It’s not about being a low earner or a high earner. Your income matter because it determines how much room one has, but ability to manage and work with it is what’s important.
This is why folks should not think they need to be rich to start buying Bitcoin. Just make sure your long term plan matches with your financial with your financial situation. Once a person discretionary income figured out, they can decide how much of it they want to put into Bitcoin and start from there. The amount may be little, but little amounts can still build into something meaningful over time if the person is consistent.
And of course, it’s good to cut off unnecessary spendings but that doesn’t mean you should suffer yourself to prove you believe in Bitcoin. If your strategy or allocation requires you deny yourself basic enjoyment or ignore other financial needs, then you’re not building a sustainable plan at all
It's true ones income really do matters but I wouldn't put it that way. I believe what really matters is your expenses and as you said how you manage them. With a reasonable income and less expenses you tend to have more discretionary income that allows you to invest as it pleases you and also have enough to set aside back up funds. It's really about planning your investment to work in line with your income and expenses without stressing over it. For beginners they need to start slow until they have fully understand how investment goes before they start putting more into buying Bitcoin. Of course expenses are first to be sorted but we need to put into consideration the unnecessary expenses in order to create more discretionary income. No strategy requires one to ignore their expenses, they are the most important thing to sort out before anything else.

I don't really consider Bitcoin as a business for investors because business is what gives someone return almost all the time which means that it is not business for investors but it can be a business for traders because they trade to get return every day or some days which most times doesn't give the return. And for your Information, short term investment doesn't and can never reduce any risk instead you will stand a higher chance of losing your money and please don't Infect pleb with your trading mentality.
Some person with their crazy mentality, people just want to make money very quick, why is that everything has become fast money making avenue for some folks, they forget that every investment has their concept and before anyone can think of trading with Bitcoin, they should first have a rethink if Bitcoin is actually for trading or long-term hodling, the reason why people get stucked halfway is because they think that Bitcoin can give them all they need in a short while but that is like asking too much from a system that is not meant to be like that, I do not know how traders reason, however, I'm very much concerned about newbies who read some of this things. The only reason why people are very eager to make money very fast is because they desire to become rich and change their situation and the situation of their family, if you are from a poor background, it is very difficult for you to have patience, you will always want to make money very fast because of the situation in your family. I don’t actually blame those who are from poor background because it is not actually easy for them. Those that are from poor background, and not ready to have patience should not think of investing in bitcoin, they should think of investing in another business that can give them quick money and when they are now comfortable, they can come back to invest in bitcoin this is my advice for anyone who can’t be patient waiting for bitcoin. Coming from a poor back ground doesn't mean that the person can't exercise patience. There are still rich people that lacks patience that can't be able to withstand pressure . Being patients has nothing to do with an individual background or financial status. Patient is a virtue that both poor and the rich can posses. Even the rich still wants to make more money and there poor people that are content with what they have that they can be able to exercise patience more than some rich folks. Bitcoin investment isn't just for the rich alone but it is for both the rich and the poor and being patient has nothing to with individual status .

As a beginner, and you want to learn about bitcoin and other information needs to calm down, people will come with their own opinions and ideas but you are the one that needs to be careful and read and understand, i did not say what he did was right, what he did will definitely confuse the newbies that are new here, if you want to know much about bitcoin listen to those who are old members here, people like JayGeejuan are here to help us and also explain what we don’t understand, seeing different idea and opinions can make you think that some people don’t know what they are saying can make not to trust bitcoin.
Guys, this nickname is spelled JayJuanGee correctly, it's not that hard - just write this nickname properly. Of course, newcomers to data topics can make mistakes or contradict themselves, and that's normal, because they're new to this business and can't immediately grasp all the truths being laid out in the discussions here. A beginner's guide to smart investing using discounted purchase income in accordance with a DCA strategy isn't always clear. And of course, this is serious business, involving personal money, especially if it's limited. So I advise you guys to take your time and simply read these threads and the like, and you'll quickly understand all the points JayJuanGee is trying to convey to us, so we don't chase unstable returns like traders do, and immediately understand that for others, it takes months and years. And greedy traders waste a lot of money.

