so days time). Having a friend who is a freelance personal trainer has been a help getting advice and encouragement as well as pointers on doing pushups correctly.

I haven't read every line of this thread, but everyone is full of enthusiasm which is refreshing.

I agree that the positive attitude and encouragement in this thread has been amazing. It’s like a hidden gem on this forum where people who like to build and support have found themselves a home. Imagine if we celebrated building Bitcoin projects like this… It’s great to see so many people improving their health and wealth here. Let us keep it up.
In as much as celebration of building a Bitcoin project might be different it depends on the project, though this is still better since we improving our health will help us use our money for more good things.

It's a beautiful thing to be healthy and I'm greatful to God for that I guessed some of you may not believe there's a God but this i believe.
I might just join you guys soon after being advised by friends to take my health more seriously being mindful of what
I eat/drink, but this is hard the best thing are the most unhealthy in the end sigh.
