Last night I did two sets of fifteen. Then, this afternoon/early evening I've done four sets of fifteen around an hour apart.

Of course, I don't know your particulars, but maybe you could start out with something like 3 sets of 10-25 pushups (depending on your already ability to do pushups) with about an hour and a half between each set, and the see how you feel from something like that.
Yeah, thanks for your encouragement, I have already done 30 pushups about 3 hours ago before I left for the office so in the evening I will also try I do at least another 30 but I don't think am gonna have a specific number of pushups, it will be irregular depending on the number of thrusts i can endure before getting tired, am already at the office now and am feeling the impact of the one i did 3 hours ago, am already feeling pains all over my body though minor pains but i believe with consistency i won't be experiencing further pains anymore. thank you

I don't know if I can make a weekly report instead of daily.

Whether you submit a personal pushup report or not, I personally believe that it is helpful to keep some kind of a pushup journal so that you can see your progress, especially since with the passage of time, you likely are not going to remember some of your specifics.  I may be a bit of an Excel freak, so I keep track of my own daily pushups on an Excel spreadsheet, and of course some guys just write their pushups in some kind of a notebook or on paper....and yeah, there is no need to even share any of your personal pushup doing details if you don't want to share such details.

Actually, I have bought a notebook to record my daily pushups in order for me to keep a track record on how my pushups activities are going. So I have splitted my pushups into two sets, morning and evening. At least recording the number of pushups done will help me to know the level of progress I have been able to achieve, so I will be dropping my total pushups reports after every 7 days (weekly report) for @Dirtykeyboard to include in pushups chart.

Below is my pushups report sheet that I will be recording everyday in my notebook. I'm very happy to be part of this experience

Today is my 70th day to do this 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge. Today I do a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets. Today I did 20 push-ups per set. But today I did 2 sets of push-ups together. That is, 2 sets together in the morning, 2 sets together in the afternoon, and 1 set of push-ups in the evening. Doing 2 sets of push-ups at once was a little difficult for me, but I managed to cope. If i do it regularly every day it will also become normal.

I did a total of 80 pushups today. Today I increased push-ups to 5 in each set, and decreased one set. That is, after taking the push-ups challenge, I used to do 5 sets of push-ups every day, today I did 4 sets of push-ups, and instead of doing 15 push-ups in each set, I did 20 push-ups today. This increased my 5 push-ups.

Push-ups for last 3 days : 15X5= 75 push-ups
Push-ups today: 20X4= 80 push-ups
increase: 5 push-ups

From tomorrow I will try to do more push-ups, tomorrow I will try to do a more one set of push-ups more.

That looks good.  Each row of my chart has 5 slots for up to 5 pushup sets per day, and if I do more than 5 pushup sets in a day then I add another row for that day,. and so I label each of my pushup sets with the time that I did the set, and how many seconds it took me to do each of the pushup sets.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Good to know you go up to 5 sets in a day, seems you're still very much young and full of energy, life, strength and enthusiasm for you to be doing 5 sets of pushups daily. I would have loved to have same experience of doing 5 sets in a day as well but I spend most of my time in a day at my place of work (office) that is why i choose the convenient time of morning and evening. You are really so devoted in doing this pushups challenge I mean you even take notes of the time it took you to complete each set, wow interesting. Bravo...

My report for yesterday and today, I did a total of 150 push ups yesterday in 3 sets. today I was able to do a total of 100 push in 2 sets (morning and evening). hopefully tomorrow I will try as much as possible to maintain 150  push ups per day.

I started doing 5 sets per day around 20 days after starting pushups, and I have had to spread the sets out through the whole day, especially in the beginning because I would get sore, and I still get sore.

I started to time my pushups around 50 days after starting pushups because there were questions in regards to quality versus quantity, so I mostly wanted to monitor the timing of my sets in order to get some idea regarding how fast I was going and how consistent I was and also sometimes to purposefully do them fast or slow, depending on how I am feeling or maybe what I am trying to accomplish for any pushup set or any particular day or week.

Yeah, thanks for your encouragement, I have already done 30 pushups about 3 hours ago before I left for the office so in the evening I will also try I do at least another 30 but I don't think am gonna have a specific number of pushups, it will be irregular depending on the number of thrusts i can endure before getting tired, am already at the office now and am feeling the impact of the one i did 3 hours ago, am already feeling pains all over my body though minor pains but i believe with consistency i won't be experiencing further pains anymore. thank you

Whether you submit a personal pushup report or not, I personally believe that it is helpful to keep some kind of a pushup journal so that you can see your progress, especially since with the passage of time, you likely are not going to remember some of your specifics.  I may be a bit of an Excel freak, so I keep track of my own daily pushups on an Excel spreadsheet, and of course some guys just write their pushups in some kind of a notebook or on paper....and yeah, there is no need to even share any of your pushup doing details if you don't want to share such details.

Actually, I have bought a notebook to record my daily pushups in order for me to keep track record on how my pushups activities are going. So I have splitted my pushups into two sets, morning and evening. At least recording the number of pushups done will help me to know the level of progress I have been able to achieve, so I will be dropping my total pushups reports after every 7 days (weekly report) for @Dirtykeyboard to include in pushups chart.