You make a very good point that the real issue is not whether or not you have money you could put to work, but rather whether you know that a portion of it can be put to work safely. It gives an investor more flexibility but shouldn't mean all of it be put into BTC at once- living expenses, security net, and other obligations come first. Impatience and lack of a plan when the market gets crazy can make it hard not to be emotional about an investment. It is much more prudent in my opinion, in terms of risk-vs-reward, that one should put in money that they are willing to lose and execute a pre-determined plan. BTC does provide opportunity long term, but I think patience and smart money management are a crucial component.

I see the issue of rushing investing a little differently. Putting money for necessary bills into Bitcoin can certainly be reckless, but someone can also rush into their discretionary funds. Suppose he heard about Bitcoin just two days ago, was scared to see the price increasing rapidly, and thought that he might have missed the opportunity to buy Bitcoin at a low price. In that case, he invested in Bitcoin with a large amount of discretionary fund he had. Which he could not tolerate psychologically later. Here he did not use the money from the necessary fund, but the decision can still be rash. Discretionary income identification is the starting point, even then one has to decide how much Bitcoin to buy Bitcoin with from that discretionary fund and how much he can allocate in such a way that even if the BTC price goes against him, he does not immediately feel uncomfortable with his decision. The main thing here is not to rush, nor even to delay. You need to start investing in such a way that you don't make any mistakes and can continue it for a long time.

I don't have a lot of sympathy for poor people who do not have a lot of patience. I do understand that poor people tend to not have as many resources to work from and/or they do not have as much discretionary income, so it takes them way longer to build up wealth, yet the fact that they are poor still should not give them an excuse to not be disciplined and purposeful in their bitcoin investment and to not screw themselves by cashing out too many bitcoin too soon. Building wealth tends to take a long time, and it tends to take an even longer time for poor people, so poor people are stuck in a situation that they need to have more patience, more resourcefulness, more organization skills and more needs to learn from their experience and the experience of others. So, yeah, it is likely going to take quite a bit longer before poor people will be able to really start to feel that their wealth status is improving based on their having had bought bitcoin and their having had managed their bitcoin holdings and other aspects of their cashflow management in reasonable and prudent ways. You have limited funds should not stop you from buying bitcoin, people with limited resources have to be more intentional with whatever you have to put aside, because when people with large amounts are accumulating their bitcoin, is not necessarily means yours most invest the same amount with them. “All fingers are not equal” you with limited income can begin your bitcoin investment even with small amounts by using DCA, consistent buying can result meaningful over time. I think poor people they are the one to have chances of using DCA consistently, because there’s no need to compete with anybody, but lack of patience make many of them think otherwise, every investment needs patience and consistency, especially bitcoin, because it a long time investment. but if you stay disciplined and gives enough time, you will begin to see the fruits of your labor.

And of course, it’s good to cut off unnecessary spendings but that doesn’t mean you should suffer yourself to prove you believe in Bitcoin. If your strategy or allocation requires you deny yourself basic enjoyment or ignore other financial needs, then you’re not building a sustainable plan at all
If you ignore your financial needs in order to invest, then you're being over aggressive because you are investing beyond your discretionary income. These needs should be part of your expenses which you must take out of your total income before investing from what remains of it, which is your discretionary income. Your expenses comes first and if you don't have any remaining money after attending to your needs, then you should not invest. There are some periods that expenses shoots up in such a way that the whole income is consumed. You don't need to ignore your needs in order to invest, it is a better approach that you don't invest within that period until the next time you receive your income and you have discretionary income available. Not investing at such periods when you have high expenses does not mean you are not consistent. As long as you are buying when you've discretionary income, you are being as consistent as you can without jeopardizing your investment journey.

