Congratulations for participating in this push up challenge. You completed the push ups quite well on the first day, I hope you will keep your promise and participate in the push up challenge with us every day. If you can continue the push up challenge every day, then you will definitely be much healthier because physical exercise is definitely needed to stay healthy and push ups are one of the physical exercises. I try to complete push ups regularly, but maybe I have to take a break once a week. But if we all can continue this challenge together, then of course we can continue this challenge with joy.

I completed a total of 5 sets of 100 push-ups this morning and afternoon.

Spending time with family is always nice on the weekends. I went for a walk this morning and finished my push-ups outside.

Working out is very hard to continue especially when you're doing it alone, it seems like you're doing nothing or there's no competition. Sometimes I wish I had someone to push me to that limit where I'd do something I haven't done before like a number of push up, let's say like 500+ in different sets. Well, no need to mount any pressure on myself but it becomes more funny when we have people around doing the same thing we're doing.

The price of bitcoin is dwindling but it still can't panic a real investor. This is the period you differentiate real bitcoin investors from bitcoin traders (gamblers) who claim to be bitcoin investors. They will panic and panic, while real bitcoin investors will only use this period to accumulate more bitcoin to themselves.

I continue with my usual weekend routine. Happy weekend everyone. Get rest, do some push-ups and chill.

I love weekends because it gives you enough time to eat and drink and also gives you enough time to burn down the calories by engaging in various exercises. Do you pushups and try to push until you sweat or gain enough body heat, eat, drink enough water and get a good rest. Sweating helps you remove dirts from your body system too.

I got my self 7 sets of varying numbers (40,30*2 and 20*4) today while jogging through a distance of about 2 kilometres. Friends made it fun and I'm done for the day. I can now get enough rest and get ready to roll out in the evening.

Haha you are right about that but we keeps pushing harder and you needs to be on medication till you are feet to continue, you know sometimes our body gives us signs and once we fail to hacking to those signs and treat it immediately it becomes worst by the day, with this push-ups challenge I'm aging and needs to remain feet always and this push-ups has been very helpful to me of recent and the body that has been heavy for me to carry anytime i feel like doing working out is now free to carry me as my body carry me.

Thinking about the Bitcoin market will make you worry more, so it is better to move forward without worrying about the Bitcoin market. Right now, the Bitcoin market is in a dumping position, which is the best time to invest. Those who have money to invest should not miss this time. I am continuing my push up challenge and that too happily with one rest day a week. I am thinking of not taking any rest because if you rest one day a week, the body becomes more lazy, so I am thinking of completing push ups 7 days a week without taking any rest.

Today I completed 100 push ups in a total of 5 sets in the morning and afternoon combined.
