Well yesterday i saw they added the option to add my email and a password to log-in into my account, so i made it and i receive the email with the confirmation.

Today i tried to open my account via the ussual log-in with my email and password set up yesterday and it open...... but it wasnt my account  it was like a new account with 0 balance..... i close it and open again with Metamask and there it was my acount i go to settings and it was the email set up correctly, so i dont know maybe is some bug or problem with the database. Maybe they still need to cross it or i dont know, but i hope it help to fix it.

In this case, you simply created a second account, since—as far as I know—you can’t just switch an existing MetaMask account to email and password login—at least not easily without help from support. That, of course, explains why you no longer had a balance in your account However, there might be a way to link the two accounts so that you can actually use email and password for the Metamask account now. Customer support can surely help you with this!

Whale.io probably has the most horrendous login system among all the crypto gambling sites that I have personally used so far which is primarily why I lost interest in playing here. Am not at all surprised about the issue that you faced which makes their login system worse.

I suggest sticking to what works which is metamask in your case. Don't fix what ain't broken basically.

I am not sure if their login system improved or not over time, but it definitely still is broken to a certain extent which is why people are still complaining about it in this thread. It was simply trash initially due to the annoying code system even when using gmail.

Accounts couldn't log in even after receiving codes sometimes. Sadly, they do stand out negatively in this regard even now.

Come on; when something's rubbish or just doesn't work, you have to call it out. It’s one thing to say it was cumbersome, but another thing entirely to say it’s useless.

I used the code system, and as I mentioned in my previous post, it was just a matter of copy and paste (there were some complaints at the time, but that's a settled issue). In the end, it’s a matter of preference. Back then, some people didn't want that; they preferred using Telegram or MetaMask. Nowadays, email and a password work just fine.

It's just about 100K USDC in there. Perhaps pocket change for them but what matters the most is the reason why the addresses were frozen. Maybe they will get unlocked sometime in the near future once the legal bit is worked on.

I totally agree. The login process on whale.io has been completely revamped over the past few months, and in my opinion, it’s become much faster as a result. You hardly ever hear anymore about people not receiving the one-time code via email, which was actually a common issue here in this thread back in the early days—even though I personally never experienced it myself.

But if you’re going to make accusations that something isn’t working properly, you should be able to back it up. It’s also fair to the casino, since they can then actively address the criticism and improve those areas.

Freeze then unfreeze, that's hilariously action from Circle but if it's their false positive detection that triggered their wrong actions against these addresses, unfreeze them is reasonable. It's good for Whale to get the fund back but the reputation of Circle is actually affected by this accident.

Yes, it looked like this. You can no longer see the exact amount of the potential winnings here, but it was around 800 dollars. I don't know exactly how this cash out works; I just happened to see by chance that this option was glowing and decided to take advantage of it. If I had missed it, most likely, the bet would have been a losing one. As I already said, I did not check how those games actually ended.