I don't think that being in a rush to invest have anything to do with having discretionary funds to invest in Bitcoin, you can have discretionary funds and decide to either be in a rush or take a gradual process to accumulate your Bitcoin. I believe that the latter is best, you can be using what you are comfortable to buy Bitcoin with from your discretionary funds to do DCA strategy of accumulation. You would only buy when you have available discretionary funds without stress, if you don't have discretionary funds you would relax until you do. Being in a rush to buy aggressively from your discretionary funds can make you to buy with more funds than you should thereby neglecting some of your other discretionary wants which also have their usefulness for you.

You are talking about two things, but you have combined them. Someone who understands discretionary money after all their necessary expenses may take an extra large position just out of fear or fear of missing out. Again, starting small today does not mean that someone is in a hurry. For example, someone has $300 in discretionary income after all their necessary expenses. This does not mean that it is appropriate for them to put the entire $300 in discretionary income into Bitcoin. They may keep some as an emergency fund or may need to keep it for uncertain future or personal use. In that case, they can start with $50 or $100 at their own convenience and increase the investment later based on their cash flow. Again, if we think about it from the other side, someone may start with $30 or $40 and start quickly, but it cannot be called a hasty investor.

Patient is needed as a long term bitcoin investor in order for you to be able to build and grow your bitcoin stash overtime. Anyone without patient might not survive in his bitcoin long term journey but the good thing is that patient can be practice especially, when you know the important of investing and build your portfolio in a long term and you want to achieve that goal. There are a lot of virtue to gain when you are investing in a long term which are patient, discipline, consistency and commitment on your bitcoin accumulation.

We find it important to invest aggressively in Bitcoin and have some cash on hand in case income falls short of expectations and expenses rise above expectations. Some discretionary spending will also be necessary, and each of us will need to determine our own level of luxury and how much that luxury is helpful to ourselves and those around us. Investing for years reduces our ability to indulge in discretionary spending now in the hope that we will be able to better ourselves in the future, whether it is providing future income security or creating the possibility of enjoying more luxuries in the future. A certain level of discretionary spending helps our ability to sustain our Bitcoin investment. This helps us not to get overly discouraged, especially at times when it seems like the price of BTC is going against us and pushing us deeper into poverty as the price falls instead of rises.

. Investing in bitcoin comes with a lot of discipline and patience and if you see that you can figure out any discretionary income don't try and invest in bitcoin because doing so you are gambling already and you can't hold for long,
What are you even saying here, I thought that investing in Bitcoin is best done with out discretionary income, So why are you saying this? I don't believe that you are saying the right thing because figuring out our discretionary income is the first step to invest in bitcoin, and once you can figure it out, you can invest right away, so I don't agree with this your above statement. Let's assume that what @Umulala- alala said was a joke taking too far since he has no fact to buttress his claim, unless he comes up with an explanation that counters what we already know about discreationary income in connection with Bitcoin investment, any statement made by folks going against the idea that has been sinked into the minds of Bitcoiners should be something we see as new idea that's better than the one we know, if not, it should be be totally debunked so that it doesn't infect the mindset of new folks who can easily be influenced by random ideas that doesn't go in line with the requirements for starters in Bitcoin investment.

Most of us can spare money from our monthly income that we can't need to next 4 years or more. If we keep on investing that money regularly in Bitcoin than we can have good stash after 10 years. Our future is in our own hands and its up to us whether we want to improve our financial conditions through Bitcoin or want to remain same as we are today. Many people know that Bitcoin is profitable investment yet they keep on delaying their first investment in Bitcoin because they are afraid of taking any risk. Such people will remain same or will go even backward from their current financial position in coming years.

Definitely agree on the starting earlier, especially if the long-term objective is bitcoin accumulation. Even starting with small amount, consistently year by year it will grow significantly. But like what I said, we need to be cautioned by saying Bitcoin will definitely make everyone richer. We know that the long term prospect for BTC is huge but it is a volatile asset and there’s no such a guarantee for anyone to profit with Bitcoin in a certain amount of time. Therefore, what we always suggest in Bitcoin is do invest what you can afford to lose or what you won’t need for the long run (at least few years). Lastly, FEAR causes most people unable to initiate their first step in Bitcoin… Waiting for ideal buy price to start is a bad idea!

