Some days back Mr double J_G was talking about how hard it was for some of us to take a break like is very hard to see members saying they're taking a little break from this push up, is only reports that comes in. Nothing is bad to take a break but we shouldn't take a break and forget to come back to the challenge and all these got me wondering and I want to ask, when is the right time to take a little break? And how long can we stay before take a pause in the challenge?

There's no supervision in this challenge neither is anyone rewarding anybody for engaging in push-ups. Pushups exercises is personal and it's gains too. I personally don't just wish to take a break when I'm not having any ailments or tightly packed schedule because I don't trust my skills in breaking through laziness. I could only wish to take a break for 5 days and off I go until a month. So since I realised that it's not easy for me to break off from relaxation once I taste it, I prefer pushing the grind daily. I could reduce the numbers per day or break it through the entire day. Everyone has what works for him and we should be intentional about discovering what really works for us. Before @Jayjuangee caught up with the price of bitcoin and later out paced it, he wasn't relaxing, he wasn't going on vacations every weekend nor giving reasons to stay off. He was only varying his counts per day and sometimes still, he stretches beyond his usual limits. So I don't think it would be very right discussing about how long we should streak and embark on break, then return and continue, at least officially. Whatever energy people get from this thread, they tend to allow it influence their decision. So if you feel you need to rest, go on, get some break and get back to the floor. Remember, it is not good for anyone to engage in pushups when he's not feeling fine or completely exhausted. Haha good point monkey eats banana it doesn't have stomach problem. Actually one of the reasons for our stomach problem is we always eat fast food due to which we have stomach problem but we should always be health conscious we should especially follow the rules of food and always eat healthy food. Anyway if you have stomach problem then take treatment quickly. Is how you think and you shouldn't wait for your body to break down before you take a rest and you should understand the body because when you feel you're 100% fit that's when you're not fine, so we have to respect the body by allowing it to rest a bit because it can't shout on us that it needs rest, this is what we have to do and avoid being sick without knowing that is coming and we shouldn't see this push up challenge as a shield of not falling ill or something, it works both ways, stay consistent and also take a rest and never to wait till you have one pain or the other before hitting the break. If Mr double JG isn't consistent he wouldn't have achieved all he knows about Bitcoin but that doesn't mean he don't know when to pause and continue.

Push-ups exercise has been my best exercise so far that i love doing it even when i have not joined this forum or come across this push-ups thread but the day i finally came i across this push-ups thread i pick up a courage from this wonderful push-ups thread because anytime i always do my daily routine if like some members are doing the push-ups physical with me which use to motivating me to be consistent with push-ups daily exercise because it surely helps in building my body, and from the daily as a newbie i remember that i always do some mistakes which i take adjustment by taking correction immediately and which i knew very well that no one is above mistake, I'm say this because i will love make my boss them like JayJuanGee, OgNasty and any member that has something to say about this should contribute, so what i want my boss them to dalebrate on and at the end i will take caution immediately, it is about the mistake i did in my number of days which is suspose to be my 215 days and unknowing to me i wrote 2015 which it is supposed to be, and it is a typing error which i later saw after the Dirtykeyboard has already uploaded it on the table, the next day which suspose be my 216 and 217 days, i corrected myself because i can't jump from 215 to 2015, because push-ups is a exercise that i always do even without reporting it everyday, so my question is that should i continue with 2015 since the Dirtykeyboard couldn't capture my two days push-ups report because of my error, or should i continue with my 218 days which is today, because i don't want to draw back with my consistent in this push-ups challenge exercise.

