I'm not too worried about the current Bitcoin price, I continue with my usual weekend routine. Happy weekend everyone. Get rest, do some push-ups and chill.

I was thinking it was because of your daily activities that made you stop doing push-ups, but since it is because of rainfall, that is not enough reason for you to put your push-ups on hold, because rain has been falling on our neighbours too, and it didn't stop us from doing push-ups. If the rain ceases to stop in your neighborhood, you can be doing your push-ups in your room for the time being, and when it has finally stopped, you can do it anywhere that pleases you
One thing about pushups is that it can be very flexible in terms of how much space is required to do it, even though surely some people might prefer to do their pushups in private rather than around people and some folks might have to purposefully figure out some spaces that they can do their pushups that is convenient and comfortable for them. I know that some days I am doing pushups in a certain location, and then other days I am doing them in another location. and sometimes when I am around people, I prefer to not do pushups, even though sometimes I might be doing pushups and then someone might come into the area that I am doing pushups... ..so I can understand that even with the idea of rain or even high temperatures, pushups might be inconvenient and/or difficult to accomplish. I have also come to such difficulties when I have a lot of activities in certain days, and then it can be a bit more difficult to fit the pushups into my daily activities, so surely on some of those days I might choose to do fewer pushups or fewer sets or maybe I will try to cram the pushups all into one time and location, so that the rest of my daily schedule and activities can be freed from having to do pushups. Personally, I also prefer to try to do pushups before eating rather than after eating, so in that sense sometimes, I have to make sure to do a pushup set prior to eating rather than after I have eaten (or maybe after an hour later, after having had eaten). I'm pretty sure in a high temperature push-ups will be difficult to accomplish because the weather will be very hot, and it will not be favourable for someone to do push-ups, but in the case of rain, push-ups can only be inconvenient to accomplish if you do push-ups outside. I also prefer doing push-ups before eating, and I usually do push-ups immediately after I wake up from sleep so that I will not be tempted to eat and end up to do push-ups after eating. Finally club football is back and after the workout I had to glue my eyes on any game I can at the moment...I must say, I'm beginning to feel lazy after jumping from one exercise to the other..

It's normal to feel lazy especially if you do not have a specific workout routine because the body would feel so heavy, considering it's not used to such new (that's if they are) exercises. Just take it little at a time and you'd adjust. Its the beginning of a new week and I'm more than expectant of something positive happening for Bitcoin price despite the looming trade wars. After the long Sunday rest and the early hours tidy up, I got to work in order to maintain fitness
Started with 6 minutes of High-knee and Arm circle exercise for warmup then I hit my daily pushup goal. It was super exhausting as I was dripping sweat all over but gladly the perseverance I've been practicing over the weeks couldn't let me discontinue.

Working out is very hard to continue especially when you're doing it alone, it seems like you're doing nothing or there's no competition. Sometimes I wish I had someone to push me to that limit where I'd do something I haven't done before like a number of push up, let's say like 500+ in different sets. Surely, this thread provides a vehicle in which many of us can continue our push-ups as if we were to have someone physically next to us. Of course, we do not have the physical presence to contribute to the pressure - which has its plusses and minuses.. which is the same thing that we experience with deceptions in other assets, such as gold. In recent times, there have been folks who have been distracted by the appearance of value in gold based on its physical presence - yet the physical presence has a cost too, which is part of the explanation why so many folks end up buying paper gold and also not even realizing that paper gold is part of the reason why gold had historically been losing its value in the physical space. I am not doing a good job of this attempt to relate matters back to current dynamics in the bitcoin space, even though at the same time, there are likely so many of us (perhaps even all of us) who are participating in this thread who would not either be doing pushups or would be doing way fewer pushups if we did not have this place to log our results in a social way... even though none of us can specifically verify which of us are doing the pushups we claim to be doing and which of us not, even if we might have some level of confidence in regards to some of the members participating in this thread doing the pushups that they claim to be doing. We also have quite a few newbies, and it tends to take time before any of us are going to have some level of confidence that the newbies are doing the pushups that the claim to be doing.. and even at the same time, the mere fact that some of us have years and years participating in this forum, there still should be some level of skepticism that some of us might not be doing the pushups that we claim to be doing, which is also to highlight that representations in this thread are on the honor system. By the way Sexylizzy2813, don't get me wrong. There is something value about the physical space, so our virtual space cannot completely take away from a certain value that comes from physical verifiability and physical interactions with real people in meat space, so for sure, I am not saying that I have the balance figured out, even in my own real world physical interactions.

