Last week I was experiencing a sharp pain around my hip region but I just took some painkiller drugs yet I was still feeling minor pains, just yesterday the pains deteriorated around my ball and socket joint and I couldn't move properly, so this morning I went to visit and doctor and after some check ups he discovered that I got a strain around my ball and socket joint within my hip region as a result of excessive sitting down and he asked me if I spend a lot of time while sitting then i told him that i work in an office where i sit almost all day except during launch hours when I go out of the office, he gave me some painkiller drugs and advised me to visit a massage Therapist of which i did so after undergoing some massages from the massage Therapist later this morning i felt a bit relieved but i was advised to always do some pushups in the morning before the pains will eventually stop.
I was so amazed by the advise of the massage Therapist, I now thought of this pushups challenge going on in the forum and now I have made up my mind to be a part of this challenge because had it been I do frequent pushups i wouldn't have experienced such pains so from tomorrow I will be starting my pushups routine but I may not actually have the time to be posting my reports here. Doing pushups should not only be because of our campaign for the price of Bitcoin to hit $100k but we should also see it as a form of keeping our body and muscles fit in order to avoid any form of complications due to lack of exercise.
Though I had a spinal injury years ago and the effects has not completely vanished so I will be taking this pushups challenge slow and steady so that I don't experience any form of complications.

Some weekend push-ups in the books. It’s also been 4 or 5 days of me doing some bulletproof knee exercises. Some of those motions are definitely a struggle, especially compared to doing push-ups. Hopefully those motions get easier as time goes on so I don’t look like I’ve been skipping leg day.

Of course, I don't know your particulars, but maybe you could start out with something like 3 sets of 10-25 pushups (depending on your already ability to do pushups) with about an hour and a half between each set, and the see how you feel from something like that.

You can gauge your level of pushups, so yeah, if you start out with something like 30 in the morning and 30 in the evening, then you can see the extent to which you are feeling sore, and sometimes you might not feel the soreness right away or within the first few days, and surely some of us have pains in various parts, including joints, shoulders, neck and maybe some other places, yet of course, if we keep doing pushups daily then our body will likely get used to doing the pushups, and we might even consider that we need to increase the pushups in order to feel that we are sufficiently challenging ourselves. The pushup report is truly optional, yet you only get your name in the pushup table if you submit a pushup report in the format that DirtyKeyboard's script will read. it is totally up to you if you want to submit a pushup report daily, weekly, monthly or any interval that you want. Whether you submit a personal pushup report or not, I personally believe that it is helpful to keep some kind of a pushup journal so that you can see your progress, especially since with the passage of time, you likely are not going to remember some of your specifics. I may be a bit of an Excel freak, so I keep track of my own daily pushups on an Excel spreadsheet, and of course some guys just write their pushups in some kind of a notebook or on paper....and yeah, there is no need to even share any of your personal pushup doing details if you don't want to share such details.

Yesterday I was able to do 30 regular, 10 regular x 6, 10 Diamond: every minute on the minute for 100 pushups total. The 30 set took me 40 seconds. Seems to be close to what the high volume per set pushers are doing? Full disclosure, my Diamonds are more isosceles triangles where my thumbs are in a straight line. Today I did a total of 5 sets of push-ups, 20 per set, today I took on a different challenge. I challenged myself to finish each set in 1 minute. thats means, 20 push-ups i should be done in 60 seconds. And I succeeded. I did each set of push-ups after 1 hour or 30 minutes. Thus I complete 100 push-ups in 5 sets. And since it took me 1 minute to do each set of push-ups, it took me a total of 5 minutes to do 5 set of100 push-ups. my next challenge, I will try to do 100 consecutive push-ups within 5 minutes. That is, no set, I will have only one set of 5 minutes, and within that 5 minutes I have to complete 100 push-ups. Hopefully those motions get easier as time goes on so I don’t look like I’ve been skipping leg day.
Since push-up exercise is centered on building our upper body parts, doing leg workouts is good, and it will help us gain lower body parts that can correspond with our upper body parts. I have been consistent in doing different types of leg workouts and have already seen the benefits because my thighs are getting thicker and I am more balanced now. The table looks really cool to view and I'd like my username to be listed on the table but the problem now is I don't really understand how the report format works, I can see the example here which is; Name,DaysPushing,TotalPushupsDone,Date. But I don't really get the DaysPushing part, should I do my push ups for two or three days before making my report? Since it clearly says days.
The DaysPushing part in the push-up report means how many days you used to do the total push-ups in your push-up report. For instance, if you use 7 days to do 200 push-ups, and if you want to report the push-up, you will write 7 in place of Daysofpush-up to show that you did 200 push-ups in 7 days.

