I didn't watch the video, it's too long. But Ryan Garcia has been acting like that before isn't it? He always call Jesus before and after the fight. So that is his persona if I'm not mistaken. But it's hard to judge whether he is a true Christian or Catholic with all his praises. Other boxers too, called for God or Jesus like Manny Pacquiao. So good for him, as he fooled us, but there are some truth in what he said, he is going into divorce and maybe it really put pressure on him or at least it bothered him during the fight that it causes him to act like a troll. But since he won, already, his strategy is perfect and Devin was affected by Ryan's antics before the fight.

Not an immediate rematch he needs to build his confidence I read that his mandatory challenger is Sandor Martin, Sandor Martin is a good one he fought and floored Teofimo Lopez he is a technical fighter but lacks the power it will be another big challenge for Haney.

Being a guy that doesn’t have much K.O on records is not a sign of weakness since Boxing prioritized score over K.O since there’s no guarantee that you can finish your opponent. Haney is a decent champion, he might have a chance to redeem himself on a rematch.

Lol yeah. Making excuses are always look lame. Why would not he just say that Ryan was better that night, congratulate him, offer him a rematch and promise to be better. Instead of complaining about overweight. What would Devin say, if Ryan made weight and beat him? Who or what will be guilty then? What stopped Devin from also getting 3.2lb before the fight? They did not fight straight after weight-ins. So nobody knows their real weight during fight.

So if this is true, then Haney is far bigger than Ryan fight night and so that 3 pounds is nothing and probably that's why Haney agreed as he knows that he can rehydrated to 160'ish pounds and be the heavier puncher just like in the Regis Prograis fight. Sadly I am not a huge boxing expert, but those 1-2kg extra make so much different when fighting a professional boxer? If a person is 10+ heavier, than I know how his punches feel and feel difference in strength. But they are professionals, the must know how to turn other boxers difference compared to you into your advantage. Devin must knew how to turn those extra 3.2lb into advantage for him. Heavier opponents always is slower and looses stamina faster. He must have adopted to "heavier version Garcia" during the fight. Instead he ate Garcias left hook after just one minute of the fight.

They can't make the weight as the reason of their defeat since they all agree to fight at that condition so its really dumb reasoning that Ryan just win because of that reason. But it seems that Haney is the heavier in the fight? So I guess there excuse that Ryan is heavier excuse is not true at all, Ryan was really that good and Haney was not able to adjust in that fight. They were caught by surprised by the power of that left hook, although I will say that Haney's father should expect that. Haney admitted that they slept on Ryan's power. So they understand him thinking that they can just bully him. And in this lost, it just shows maybe that Haney didn't win the fight against Loma as well. I don't want to comment on the legal part but I am very much interested with this news that Ryan is challenging Errol Spence Jr... He is not stopping and I like the path he is taking because he is not backing down, I mean he wants to take risk by getting into big fights that would truly entertain the crowd.
