I doubt Ryan will pay the WBC since it's Sulaiman's financial loss to be honest. Ryan Garcia can still be sanctioned by the WBA, IBF and the WBO if the New York commission won't order a suspension. And I doubt there are suspensions to happen especially that the issue is already dying. Haney just have to accept his first defeat. Haney is lucky enough to still hold the belt. The right call should've made the belt vacant unless Ryan did not pay the WBC a share of his purse because he was no longer interested on it.

By the way, the IBF has a new champion. Undefeated Liam Paro outworked the heavy handed Subriel Matias in Puerto Rico last weekend.

There are reports that Haney is coming back to fight Sandor Martin, and Top Rank was the one who wins the bid on that fight as Bob Arum believes that it will be big as everyon wanted to see how Haney is after that devastating lost to Ryan Garcia. So let's wait for this official announcement, although Haney is sort of pissed off when Match Room of Eddie Hearn didn't even put a purse bid for this fight.

Lol, that will be foolish of him to take more steroids in their rematch. And at welterweight it will be obvious that he will be bigger than Haney as now when I see his post, he could be walking around 150 lbs or more.

Regardless of when is the rematch going to happen, it's just a question whether Haney wanted the smoke again or not. Two years is a huge time gap. Anything can happen during it. I am talking about obligatory title defences. Haney can lost his belts, Haney can have a contract obligatory to fight someone, otherwise he will lose belts. That 2 year gap can turn into 3 or more. However, he will have that 1 loss in his record anyway And Youtube will be full of Ryan dropping him vids Does not matter if that changes to no contest, as it will be only on the paper, IRL King Ry whooped his ass Btw, Haney is so happy about that 2 year suspension, like he is going to be only better, while Garcia will degrade in skill?

You mean Saudi. Yes. Turki Alalshekh the Saudi official who wants to take over many sports including football and boxing is already making huge fights that aren't possible in US because of the money involved. As expected, he has been suspended for at least a year, and for sure majority of us hinted that it will happen and so good decision by the New York commission. For sure he will still deny that he ever used steroids in his career, no athlete have ever admitted to that not even body builders, Lol.

After a prolonged drama, finally VADA remained the most reliable testing agency in the world. Ryan Garcia's win over Haney is now a no-contest. Ryan is also suspended by the NSAC starting from the date of the fight and over a million dollar in penalties. But this also means Ryan can rest, renew himself and enjoy the rest of the year. He can also negotiate for his next fight which can happen as early as April next year and then start training by January.

As for Haney, he is mentally damaged. I believe he will stop boxing for a year or even more and contemplate on that embarrassment Ryan did to him. And it's good that the WBC made the mandatory defense for Sandor Martin who deserved a long overdue title shot.
