It has been a while here it's been 4 good months now that i have been away from this thread it wasn't intentional i wasn't reporting because i was not doing push up, i had a machete cut on my knee so i was waiting for full recovery before i can start doing push up and other kind of exercises again, i already know i have miss alot and lots of health benefits as a human being we shouldn't stay for long without doing exercises it really helps as i will resume tomorrow with my exercise again.
I also want to thank those that has been active here as you guys were pushing the price of bitcoin was also pushing and I believe we will still witness more bitcoin All Time High. Am happy to be back again.

This is a wrong format to give out your push up report mate, the right format to start with when giving your push up report should have start from 100k and not 10000k it could be an error you can an edit on it.

Hey dear, now that you have seen the correction, I just think it's better you use the edict button. Try to edit it so that it can be right and secondly, so that you your username can also appear at the daily upload table when Dirty keyboard will do the upload.

It's a pity mate. Next time be more careful when handling sharp tools as it can easily get a person wounded before you realise yourself. We're glad to have you back here.

I had to do something different today even though I feel much better today after meeting up with my doctor yesterday and I took some antibiotics which calmed down the entire sick feeling before late night.

I did more leg works today with stair climbing taking larger part of the exercise with some few sit-ups. I did 100 pushups in 5 sets of 20 pushups. I think when we're not too fine, changing your exercise could also be of help like, reducing your pushups activity and increasing other exercises like jogging, running, hiking or stairs climbing.

Another tiring day but I reached my 200 daily push-up goal again. I want to reach 100 days in this challenge before the end of the month. In total, I will have passed 16k push-ups. The price of Bitcoin is lifting our spirits. We saw 120k and it's starting to feel normal. Smiley

I just checked the push-up table, and I found out that you spent 93 days doing push-ups, and you have achieved a total of 14,700 push-ups. I believe with your consistency in this push-up challenge, nothing will stop you from achieving 100 days and 16,000 push-ups before the end of the month. I completed 200 push-ups early in the day today. I have a lot of work during the day, I'm very tired in the evening and I don't feel like doing it. Maybe this will become my new routine.
Bitcoin is going strong and altcoins are also following. I like it better when they rise slowly like this instead of all of a sudden pump for no reason.

Better to rush down to the floor because we never know how busy today or the next day would be at our various work place, well is good you did your 200 push up before rushing out for work. I like it better whenever I do the push up in the morning than evening time, using the night period to rest but it depends on which one we like either in the morning or the evening period.

The best time to do push-ups is in the morning. It is best to complete push-ups right when we wake up. It is never good to do push-ups after eating in the afternoon or at night because doing push-ups after eating will never bring good results for the body.

I wake up and get ready to do push-ups. I go outside after doing push-ups in the morning for a walk. I walk outside for 30 to 40 minutes. Then I come back to my house and after eating I go to work. I go for a walk again in the evening after eating which helps me sleep better at night.

Today I completed a total of 80 push-ups in four sets.

It has been a while here it's been 4 good months now that i have been away from this thread it wasn't intentional i wasn't reporting because i was not doing push up, i had a machete cut on my knee so i was waiting for full recovery before i can start doing push up and other kind of exercises again, i already know i have miss alot and lots of health benefits as a human being we shouldn't stay for long without doing exercises it really helps as i will resume tomorrow with my exercise again.
I also want to thank those that has been active here as you guys were pushing the price of bitcoin was also pushing and I believe we will still witness more bitcoin All Time High. Am happy to be back again.

Sir your consistency in this push-ups thread, have given me the motivation to always be courageous when ever i feel like I'm slacking behind in doing push-ups in any day because i have gone through the reports and your punctuality in this push-ups thread and the different kind of exercises you do engage into, i must said that it is so remarkable reputation and sometimes i wonder why so many floor mates on the bench, or is that they are not benefited from doing push-ups daily and altch to other exercises, because even doctors can advise you to always do exercises daily because  it is very important to the body system, in order to avoid  some kind common health issues you may have in time coming, and that is why from the day one i joined this wonderful push-ups thread is the day took push-ups exercise and others exercises more serious because those exercises i do daily stabilizer my body and keep me fit all times.

Another tiring day but I reached my 200 daily push-up goal again. I want to reach 100 days in this challenge before the end of the month. In total, I will have passed 16k push-ups. The price of Bitcoin is lifting our spirits. We saw 120k and it's starting to feel normal. Smiley

I just checked the push-up table, and I found out that you spent 93 days doing push-ups, and you have achieved a total of 14,700 push-ups. I believe with your consistency in this push-up challenge, nothing will stop you from achieving 100 days and 16,000 push-ups before the end of the month. I know for us to be consistent with this push-up challenge, we are motivated, but I won't deny the fact that the price of Bitcoin is lifting our spirits because I can see some mates on the bench coming back to continue with the push-up challenge.

Yes, I prefer doing that in the morning and I remembered when one of those guys we call our senior back then, after eating in the evening he was doing his push up and he was saying that's the best time so that the food wouldn't be able to push out his stomach like the muscles in his stomach (packs) would take that form of his stomach, like the food won't have that force to push the stomach out and I never understood all he said until I attempted it, bro ..I almost throw up all I ate before my mum said is not good to do such after eating. Since it became a memory and after all I knew about eating and working out and when to do it I always laugh when I remember that incident.
If you'd like to so any exercise in the evening I think aftee eating your dinner is best to take a walk but not immediately, a little space and take a walk to help digest the food so that you can sleep properly.
