You should not put extra pressure on your body, if you put extra pressure on your body, you will see that it will do more harm than good. Do as much as you can every day to adapt yourself because here we do not have a time limit or a fixed day, we will continue to complete these push-ups year after year. However, to increase your push-ups, you will wake up every morning and complete 4-5 sets and add 10 to 15 push-ups in each set. If you keep doing this, you will see that you can increase your push-ups.
Actually, I do it in three steps. Let's see if I can do something according to that idea since you gave me a nice idea. There is no problem with the way I'm doing push-up exercises but I will do more sets. Actually, I have to be outside a lot for my daily duty at the camp which is why I don't do it as much. i broke my personal record today with 13 pull-ups in one go. my goal for push-ups is 50 in one go, but i can't be as consistent with push-ups as i am with pull-ups. i just can't feel the power to push myself. today i added 150 more push-ups.

I like doing mine all at once at the end of the day. I'm starting to do 10 every 30 seconds for the first 5 sets, and then 10 every minute till reaching 100. The first 5 sets are by no means 'slow pushups', but I do enjoy slowing down toward the end of the last 5 sets, trying to do the last repetition in slow motion.
For the first 5 sets, you do 10 pushups over 30 seconds? and then you take a break and then do another 10 pushups over 30 seconds? So, maybe it takes you 5 minutes to do 5 sets? So then the second set are pretty damned slow pushups to ONLY do 10 pushups in a minute? Do you take a break between sets? I guess I am having trouble picturing how long it takes to do each of the sets and then how long of a break you are taking between sets. ****Edit: I realize that I believe that you already answered this question earlier.. which is that you have both your pushups and your break within the 30 seconds for the first 5 sets, so the first 5 sets take around 2.5 minutes to do, and then the second 5 sets take 5 minutes to do, so your whole workout is around 7.5 minutes.. give or take a bit of falling off from time to time. Is that correct? You only did 9 pushups? I looked up your day 18 report and it looks like you had done 1,084, which means that you did 63 pushups for the day, which would be 21 per set, perhaps?

My report came a little bit late this week, forgot to do that on wed. /yesterday . Nevertheless, I got my report.. Same as previous , 9 days of pushups in total @ 90 push-ups per day except tuesday which was a bit busy day for me, had 30 Pushups for that day. Another intense week of training. I feel like I'm getting stronger now, and my tendon pain has diminished significantly, and the kinesio tape supports my long reps well. I did my shoulder workout today, and I did a lot of pike pushups and 100 reps of regular pushups while warming up. My point is that if DirtyKeyboard's script runs once a day at midnight UTC, then there is no need for either the member or for DirtyKeyboard to go back and fix previous days (unless there is some kind of a materially important thing that the error had created in the earlier reports, such as an extra million pushups or something like that). Accordingly, the member would have had fixed his pushup report as of the time of the running of DirtyKeyboard's script, and the contents of the report will apply as of that date, and the member would have had made whatever entry into his pushup report in accordance to whatever is in the latest data that includes the corrected information, unless the correction is breaking some kind of rule that DirtyKeyboard's script does not allow the placement of the update... If DirtyKeyboard's script is making an error based on the correction that the member made, then DirtyKeyboard might have to go in and manually override it or to suggest what kind of change(s) the member needs to make to his pushup report. For example, if the pushups in a pushup report were fewer in number after a future date than they were in a previous date, then perhaps the script might not place the correction and might not place the contents of the updated information that is in the report since the script cannot read the report if the pushups are fewer or if the number of days is fewer... I cannot remember all of the reasons that DirtyKeyboard's script might not read an updated pushup report.

Steady Increase and decrease is the nature of Bitcoin, we all know this already and that's why we aren't bothered, because we know for sure that it must tilt upwards and yield positive results for (steady, consistent, persistent and disciplined investors) gains after after its usual volatile Dance, yea. The believe is that it can only get better. That's why the long term plan and target is ideal for investors who truly know the worth of Bitcoin been stacked. There is likely no need for DirtyKeyboard to have to do extra work to go back and correct prior erroneous pushup tables, as long as a correction is noted and then the correct number is used in the later tables.. So for example, whatever corrections that you made, you have fixed them so that you are currently have fixed whatever errors were in your prior totals so that your current total is correct.
yes, I understand and have already updated and put the correct one. But one thing I have to say is that Dirtykeyboard has been working behind arranging this table for a long time. He is really working tirelessly and is updating all our push-up exercises every day. From his arranged table, we can see all the updates of our push-up in the form of a table. Best wishes to Dirtykeyboard and JayjuanGee, you also have a contribution here. I have seen that you explain and explain everyone's questions and comments in a very nice way. I wish you good health and longevity so that you can spend time with us here nicely. Yeah, for error due to figure miscalculations that works, OP can just do the needful by correcting it in his next entry and it will be automatically corrected just as you’ve mentioned but making errors on Name will add a new additional entry that will need to be manually taken down I guess..
i have corrected my mistakes i hope there will be no more problems. Actually, if I had checked a little before submitting the report and then submitted it, there would have been no mistake. I simply did not realize that I was making a mistake. I saw my mistake through JayjuanGee's reply post and then I fixed everything.

Woke up very energetic ran through my daily pushup routine with ease, plus it's the weekend and another exciting English premier league week is back again. Let me go and use the remaining energy to shout at the football viewing centre. I was able to do 100 pushups in 5 sets, Good morning everyone and have a nice day.

The good thing is that you still manage to engage in the exercise to avoid landing on the bench and developing a level of laziness too. You can multitask always, but don't get yourself stretched beyond your threshold. 3 days report for the Saturday. Today was a push-and-pull day, and I did a lot of reps, especially chin-ups and pull-ups. When I was exhausted, I did them by jumping. Push-ups were a must. I counted 150 reps of push-ups because it was a challenge.

It's always like that, it shows you are so committed to your push ups, at times self someone have to dream when he is doing push ups. One thing about the body is that it adapts to something you do everyday, at times when you don't do it, your body will also react to it. Just like when I started sometimes I will feel weak and my body will adjust to it, sometimes I feel like taking medicine 💊 but someone advised me to be consistent with it, today I must tell you that I always watch time not to pass the time of my pushups, I have been achieving great feet this months, the energy, stamina and body build up I have achieved is top notched, today as usual I added 100 to my daily pushups.
