Since yesterday after doing my daily work out exercises I do feel some how, like some crazy symptoms of malaria...I'm starting to feel it coming, I hate to be sick. I can't go any further on my work out today, only added 100. Need to be on drugs and see if by tomorrow I'd be fine.

If that does happen then you should go to the doctor for a consultation because obviously malaria is not an ordinary infection and can be quite dangerous and can even take lives so you need to be more vigilant about it.

Right now in my area it is also uncertain in terms of weather which makes the body's immunity a little disturbed and not a few who experience fever or even flu because of uncertain weather conditions.
I feel uncomfortable in the condition of my body because for my work that is indeed outdoors in unfavorable weather conditions where it can be scorching hot followed by rain with a sudden occurrence that makes this impact on my body but indeed when we begin to routinely implement a healthy lifestyle coupled with exercise and this challenge helps a little to make my immunity a little stronger.

You're correct about malaria, it doesn't notify anyone that it's coming for a visit and it will stay for some number of days, no...it just happens if there's an entrance for it to show up. I see malaria as an unwanted gest, is better that whenever we notice any signs we should go for treatment or go to the doctor like you said, for me I prefer herbal medicine, is faster and also hate going to the hospital.

I see malaria as an unwanted gest, is better that whenever we notice any signs we should go for treatment or go to the doctor like you said, for me I prefer herbal medicine, is faster and also hate going to the hospital.

Cover yourself from mosquito and if you reside in a very mosquito area, sleep under net and fleet your space regularly. Once you feel the symptoms, go and see the doctor and get a complete dose of treatment.

Some people even go to the extent of quitting their drugs once they feel a little relief. This only worsens the problem and gets your body resistant against the particular antibiotics used for treatment. Take your medication seriously and always complete the dosage in order to stay fit for other activities.

Anytime i remember the very first i started doing pushups and the experience that i had was so amazing that i always laugh, that very day all body was shaking as i was pushing up and down, now with my level of steady follow in this push-ups challenge i been eliminate that first experience in doing push-ups, today i was able to do 50 pushups.

I have seen where the mistake is coming from, I think as of the time boss JJG and Faazs notified Father111 about the error in his number of push ups I think he made corrections immediately.  Please check and it and make amendments, thank you.I added 100 pushups to my numbers. Today I achieved something different, I did the 100 pushups in 4 sets 25 pushups per set.

Yep the report of Father111 screwed up the whole table and also the totals in the table, and it does not matter if he fixed the report right away if there were ongoing faulty (incorrect) reports that ended up getting picked up by Dirty Keyboard's script.

just like your report is not going to get picked up, Lolipo.. it was not properly formatted.. meaning that it was missing the 100k in the beginning.

And, yeah, DirtyKeyboard, and others continue to suggest that other members do not include the reports of others in their post unless maybe they edit the report so that the script does not erroneously pick it up and put faulty (incorrect) information into the table.

I see DirtyKeyboard addressed this, even though the incorrect results are still in the table, so the table totals will be screwed up until matter fixed in the table..

I haven't done push-ups in months. My schedule has gotten busier, making it incredibly difficult to even do one. But today, I'm determined to restart my push-up routine. Honestly, since I've been doing push-ups less frequently, my body feels less fit. Even my energy now feels quite weak, a stark contrast to when I used to do them regularly. Besides my energy, my appearance is also slowly becoming less athletic. I looked in the mirror earlier and saw that I don't have visible muscles anymore, but rather fat that's starting to accumulate. So, with that motivation, I'm starting to do push-ups again today.

The first day I did these push-ups, they felt incredibly difficult. Even reaching 100 reps took me almost an hour. So, the difference is truly significant compared to when I used to do them regularly. But even so, I won't give up, and perhaps once my body has recovered, I'll continue doing them regularly. And I looked at the list created by Dirtykeyboard, and I was quite impressed that so many users are still consistently doing push-ups and posting reports in this thread. So, greetings to everyone.

You know that malaria sounds like a common disease that's why many people don't take it too serious but if it's a case of, let's say AIDS you'd see how many would start running from one hospital to the other but since is Just Malaria nobody take it serious, I think is the fastest if not taken care of immediately. At this period, too much of rain brings them [mosquitoes] out and is like rainy season is their time to come out from their hiding place to get good, lemme put it that way. In as much as we use mosquito net to sleep we still need to be 100% careful because some might get inside the net and wait for us to join them inside, is as good as sleeping without the net.
You spoke correctly, when I was little and any form of sickness comes in I feel I'm better ones I take like 3 days of my dosage, the next thing I find it hard to continue...that no way to completely kill off the illness.

Malaria is like an inbuild sickness in us if we get it treated today it will still show up tomorrow but regularly exercise can just make it come to you ones in a while.
Hospital won't tell you truth at time they might call a particular sickness name that is not even related to your sickness just get you scared and make you spend much money when you just facing a minnor malaria sickness.

Since yesterday after doing my daily work out exercises I do feel some how, like some crazy symptoms of malaria...I'm starting to feel it coming, I hate to be sick. I can't go any further on my work out today, only added 100. Need to be on drugs and see if by tomorrow I'd be fine.

If that does happen then you should go to the doctor for a consultation because obviously malaria is not an ordinary infection and can be quite dangerous and can even take lives so you need to be more vigilant about it.

Right now in my area it is also uncertain in terms of weather which makes the body's immunity a little disturbed and not a few who experience fever or even flu because of uncertain weather conditions.
I feel uncomfortable in the condition of my body because for my work that is indeed outdoors in unfavorable weather conditions where it can be scorching hot followed by rain with a sudden occurrence that makes this impact on my body but indeed when we begin to routinely implement a healthy lifestyle coupled with exercise and this challenge helps a little to make my immunity a little stronger.

Thanks for the motivational speech Dirtykeyborad I really appreciate and I am very great full. I guess it your motivational speech that help me to add to my daily push up, I’m really enjoying this journey and I don’t want to miss out even a single day. I added extra 10 today wow I’m really impressed.
