There are certainly other advantages to issuing your own token, above all in terms of improving customer loyalty. For example, you can allow the token to be staked or unlock additional features when people use the token (e.g., win back part of the stake if a bet is lost, etc.). This creates a natural demand for the token and people will use it.

This also allows you to reach buyer groups who would otherwise be reluctant to deposit BTC and co. on an exchange. They can buy the token on other exchanges and make deposits that way.

Not a big fan of those token stories. Especially smaller sites, and let's be fair, whale still is quite small (no offense), don't need their own token. Even juggernauts like stk don't have a token, and there is a reason for that. They have a huge player base so they don't need the proceeds of publishing a token, small sites see this as an extra way to generate profit. Sure, stk might also do this sooner or later but in their 8 years of existence they haven't done it yet, so why does a young site like whale need it?

For the casino, the investment pays off relatively quickly. Launching such a token now takes only minutes, and integrating the token into an existing platform should also be relatively quick.

However, this opens up many more (marketing) opportunities, as I described above, and thus also the possibility of generating more capital. Sooner or later, it will be considered good form for casinos to offer such tokens. 

Whether we as customers actually need our own additional tokens is, of course, open to question, but from a purely marketing perspective, it makes a lot of sense.

Maybe guys who started crypto casino business in the early days are rich, but I dont think new casinos are all owner by rich guys, they are trying to become rich.

Also, when you type "human agent" in the support chat, you will actually get a human agent to talk to or they give you the option to submit a ticket and I can tell that every single request I had was taken care of so far.
