Hello,
I have a serious issue with Whale.io and would like help from the representatives or other users.
Problem:
On June 6 I won and requested a withdrawal of 501.1461 USDT.
The funds were sent via Antarctic Wallet, but the transaction was cancelled due to an AML check. The money was returned back to Whale.io’s wallet.

I have full screenshots from Antarctic Wallet.
I contacted live chat support (Anna) for several days. The case was escalated, but today they closed the ticket as “Resolved”, even though the 501.1461 USDT has not been credited back to my casino balance.
This is unfair. The funds safely returned to them, but I still haven’t received them.
Request:
Could a Whale.io representative please check this case and credit the funds to my balance?

For this reason you should ALWAYS use your own wallet that has no one to cancel a deposit because of AML checks. Why use something that can just cancel and refund coins? We all know you can not send back to the same address when you talk about a casino or exchange withdrawal because they send to many customers at once from many different wallets

It's understandable that Whale sometimes will take a long time to confirm or resolve this because they need to do everything manually. I would not call scamming because of this, it was your mistake not theirs

Just imagine that a real representative will need to manually review everything and manually recover the coins

Now of course they can do a good thing and recover your money and refund you, but this is something that an automatic system can not do, and we know that sometimes it can take time for someone to manually verify everything and do all the work to get your money

Nice promo. Actually one of the better ones I have seen these days. Some other sites really need a memo that the world's biggest sports event is starting cause some of them don't seem to care. Other sites also just have lackluster promos that only reward the big players and basically nothing to fight over for the casual small gambler. It depends on another thing, which cryptocurrency you have and store in that wallet. If the cryptocurrency is Bitcoin, it's good and safe because no entity can freeze your bitcoin in your non custodial wallet.

If the cryptocurrency is an altcoin, there is risk of freezing your coins in your wallets. Example can be stable coins, and sometimes you can not know about the future, including future of stable coins stored your own wallet. It can be frozen by any reason, and is it related to AML check, who knows, you only have to bear the consequence of a frozen fund.