I also did 5 sets of 15 push-ups today for a total of 75 push-ups. I was supposed to do more push-ups today but I couldn't. Because my muscle pain was more today. Although it would have been fine after giving the first 10-12 push-ups, but I had a lot of trouble giving those first 10-12 push-ups. It felt like my muscles were going to tear now, so I didn't want to force myself to do more push-ups. However, once my pain subsides I will definitely try to do more push-ups.

Yesterday I was able to do 30 regular, 10 regular x 6, 10 Diamond: every minute on the minute for 100 pushups total. The 30 set took me 40 seconds. Seems to be close to what the high volume per set pushers are doing? Full disclosure, my Diamonds are more isosceles triangles where my thumbs are in a straight line. I have no problem with what you are doing, yet if you really were wanting to shoot for personal max pushups, you would probably need to try to do several of those longer sets, and even if you were to try something like 3 times in a day, maybe you might already be able to do something like 3 sets of 30 - and yeah maybe they might be spread out at least an hour but they could even be 3 hours or more apart between sets.. So maybe you would have pushups in the 30s, then 35s, then 40s, then 45s, then 50s, etc. Within a few days or even a few weeks, you might have some days in which you are able to do one or two sets that are 50 or more and then you might have some lower quantity sets that are set as your base, even while your base is going up... In other words, I doubt that you can go from doing lower quantity sets and then transitioning into higher quantity sets without working your way up to those higher quantity sets. It could also be possible that incorporate a practice of mostly sticking with what you are doing and ONLY having 1 or 2 sets per day that are high quantity sets, yet I still believe that if you want to shoot for high quantity sets, you may well have to have more practices with higher quantity sets and to get used to doing the higher quantity sets.. and yeah, maybe you feel that you start to get sloppy when you do the higher quantity sets, and maybe some of us (including yours truly) are a bit sloppy with some of our higher quantity sets, yet I still consider that there is some kind of a groove in which you have to practice more with higher quantity sets in order to be able to do such higher quantity sets, and whether your pushups are higher or lower quality might be difficult for us to attempt to compare or measure from merely a description, and in the end it remains your own assessment regarding what constitutes a "legitimate" pushup... I cannot really know your priorities, yet it seems to me that if you are largely aiming to hone in on doing more or less exactly 100 pushups per day, then that kind of a self-imposed (and potentially arbitrary) limitation might end up impairing some kind of an ability to reach higher quantities of pushups per set.. and don't mean to drag anyone under the bus, but it seems that OgNasty has a similar kind of framing of a kind of daily pushup limit, even though he surely has mentioned that from time to time he does more than 100 pushups on some days and he does not count some of his pushups beyond the 100 pushups for the day in terms of the seemingly consensus based arbitrary number of 100 for this particular challenge that also has a somewhat arbitrary BTC price target (of $100k).. and yeah, there is a kind of societal love of round numbers, even though those round numbers are still somewhat arbitrary in the whole scheme of things - even while they might make us feel kind of good, we might end up limiting our own body in terms of its potentiality since it seems quite likely that our body (rather than our mind) likely gives few than two shits about whether we do 100 pushups per day, or 103 pushups, or 96 pushups or some other number of pushups in that same ballpark quantity.. and surely I am willing to concede that some members participating in this pushup challenge may well being way more higher quality pushups than me, even though when I look at some videos of others doing pushups, I can still appreciate that my own pushups are more than reasonable in the ballpark of countability, and I think that the slowest pushups were one of the videos of the Goggins' pushups where he was pausing for something like a second at the bottom and the top... those looked difficult as fuck, and maybe I could do 15-20 pushups like that (maybe, I am too scared to try them), yet I am regularly counting myself as doing 40-60 pushups in my various sets, and even if I try some slower pushups, these days I still try to make sure that I get at least 40 pushups in a set.. so I might have around 25 faster and maybe 15 slower, and many times I put the slower pushups at the back of my set rather than at the beginning, since if I start out slow (such as 1.5 seconds or more per pushup), I might barely even be able to get 30 pushups in a set... .. so if I average around 1 second per pushup, I feel those are sufficiently slow.. even though I might have some variance in my pushup speed throughout the set. By the way, yesterday morning, I was able to get 70 pushups in a set, even though I was not initially planning to shoot for a personal best, and my last 1-2 pushups were a bit sloppy, but I was determined to count those two last pushups, since when I started that first pushup set of the day, I was feeling really good in the beginning and even after around 25-30 pushups, and I could see that if I just keep doing my pushups at a relatively fast pace, then I could potentially reach a personal best, and so it took me 57 seconds to complete that whole set, and my previous personal best was 69 pushups on the 30th of April (which also was a 57 seconds set). Today I did a total of 5 sets of push-ups, 20 per set, today I took on a different challenge. I challenged myself to finish each set in 1 minute. thats means, 20 push-ups i should be done in 60 seconds. And I succeeded. I did each set of push-ups after 1 hour or 30 minutes. Thus I complete 100 push-ups in 5 sets. And since it took me 1 minute to do each set of push-ups, it took me a total of 5 minutes to do 5 set of100 push-ups.
my next challenge, I will try to do 100 consecutive push-ups within 5 minutes. That is, no set, I will have only one set of 5 minutes, and within that 5 minutes I have to complete 100 push-ups.

