A funny thing about your comment Zackz5000 is that there could hardly be any way that someone without any BTC could conclude that s/he has enough bitcoin, since by definition you have to have some BTC in order to have enough.

So then once you have some bitcoin, then the question might be how much BTC is enough, and there are plenty of folks who make mistakes in terms of their conclusion about how much bitcoin is enough.

Maybe a third issue then becomes for those of us who might recognize how much is enough, then there might come some kind of a question how to reach some kinds of amounts that narrow the gap between not having enough and having enough, so many times if we might have an income and we make decisions regarding how much bitcoin we are accumulating on a regular basis (perhaps weekly), then we might still reach a state of contentment that even if we might conclude that we don't have enough, we are ongoingly working on narrowing the gap between our current status and our target, so we could be content that we have as many BTC that is reasonably within our budget and our otherwise mental comfort levels.

But investing in Bitcoin should never be a short-term investment, the investment should be long-term only then investors can smile. That's why every investor has a DCA system that is always working, new and old this DCA system plays a very important role. With regular investment, the Bitcoin portfolio grows exponentially and the purchase price decreases on average.

Its like giving them an expectation to buy at that figures since the price is already at the dip. As much as you want to build your portfolio overtime through the use of the DCA method which allows you to accumulate Bitcoin for the long term, it's not entirely true that you shouldn't have an exit plan or make your investment with a plan in place. If you continue building your Bitcoin stack just for the sake of owning Bitcoin without thinking of an exit plan which should be when you've reached your accumilation goal then you're being totally biased with what you're saying and don't want to face the reality.

That you're investing for the long term doesn't mean you shouldn't have a long term plan in place. For me, I have a project I've longed to execute which I've in the past shared with forum member and they've also given me some insight which is still guiding me in making my plans and doing the necessary budgeting. It's based on my plan that's gearing me up to be more disciplined because I know that I have a set out goal I'm working towards achieving. If your advise is based on newbies buying because of the temporal dip then it doesn't make sense at all, when we talk about slow and steady it is not only the dip, I think it would have been better for you to tell newbies that waiting for the dip come may cause discouragement as such instead of waiting it is better to buy the little they can continuously at any season or anytime to avoid procrastination because delay is dangerous, come to think of it, Bitcoin dip season is not the only time to buy, we continue buying to make a bulky portfolio unless we are not prepared for the said investment, lets not also forget that the dip is as result of volatility and this vialtilty can favour either the dip and pump, so what if it continues favouring the pump for a longtime, are we still going to advise the newbies to still wait till it dips again, for me, I will advise that as soon a newbie is ready to invest in Bitcoin he or she should give deaf ears to the price at the particular time and buy with what he or she can afford continuously if eventually the price depreciate he or she can decide to buy more depending on the available resources on their disposal but as for buying because of the price dip, i think this is a wrong mindset towards bitcoin investment, for every bitcoiner that want to remain relevant in the investment, consistency should always be mindset to be a bulky hodler of Bitcoin.

This was the feeling I got when I had about bitcoin it made me thinking how could I invest in something that worthy about $60k
But time goes on I did learn about it how and how it was been sold in smaller part and units honestly speaking most newbies out there are still having same ideas about bitcoin, using my self as an example I wish I was not curious on how it works I could have loss interest in it.

I'm positive about it that we could able to see bitcoin to reach that $100,00k price. I know this thread was more active when there was so much excitement about Bitcoin hitting 100k. Some people discussion thought it was going to be an easy journey considering that both the ETF approval and halving happened this same year which by right was enough fuel that will propel price to the short term target of 100k. Unknown to all is the fact that price has a mind of its own and moves in ways that is not easily predictable.  

taking a look at the price we are now, $100k is not something that will take too long to see. How long did it take Bitcoin to move from the range of $30k to the last $73k ATH? We saw this form of ups and down untill it finally got to $73k. Waiting and walking with Bitcoin till it gets to $100k dosnt mean that one being too hasty to see it happen. It's just that because you believe that Bitcoin will certainly get to $100k, you just keep yourself engaged and continue building yoir portfolio at this range of price.

even after Bitcoin gets to $100k, accumilation still continues. $100k is not a limit to stop buying Bitcoin immediately it gets to it. We just take it as a milestone that's worth recognizing. The same way we have the 100 pushups thread that's still going to remain active till Bitcoin gets to $100k and when it gets to $100k the next thing will be $150k and then $200 and so on depending on the look of things.

absolutely. We are going to see a lot of people keying into Bitcoin on the coming days which will contribute to helping Bitcoin to become more bullish. Everyone investing in bitcoin should be getting ready gradually, because sometimes whenever the market seems unpredictable is signal on its own, that there await a bull ahead but first creating a buzz amidst the investors and traders who could not hold their emotions or asset in times like this, am still very positive that something nice is cooking already for the bull market because we will soon be lay on the roadmap to 100k bitcoin price soon, just hodl and invest now.

You don’t sound like someone that knows anything about bitcoin investment. Why will you discourage people not to invest in bitcoin now and say that the price is high. The best time to invest in bitcoin was yesterday and the second best time is today. If you don’t start your investment now, when do you wish to start to accumulate more before the bull run. If you’ve invested in bitcoin when the price is at $58K that you claim to be high, when it’s already in $100K, you’ve made almost x2 of your investment.  It’s just simple, anytime you start is not bad as long as you’re holding for a long term, the value of your money would have appreciated by then. Waiting for the market to fall before investing may be the wrong choice you would ever take, it may not dip further and we may never see this price again when it moves from here.