The price of bitcoin is dwindling but it still can't panic a real investor. This is the period you differentiate real bitcoin investors from bitcoin traders (gamblers) who claim to be bitcoin investors. I love weekends because it gives you enough time to eat and drink and also gives you enough time to burn down the calories by engaging in various exercises. Do you pushups and try to push until you sweat or gain enough body heat, eat, drink enough water and get a good rest. Sweating helps you remove dirts from your body system too. I got my self 7 sets of varying numbers (40,30*2 and 20*4) today while jogging through a distance of about 2 kilometres. Friends made it fun and I'm done for the day. There was a time I was so tired and weak of doing daily push ups. Sincerely, I was in the verge of dropping out completely, but coming up here and seen so many members on the floor, giving daily push up reports and some even going extra mile to ass up more other exercises daily, I was more than encouraged to to keep pushing on daily. Even though my daily numbers reduced at that time and also my number of days I'm involvement, i had managed to get back to normal push up ways. Surely, the physical appearance might have more force and impact more on encouragement, but the community here too plays a major role that cannot be overemphasized. The daily reports and steady share of experiences on our individual exercise and push ups are really encouraging and an impact to everyone here. We can't give up and slack, we have an active group or community we have formed here collectively is so strong and can help us keep up sincerely. Really happy to be here. I have a very exciting day, did some investment, my weekend routines, some squats for the legs then I did 2 sets of 20 pushups 3 sets of 15s making it 85 all together so I decided to do extra 15 after calculating them together so I could meet 100 pushups, it's starting to reflect positively and am happy about it 😀

As long as we stay above 100k, there's no problem. I'll keep doing 200 push-ups a day. Maybe we won't see a new ATH anytime soon, but I'll keep accumulating BTC little by little. Even if this cycle is over, it's important to start preparing for the next one now. Bitcoin is no longer as volatile as it used to be. Even if we enter a bear market, the drop won't be massive.

You just nailed it bro, and very hard. To me, you just mentioned the two main purposes for been here. You will keep doing push ups(200) daily, and secondly.... You will keep accumulating Bitcoin bit by bit. What more else do I seek? Why am in here? It's very simple, just to do what you have pointed out above. We also have quite a few newbies, and it tends to take time before any of us are going to have some level of confidence that the newbies are doing the pushups that the claim to be doing.. and even at the same time, the mere fact that some of us have years and years participating in this forum, there still should be some level of skepticism that some of us might not be doing the pushups that we claim to be doing, which is also to highlight that representations in this thread are on the honor system.
I totally agree with you sir, in the fact that some members here are not actually doing push-ups that they claim they are doing, and this particular thread is for individual benefits which the push-ups exercise will help some one with their physical and mental health and if their are members that is here that is not doing push-ups daily and claims that they are doing pushups, actually those sets of members are doing their self and missing allot of benefits from the push-ups exercise, and that is why sometimes on the process of doing push-ups routine i will take myself picture to always stand as an evidence of me doing pushups and if there is a way that thread can be modernize for us to always through before reporting our push-ups then we will certain that when one reports his push-ups exercise is truly doing it. It's normal to feel lazy especially if you do not have a specific workout routine because the body would feel so heavy, considering it's not used to such new (that's if they are) exercises. Just take it little at a time and you'd adjust. Its the beginning of a new week and I'm more than expectant of something positive happening for Bitcoin price despite the looming trade wars. I don't think your push ups are going to stop. I heard that the price of Bitcoin will start to rise again. If that's the case, then maybe you'll have to continue doing push ups every day for a few more months. But I'm not sure. But your morale is strong.

100k,buwaytress,84,1120,2025-10-14Some of us were never built for bulk. Many years ago I tried to load up with eggs and milk and meat for weeks and gained nothing, but got sick every day haha. I've since learnt not to worry about BMI too much (I'm underweight, even with my dad pouch emerging) and to listen to your body  I can imagine the disappointment you must have felt when you couldn't get ripped and built like you hoped for but it's true, when you understand your body and not put too much expectations, you'd come to love yourself. Personally, I've settled within myself that I'm just going to continue doing the pushups just so I can stay in good shape and not push my self too hard. Hell, I'm not trying to train for anything but the goal is just to remain consistent.