Those would be something similar to Goggins' style slow pushups that he says that he is getting from someone else, even though now that I look at the Goggins pushups video, there seems to be several seconds of pausing at the bottom rather than throughout the pushups or at the top.. the pause tends to be at the bottom, and the pause even varies in length from time to time. When I do the pushups, I am not sure if I would characterize my feelings as muscle pain, but just ability to do the pushups that transitions into more and more difficulties to do the pushups that then comes to a status of inability to continue (muscle failure). Sue there can be muscle and joint pain too... yet I am not sure if I am very inclined to describe my pushups process in that kind of a way... And, maybe there is a difference in our various starting points too in regards to how many pushups we are able to do in the beginning, how fast we are doing the pushups, and perhaps how much we weigh (and maybe even our proportionality - where our muscles are). For me, I only had a couple of days that I was limited to 15 pushups per set, and so I fairly quickly graduated up to doing between around 25-35 pushups per set, which I largely stayed in that 25-35 pushups per set for more than a month.. maybe even a month and a half, before I largely stared to be able to accomplish more quantities of pushups per set.

You are really trying, that is always the effect when you start push-up new and when it has been long you..., not only push-up even some other exercises like football, jogging etc. You are lucky you didn't try to force yourself because it would've result to dislocation or serious injury but with time your muscles will start adjusting (that's building up stamina), and it will help you withstand pains for some period of time and this can only be possible if you are consistent with this push-up.

If Pushup is actually done the right way it should also build leg muscles too but nevertheless it's still a little contribution which can be neglected so far the leg is structured a little , the main focus is extending your chest muscles, it can also speed up extend in rib cages I think ( no too sure about this but it's generally part of growth for boys/men) Back to my report So I did my count down to 100 days of Pus on Wednesday and today I have 3 more entries with 100 Pus each to complete the week on Sat Had a total of 300Pus in three sets for each day My new Entry 100k,promise444c5,103,6865,2024-08-05Remember to buy those dips as you're pushing
