Well yesterday i saw they added the option to add my email and a password to log-in into my account, so i made it and i receive the email with the confirmation.

Today i tried to open my account via the ussual log-in with my email and password set up yesterday and it open...... but it wasnt my account  it was like a new account with 0 balance..... i close it and open again with Metamask and there it was my acount i go to settings and it was the email set up correctly, so i dont know maybe is some bug or problem with the database. Maybe they still need to cross it or i dont know, but i hope it help to fix it.

In this case, you simply created a second account, since—as far as I know—you can’t just switch an existing MetaMask account to email and password login—at least not easily without help from support. That, of course, explains why you no longer had a balance in your account However, there might be a way to link the two accounts so that you can actually use email and password for the Metamask account now. Customer support can surely help you with this!

Whale.io probably has the most horrendous login system among all the crypto gambling sites that I have personally used so far which is primarily why I lost interest in playing here. Am not at all surprised about the issue that you faced which makes their login system worse.

I suggest sticking to what works which is metamask in your case. Don't fix what ain't broken basically.

What specific issues are you referring to? I log in to various platforms regularly, and the login processes are all quite similar; in my opinion, Whale doesn’t stand out negatively in this regard.

I am not sure if their login system improved or not over time, but it definitely still is broken to a certain extent which is why people are still complaining about it in this thread. It was simply trash initially due to the annoying code system even when using gmail.

Accounts couldn't log in even after receiving codes sometimes. Sadly, they do stand out negatively in this regard even now.

That's definitely a good win my friend! Winning with such odds really makes someone's day. Although, the amount that you won isn't that high but still winning more than $18 in a single bet is quite amusing. I noticed the bet was a combo bet and that means who literally predicted outcome of 2 matches correctly. Come on; when something's rubbish or just doesn't work, you have to call it out. It’s one thing to say it was cumbersome, but another thing entirely to say it’s useless.

I used the code system, and as I mentioned in my previous post, it was just a matter of copy and paste (there were some complaints at the time, but that's a settled issue). In the end, it’s a matter of preference. Back then, some people didn't want that; they preferred using Telegram or MetaMask. Nowadays, email and a password work just fine.

You can't just read a few reviews and base your entire perspective on someone else's experience, or old situations.

It's just about 100K USDC in there. Perhaps pocket change for them but what matters the most is the reason why the addresses were frozen. Maybe they will get unlocked sometime in the near future once the legal bit is worked on.