Haha does that refer to Kawasaki's statement in his interview?  If that's true, he answered the question in a cool style, lol. Physical condition can be one of the factors that influence this because even if we do less activity than usual, when we are not in good physical condition, we may feel some effects afterwards. Additionally, things like improper conditioning and not drinking enough water can also cause cramps, so when I exercise, I always prepare water or even isotonic drinks to keep the situation under control. I think this could be behind me being dehydrated and thus cramping up as I'm also dropping weight again like crazy. When I do eat, I eat pretty healthy so I doubt it is lack of nutrients. I couldn't resist a good interview reference though. Besides being troublesome, is it painful? I hear some of my colleagues who do the same thing always complain of a slight ache (due to not being used to it) in their teeth and gums. But it's still good enough to make your teeth look more well-maintained and neater. If you already know that one of the causes is dehydration, then you should do a few things to restore your body's condition. So far bitcoin has been making a fast recovery from it set back some weeks ago, traders who sold their stocks are regretting it but can't take back the hands of time, only the patient and smart ones survives, the market is on DOG-EAT-DOG mode, I would have loved to post a picture attachment to this, but I need to put more work. Guys have to be careful when they are trying to play around with bitcoin prices. A lot of guys were selling bitcoin around $100k, the first time around in December and January, and so now they might be regretting that they sold too much too soon, and those kinds of mistakes are likely to continue to happen. Of course, we have a lot of guys who are newer to bitcoin, and they are just starting to accumulate bitcoin within less than a whole cyle.. sure some of those guys were out of their position at $100k and others got in and had been panicking. If you have ONLY been in bitcoin since your forum registration date (early 2025), then I would imagine that you would be focusing on accumulating bitcoin and not getting distracted by if the BTC price is going up or down in the short to medium term.

When we eat this delicious food, we forget all the food diets. When I myself stay in the camp due to my job. I have a food routine but when I go home on vacation. I eat randomly and my body condition changes again. That is if there is delicious food on the menu, I eat more of it, then I don't remember anything about the diet. The food you ate was really delicious. Seeing your post, I now want to leave the camp and go to a restaurant and eat pizza.

This morning was as bright as I wanted it to be and I got a surprise while jogging, I felt different and the is as if today is the first time I'm doing this [jogging], this is happening because of the constant rain fall which made me to take a pause and is the same reason I haven't been able to do things the way I normally do it outside. Now I felt like I'm becoming lazy and I couldn't keep up the pace with the other joggers, it was some how and I was breathing so fast like I was being chased by armed men😂. Well, I had to keep up and I believe it won't be the way it is today, that's the adjustment of the body I talked about.

Actually one of the reasons for our stomach problem is we always eat fast food due to which we have stomach problem but we should always be health conscious we should especially follow the rules of food and always eat healthy food. Anyway if you have stomach problem then take treatment quickly. A lot of guys were selling bitcoin around $100k, the first time around in December and January, and so now they might be regretting that they sold too much too soon, and those kinds of mistakes are likely to continue to happen. Of course, we have a lot of guys who are newer to bitcoin, and they are just starting to accumulate bitcoin within less than a whole cyle.. sure some of those guys were out of their position at $100k and others got in and had been panicking. If you have ONLY been in bitcoin since your forum registration date (early 2025), then I would imagine that you would be focusing on accumulating bitcoin and not getting distracted by if the BTC price is going up or down in the short to medium term. Well it all depends on the person level of knowledge about the market, the capital he or she is willing to invest, take for instance, someone who invested in Bitcoin when it was at the early stage, around 2023-2024, $40k to $60k and fluctuating, If one has 3 bitcoins and sells all three when BTC was +100k and reinvests when it drop back to 80k, then personally I believe it a gain. PROFIT, But for people who are new to btc, that might have bought btc at 118k hoping to make fast money and they panicked and sell when the price had a setback then that's considered a minus LOSS

So far bitcoin has been making a fast recovery from it set back some weeks ago, traders who sold their stocks are regretting it but can't take back the hands of time, only the patient and smart ones survives, the market is on DOG-EAT-DOG mode, I would have loved to post a picture attachment to this, but I need to put more work. Today was superb

Woke up this morning sound and okay I think this push up is kinda helping me in one or two way and I'm kind of enjoying it some how, but in as much the aim is for the goal of BTC, so we go again today. 100k, Emylion, 03, 292, 2025-09-18.