People find it difficult to understand that waiting for dip can become habit of doing nothing at the end, because you can waste much of your time waiting.thinking that you are be patient while someone people are building a bitcoin position. There is no professional investor that can predict when dip will actually happen or whether the market will move as their expectation, but the amount of bitcoin you can accumulate is things you have some control over. I think focusing on what you can have control over is the best approach, because you can have enough time to keep accumulating over time, if dip later arrives, is another opportunity to accumulate more of it.
This habit of waiting for the dip has made some people decide not to invest in Bitcoin again. most people that wait for dip still end up accumulate at the top price because the price of Bitcoin did not down as they planned. It is funny to always see people trying to predict the Bitcoin market price. I always think, how is it possible for someone to think they can predict the price of Bitcoin that millions of people are making decisions about? It is not a single person who is in control of it.Everyone should understand that while some of us are thinking about waiting for the price to drop, some people else are thinking about how to buy more. So, if anyone understands that different people are making their own decisions about Bitcoin, it becomes very clear that trying to predict the price of Bitcoin is just a matter of waiting and hoping that the market moves according to your prediction. I have a friend who had the money to invest in Bitcoin when the price was down, but he refused to invest because he had been seeing people on social media saying that the price of Bitcoin would fall further. I told him that those people were only making assumptions based on their own opinions; they did not know what would actually happen to the price of Bitcoin. But he did not listen. That is how he kept waiting for the Bitcoin price to fall to his target price. Bitcoin never came down to his target, and that is how it took him so long to start investing. Later, he ended up still buying at a higher price than the price Bitcoin wanted to invest at first. We will continue to see those who miss the opportunity to invest in Bitcoin. To be honest, it’s not as if some people are really waiting for the price to drop to their target. We have many people who are waiting for a day when they will see that Bitcoin no longer exist, they do not believe that bitcoin will be greater than this in the future because they don’t believe it’s different than other shitcoins that have failed people after making promises. After missing the opportunity to buy when the price was lower than this, at least your friend has made the right decision to buy despite the current market price. If it were some people they wouldn’t buy anymore, even after realizing their mistake in the past. Life does give us another chance sometimes after making mistakes in the past. I hope those who made a mistake can still make it right again and start over.

I hope those who made a mistake can still make it right again and start over. It's not still late to start over again for those who believe that bitcoin will end up like other crypto, many people who never invested in the past feeling that bitcoin is a scam investment are already regretting it today because bitcoin is still in existence but instead of regretting they can start now and utilize this opportunity that bitcoin price is still low and start investing in bitcoin, those also waiting for more to see more dip from bitcoin before they can start investing may not see this opportunity again as bitcoin may not dip to what they are expecting instead the price will start increasing so this is an opportunity for those waiting to buy the dip and hodl.

It's nothing new and Bitcoin has always shocked them, clear their doubts rather cause while they expected it to drop lower to $0 it improved to the point that they couldn't imagine, many people who doubted Bitcoin couldn't believe that it would reach $100 and go beyond that to an all time high of $126k. Many people are still doubting Bitcoin, I've even heard someone off this forum say Satoshi would come out someday to dump the coin and it sounded funny cause he's not even in control of it but the demand and supply phenomenon through volatility, so what am trying to say is Bitcoin criticism isn't new but most critics end up being convinced on the long rin which is bound to happen in another ATH.

The lack of understanding often provides a very good reason why someone may not be fit to invest in Bitcoin. Some people conclude that if one is not rich or not earning a significant amount, it is impossible to invest in Bitcoin. One's earnings are never a problem in Bitcoin investment; the main issue is mindset, which results from a lack of understanding. Having a good mindset concerning Bitcoin makes investment possible irrespective of what one earns. Money does not guarantee patience; it is understanding that fosters patience, as it helps one to know what they are investing in. It is impossible to have patience about something one doesn't clearly understand.