Wow! You did a good job here; writing down your push-up details in a notebook is a wonderful thing to do. Even JayJuanGee advised us to keep a record of our daily push-ups so that even though we don't report our push-ups here, we can still know the number of push-ups we have done in this challenge and the number of days we have spent in this challenge. If you are consistent enough in this push-up challenge, you will experience a lot of changes in your body system, and you will never regret being part of this push-up challenge. I will be doing my first set of today's push-ups after I post this comment. Keep pushing until bitcoin reaches $100,000.

That looks good.  Each row of my chart has 5 slots for up to 5 pushup sets per day, and if I do more than 5 pushup sets in a day then I add another row for that day,. and so I label each of my pushup sets with the time that I did the set, and how many seconds it took me to do each of the pushup sets.

Fair play to you guys who are doing multi session push-ups per day, thats dedication.
I hope to move to 2 sessions daily from possibly next week on. I suspect I will do
more in the morning than in the evening.

That looks good.  Each row of my chart has 5 slots for up to 5 pushup sets per day, and if I do more than 5 pushup sets in a day then I add another row for that day,. and so I label each of my pushup sets with the time that I did the set, and how many seconds it took me to do each of the pushup sets.
The idea of recording ones daily pushups  maybe for reference in future seem to be a very nice one generally,however using pen on paper could be prone to errors like the  idea of adding more columns on a row section (just as you mentioned) whenever there's an increase in the total sets done for that particular row(usually a day) which is a bright one actually, with pencil there's still a chance of erasing it but later it will still get rough (and that's even if the end of margin hasn't be reached), with pen it's far worse but with a digital hosted spreadsheet then everything can be done smoothly. There's no really need for PC there are many a lot of  software for mobiles to perform them so anyone thinking of doing such can always use the software(which more easier and neater).

Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 3 sets. I did 30 push-ups in the first set, 30 push-ups in the second set, and 40 push-ups in the third set to complete today's 100 push-ups. Doing 40 push-ups at once in the last set was difficult for me. But with a little effort I was able to do it. I am trying to increase the number of push-ups in each set of my push-ups. In this way, I will give a total of 100 push-ups in 1 set a day.

I had a terrible experience today after going off from the pushups exercise after my last report, I was unable to pushups today after managing to hit 160 in two sessions  yesterday, I am so sore with pains in my arms and up chest hence I came up with the conclusion that it is better to be doing fewer pushups daily than just totally neglecting it for few days.

Even today I can do 80 push-ups in 4 sets. I can't do more push-ups. Guess I'll have to continue the wash-ups for a few more days. And slowly increase the number of push-ups. Because doing too many push-ups at once makes my body very sore afterwards, especially in the muscles. So I don't force my body to do more than 80 push-ups today.

I understand that some of us are spoiled, and we both have a computer, but we also have some decently powerful spreadsheet like Excel (which can be a bit expensive for some folks to justify purchasing the program).. but yeah, I understand that there are some free programs that can be used to accomplish similar things, especially with the more basic spreadsheet functions.

Can you (or any other member) recommend some possible mobile spreadsheets (applications) that could be used on either Iphones and/or on Android phones?  Free versions and maybe even paid versions?  I know I could search, yet I think it is better to get some recommendations from any members who might be already using (or testing out) various versions. 

Most likely I am not going to use the mobile version of spreadsheets, but you never know.  I know that from time to time, when I am sharing my Excel spreadsheet (or various subparts of them), it is fairly well presented on whatever applications are already on the Iphone.  I presume android phones can also read my Excel spreadsheets, and in the past 10-20 years, we have come along way with cross-compatibility and even way less bugginess (or changes in format) compared to some of the earlier attempts at cross-platform-compatibility matters.

Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 3 sets. I did 30 push-ups in the first set, 30 push-ups in the second set, and 40 push-ups in the third set to complete today's 100 push-ups. 100 pushups in one set is a very BIG aspiration. 

I think that even very athletic folks have difficulties increasing their pushup sets passed the 50-100 arena, and many times get caught somewhere in the 60-80 per set range, yet sure it might be more possible for some of us to increase to something close to or exceeding 100 pushups in a set as compared with others. 

I had already mentioned that I had quite a few difficulties increasing past 55, and so even though after around 63 days of doing pushups, I have had many pushup sets in the 55-65 range, I am not even considering very likely that I would be able to get very close to being able to do 100 pushups in any set in the near future, or perhaps even within my lifetime.. but hey never say never.

Don't get me wrong.. I don't consider it very practical or reasonable for me to even want to be able to do 100 pushups in a set.. especially at this point in my life... so doing 100 pushups in a set does not really even seem to be something that I want to work towards achieving, even though I have in my plan to try to do as many pushups that I can in 20 sets around the time when the BTC price reaches $100k.

But, yeah, everyone can consider what is within some kind of a target that they believe to be reasonable and potentially achievable for them.

I have not really skipped days, but I have had days in which I did way fewer pushups and pushup sets that were really spread far apart (in terms of time between sets), and frequently there can be issues to allow the pushup sets to get spread out too much.. which I imagine also to be the case if whole days are skipped..

So likely each of us has to figure out if there might be some days that we are really busy or not able to do very many pushups, then maybe on those days it would still be better to attempt to do some quickie sets.. and to just figure out a way to fit in at least one or two sets in a day, rather than completely skipping days.

Another way of saying the same thing is that having a goal to be able to do a lot of pushups or a lot of pushup sets is to ongoingly do the pushups to keep such abilities up to at least a certain maintenance level.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k
